植物光敏色素作用因子(phytochrome interacting factors,PIFs)属于碱性-螺旋-环-螺旋(basic helix-loop-helix,bHLH)转录因子家族,通过将光和温度等外部环境信号与植物体内源信号途径相整合,进而形成复杂的信号转导网络来精密调控植物的生长发育进程。目前,关于马铃薯PIF家族基因的研究较少,鉴定和分析stPIF家族成员有助于进一步提高马铃薯的产量和品质。本研究运用生物信息学方法,以拟南芥PIF家族成员蛋白序列作为源序列,通过在马铃薯基因组数据库中进行BlastP分析鉴定出7个stPIFs家族成员,并对其进行系统进化、染色体分布、复制事件、蛋白理化性质、基因结构、Motif预测、启动子顺式作用元件、基因表达模式以及对高温胁迫的响应分析。结果显示,stPIF家族所有成员均含有Motif 1(bHLH结构域)、Motif 2(APB结构域)基序;在stPIF基因的启动子区域预测到多个参与光响应、激素、干旱、低温、昼夜节律以及防御和应激反应调控元件;基因表达模式和现蕾期高温胁迫响应分析表明,家族成员具有明显的组织表达特异性,基因存在功能分化,且大部分stPIF成员对生物胁迫和高温等非生物胁迫具有明显响应。以上研究结果极大丰富了我们对stPIF家族的认识,为进一步探究stPIF基因在马铃薯生长期应对生物胁迫以及在结薯期应对高温等非生物胁迫中发挥的功能奠定了理论基础。

This paper presents a class of hybrid one-step methods that are obtained by using Cramer's rule and rational approximations to function exp(q). The algorithms fall into the catalogue of implicit formula, which involves sth order derivative and s+1 free parameters. The order of the algorithms satisfies s+1≤p≤2s+2. The stability of the methods is also studied, necessary and sufficient conditions for A-stability and L-stability are given. In addition, some examples are also given to demonstrate the method presented.

Communication in society had developed within cultural and geographical boundaries prior to the invention of digital *** latest advancements in communication technology have significantly surpassed the conventional constraints for communication with regards to time and *** new platforms have ushered in a new age of user-generated content,online chats,social network and comprehensive data on individual ***,the abuse of communication software such as social media websites,online communities,and chats has resulted in a new kind of online hostility and aggressive *** to widespread use of the social networking platforms and technological gadgets,conventional bullying has migrated from physical form to online,where it is termed as ***,recently the digital technologies as machine learning and deep learning have been showing their efficiency in identifying linguistic patterns used by cyberbullies and cyberbullying detection *** this research paper,we aimed to evaluate shallow machine learning and deep learning methods in cyberbullying detection *** deployed three deep and six shallow learning algorithms for cyberbullying detection *** results show that bidirectional long-short-term memory is the most efficient method for cyberbullying detection,in terms of accuracy and recall.

sedum alfredii Hance is a newly reported zinc （Zn） and cadmium （Cd） hyperaccumulator native to China. In this study, four populations of s. alfredii were collected from Yejiwei （YJW）, Jinchuantang （JCT） and Qiaokou （QK） lead （Pb）lZn mines located in Hunan Province as well as Quzhou （QZ） PblZn mine located in Zhejiang Province for exploring the intraspecies difference of this plant in metal accumulation. Although they grew in the PblZn spoils with relatively similar levels of Zn, Cd and Pb, remarkable differences among the four populations in tissue heavy metal concentrations were observed. The shoot Zn concentration of QZ population （11 116mglkg） was highest and nearly five times higher than that of the JCT population （1 930 mg/kg）. Furthermore, the shoot Cd concentration observed in the QZ population （1 090 mg/kg） was also highest and 144 times higher than that found in the JCT population （7.5 mg/kg）. As for Pb concentrations in the shoot of different populations, a fourfold difference between the highest and the lowest was also found. such difference on metal accumulation was population-specific and may be significantly explained by differences in the soil properties such as pH, organic matter （OM）, and electrical conductivity （EC）. Taking biomass and metal concentration in plants into consideration, the QZ, YJW and QK populations may have high potential for Zn phytoremediation, the QZ population may have the highest potential in Cd phytoremediation, and the QK population may be the most useful in Pb phytoremediation.

Porous carbons were obtained from rice husk using two different chemical activation methods and they were investigated as *** properties were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,thermal analysis,potentiometric titration,and nitrogen adsorption *** specific capacitance measured in both H_(2) sO_(4) and KOH electrolytes in two-electrode cell was up to-150 F/*** activation method used affected the resulting carbons’*** expected,the dependence of the capacitance on porosity was *** ash content reached 36 wt.%and that inorganic mater blocked some pores and limited their accessibility to electrolyte ions and increased the charge transfer ***,the main ash constituents such as CaCO_(3),MgCO_(3),Ca_(3)(PO_(4))2(or P_(2)O_(5)),and Fe-and Zn-containing species did not affect the specific capacitance to a large *** siO2,even in a relatively large amount(~20 wt.%)T did not play a detrimental role in the capacitance *** results showed that in spite of a high ash content,carbon can exhibit a good capacitive performance provided that it has a favorable porosity and is rich in sp_(2) configurations.
