Basin-type insulator often has small cracks due to stress *** current method cannot accurately reflect the stress condition of the insulator to find the stress concentration *** solve these problems,a method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress(δ_(1) andδ_(2))within different depth ranges in a basin-type insulator is proposed based on critically refracted longitudinal(LCR)***,the acoustoelastic equation characterising the relationship between the variation of LCR wave propagation time and the plane stress was ***,the propagation characteristics of LCR wave in epoxy resin samples were ***,the stress distribution within different depth ranges of the insulator subjected to hydraulic load was measured using the proposed method,including direction(θ),δ_(1) andδ_(2).The results show that the magnitude of the stress alone cannot accurately characterise the stress *** with equal distances to the centre have similar stress magnitudes,but their directions are not the *** increasing depth,θremains essentially unchanged at the same location,whileδ1 andδ2 decrease,and the rate of decrease varies at different *** the measured and simulated data,the results showed that they were in good agreement,and the maximum errors of stress value andθwere 0.69 MPa and 2.97°,respectively,which confirmed the feasibility and accuracy of the stress detection in the proposed method.

A novel lightweight,radiation-shielding Mg-Ta-Al layered metal-matrix composite(LMC)was successful designed by doping the extremely refractory metal(Ta)into Mg *** Mg-based LMCs sheets shows excellent radiation-dose shield effect,about 145 krad·a^(−1),which is about 17 times of traditional Mg alloy,while its surface density is only about 0.9 g·cm^(−2),reducing by 60%than that of pure *** quantitate relationship between radiation-dose and the materials’thickness was also confirmed to the logistic function when the surface density is in the range of 0.6-1.5 g·cm^(−2).Meantime,the rolling parameters,interface microstructure and mechanical properties in both as-rolled and annealing treated samples were *** sheets possess a special dissimilar atoms diffusion transitional zone containing an obvious inter-diffusion Mg-Al interface and the unique micro-corrugated Ta-Al interface,as well as a thin Al film with a thickness of about 10μ*** special zone could reduce the stress concentration and enhance the strength of Mg-Ta-Al *** interface bonding strength reaches up to 54-76 *** ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and yield strength(TYS)of the Mg-Ta-Al sheet were high to 413 MPa and 263 MPa,respectively,along with an elongation of 5.8%.The molecular dynamics(MD)analysis results show that the two interfaces exhibit different formation mechanism,the Mg-Al interface primarily depended on Mg/Al atoms diffusion basing point defects movement,while the Ta-Al interface with a micro-interlock pining shape formed by close-packed planes slipping during high temperature strain-induced deformation process.

Phosphogypsum(PG),a hard-to-dissipate by-product of the phosphorus fertilizer production industry,places strain on the biogeochemical cycles and ecosystem functions of storage *** pervasive problem is already widespread worldwide and requires careful *** this study,we review the presence of potentially toxic elements(PTEs)in PG and describe their associations with soil properties,anthropogenic activities,and surrounding ***,we review different ex-/in-situ solutions for promoting the sustainable management of PG,with an emphasis on in-situ cemented paste backfill,which offers a cost-effective and highly scalable opportunity to advance the value-added recovery of ***,concerns related to the PTEs'retention capacity and long-term effectiveness limit the implementation of this ***,given that the large-scale demand for ordinary Portland cement from this conventional option has resulted in significant co_(2) emissions,the technology has recently undergone additional scrutiny to meet the climate mitigation ambition of the Paris Agreement and China's Carbon Neutrality ***,we discuss the ways by which we can integrate innovative strategies,including supplementary cementitious materials,alternative binder solutions,co_(2) mineralization,co_(2) curing,and optimization of the supply chain for the profitability and sustainability of PG ***,to maximize the co-benefits in environmental,social,and economic,future research must bridge the gap between the feasibility of expanding these advanced pathways and the multidisciplinary needs.

Currently,rotary drilling is one of the main pieces of equipment used for in-situ remediation of contaminated ***,this equipment has problems such as uneven mixing and low utilization efficiency,which affect the efficiency of in-situ soil *** improve the efficiency of in-situ soil remediation,this paper takes contaminated black soil as the research object,and the structural design of the new three-stage soil remediation auger is carried out based on *** mixing process of soil and heavy metal passivator under different motion and structural parameters was investigated by the discrete element method(DEM)and response surface *** experimental design was based on rotational speed,homogenizing mixing time,crushing section pitch,and homogenizing section pitch as factors,and soil fragmentation ratio,the coefficient of dispersion,and torque as optimization *** kinematic and structural parameters of the three-stage auger drill bit were then optimized using the one-factor method,the orthogonal test,and the response surface methodology,*** test method uses a one-way test to determine the central level value of the orthogonal test and a comprehensive balance method to determine the best combination of parameters for the orthogonal test,which is then used as the central value of the response surface test for parameter *** optimal combinations of kinematic and structural parameters of the three-stage auger drill bit are determined and validated using response surface *** optimum combination of parameters was found to be a speed of 129 rpm,a homogenizing mixing time of 24 s,a pitch of 165 mm in the crushing section,and a pitch of 132 mm in the homogenizing *** error between the optimal value of the predicted model using the response surface method and the actual simulated value under the optimal parameters is 4.2%,4.9%,and 5.3%,*** optimized factor parameters provide a refe

Bleachers play a crucial role in practical engineering applications, and any damage incurred during their operationposes a significant threat to the safety of both life and property. consequently, it becomes imperative to conductdamage diagnosis and health monitoring of bleachers. The intricate structure of bleachers, the varied types ofpotential damage, and the presence of similar vibration data in adjacent locations make it challenging to achievesatisfactory diagnosis accuracy through traditional time-frequency analysis methods. Furthermore, field environmentalnoise can adversely impact the accuracy of bleacher damage diagnosis. To enhance the accuracy and antinoisecapabilities of bleacher damage diagnosis, this paper proposes improvements to the existing convolutionalNeural Network with Training Interference (TICNN). The result is an advanced convolutional Neural Networkmodel with superior accuracy and robust anti-noise capabilities, referred to as Enhanced TICNN (ETICNN).ETICNN autonomously extracts optimal damage-sensitive features from the original vibration data. To validatethe superiority of the proposed ETICNN, experiments are conducted using the bleacher model from Qatar Universityas the subject. comparative studies under identical experimental conditions involve TICNN, Deep convolutionalNeural Networks with wide first-layer kernels (WDCNN), and One-Dimensional convolutionalNeural Network (1DCNN). The experimental findings demonstrate that the ETICNN model achieves the highestaccuracy, approximately 99%, and exhibits robust classification abilities in both Phases I and II of the damagediagnosis experiments. Simultaneously, the ETICNN model demonstrates strong anti-noise capabilities, outperformingTICNN by 3% to 4% and surpassing other models in performance.

Elucidating the intricate correlation between calendering,structure,and performance is crucial to comprehending the relationship between performance parameters and process steps of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Discrete element method(DEM)simulations were adopted in this work to calculate the interparticle force and stress tensor under incremental calendering process conditions,which revealed the effect of the anisotropy of complex contact force network on the anisotropy of heat transfer within porous *** thermal conductivity of electrode was predicted using porosity to characterize the process-structure-performance *** comprehensive influence of contact number and con-tact area between particles and current collector determines the magnitude of interfacial thermal resistance and interfacial heat transfer *** the first time,this work quantitatively analyzed the structural mechanics and heat transfer mechanism during calendering process of porous electrodes,and the results indicate a promising way to optimize and design battery electrode structures.

In this study, a high-carbon nano-bainitic GCr15Si1Mo bearing steel was investigated. Specifically, the effects of content and size of undissolved carbides on the microstructure and transformation kinetics of nano-bainite were analyzed. The results demonstrated that after prolonged austempering at low temperatures, the mixed microstructure composed of nano-bainite (NB), undissolved carbides (UC), and retained austenite (RA) was obtained in GCr15SiMo steel. When the experimental steel was austenitized at 900 ℃, the undissolved carbides gradually dissolved until reaching a stable state with increasing holding time. Furthermore, at the same austempering temperature, despite different volume fractions of undissolved carbides in the substrate, the volume fractions of nano-bainite in the final microstructures remained essentially the same. Moreover, the higher the content of undissolved carbides in steel, the faster the transformation rate of nano-bainite and the shorter the total transformation time.

Supersonic Tailless Aerial Vehicles(STAVs)will become an essential force in Penetrating counter Air(PCA),but STAVs do not have the traditional horizontal and vertical tails,making pitch and yaw control *** attack angle and the sideslip angle need to be limited to ensure that the engine inlet and the aerodynamic rudder at the rear of the vehicle can work properly,which is the so-called security *** addition,the tracking error of the aerodynamic angle needs to be limited to achieve effective attitude control or high-accuracy tracking of trajectories,which is the so-called performance *** this end,an attitude control method that meets the needs of PCA has been devised,based on constraint definition,coupled constraints handling,and control law ***,mathematical descriptions of the security constraints,performance constraints,and control constraints are ***,two treatment methods,coupled command filter and coupled funnel control are proposed for the aerodynamic angle coupled constraint ***,based on Nonlinear Dynamic Inverse(NDI)design,the coupled funnel controller is designed and validated by simulation for two typical mission scenarios,high-altitude penetration and low-altitude surprise *** proposed control method not only satisfies the security and performance constraints of STAV attitude control but also is highly robust.
