There has been proved the link between the intestinal microbiota composition characteristics and the development of diseases,in particular colorectal cancer,kidney failure,irritable bowel syndrome,intestinal infections,obesity,type I diabetes and metabolic syndrome( Ms). Metagenomic studies demonstrated the presence of significant differences in the structure of the intestinal microbiota in populations of Europeans and Asians. In this aspect,the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region of China is the most affected district,where substantially the indigenous Uighur,kazakh and also Han populations is affected. There is an objective need to ascertain the microecological and metabolic status of persons of the indigenous population in Western China,which are in the risk zone. The test for microalbuminuria is reliable method of kidney failure primary stages diagnosis,reflecting the initial stages of vessel pathology and the development of Ms. It invariably correlates with an increase of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. We introduce this screening test for early detection of predisposition to the development of the Ms in the example of Xinjiang population for use also in other regions of *** is a need to carry out the search,selection and analysis of the new strains of probiotics in the Xinjiang from national milk products with lactic acid or other fermented products with the purpose of studying their clinical characteristics. This will have an impact on increasing life expectancy and improving the quality of life of the population of Xinjiang.

There is a growing concern over the presence of high concentrations of nitrate in orally consumed herbal remedies. since nitrate accumulation in the plant body can vary with spatial location in plant and plant development and temporally with photoperiod, understanding the relations between these factors and nitrate contents in the consumed herbs are vital for the development of agrotechnical strategies for nitrate avoidance. Therefore, the distribution profiles of nitrate content and nitrate reductase （NR） activity were analyzed in 14 accessions of Andrographis paniculata （Burm.f.） Wall. ex Nees., a medicinal plant widely used as a component of many herbal teas and medicinal infusions. significant variation in nitrate accumulation in the plant was observed between the accessions, and most contained nitrate levels beyond the safety limit recommended according to the European Commission＇s scientific Committee on Food. Nitrate content increased with plant development and leaf age, and that in leaf segment was higher in the middle of the leaf than at its tip or base; the nitrate concentration in plant organ followed the order of petiole 〉 leaf 〉 stem, and it was lower at mid-day than in the early morning or evening. Gradients of NR activity were negatively correlated with nitrate content in all studied temporal and spatial profiles. Identification of the characteristic spatial and developmental profiles of nitrate accumulation and NR activity in A. paniculata can guide the development of harvest strategies, aiming at minimizing nitrate contents in the consumed herbal tissue.

China＇s large-scale investment in kazakh oil and gas resource development ushered in a new era of China-kazakhstan bilateral trade in the late 1990s. This lifted cooperation between China and the five countries in Central Asia to a new level, opening the China-Central Asia energy channel and bringing the ＂silk Road economic belt＂ into being. Central Asia and China＇s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, areas which are both abundant in renewable energy, should fully utilize their geopolitical advantages as neighbors by means of Xinjiang＇s rapid growth. Projecting a twin-track mechanism of developing both renewable and non-renewable energy resources is of great significance to both China and Central Asia.

Ethnic stereotypes of kazakh people were not specially studied. At war times, ethnic stereotypes arouse ethnic defense. kazakh people＇s mind of ethnic unicity and ethnic defence influenced a lot defending such a great land, in spite of the fact that kazakhs＇ zhuz and tribal structure was kept well and people were differentiated by kins. This mind of ethnic unicity and defence became a guarantee of saving kazakhs as ethnic subject in the complicated political, economical, social, and cultural processes with neighbouring nations like Kalmyk, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Turukpen, Chinese, and Russian. That is why in this paper, the authors＇ aim is to show stereotypes about the Kalmyk tribes using kazakh proverbs, heroic eposes, and legends. Writing this paper, the authors set the following objectives： to consider hetero stereotypes and auto stereotypes in kazakh proverbs; to distinguish a legend as an image of kazakh people＇s historical memory; to prove the peculiarities of the Kalmyks character description in kazakh mythological folklore mind with the help of examples; to show the development of kazakh ethnic stereotypes in two opposite directions （enmity, alien opinion, and tolerance）; to prove that the stereotypes of tolerance prevail over the stereotypes of＂enmity＂ in kazakh legends; and to show their historical reasons.

In this article, for the first time applied in our republic, the results of the effect of nano-micro fertilizers on cotton plant are given. The results of the study of the effect of microelements on the leaf area, plant height formation and yield of cotton in the conditions of the gray soil of the Zarafshan Valley are presented. Currently, the demand for ecological and safe food is increasing not only in Uzbekistan, but also in the whole world. The solution to this problem is effective use of land and increasing the amount of macrofertilizers, and after increasing the yield per unit of area, the micronutrients in the soil will decrease more, and less attention was paid to fertilizing with trace elements. This will affect the quality of the product, as well as the decrease in productivity and salinity of the land. Therefore, it is necessary to develop environmentally friendly and more economical approaches that do not harm the environment. The best solution for this is to reduce micronutrient deficiency in combination with agrotechnical methods. One of the urgent issues is the development of the technology of applying macro- and micro-fertilizers in the appropriate proportions, convenient terms, norms and methods for the cultivation of high-quality cotton crops under the soil conditions of our republic. The optimal rate of using microelements had a positive effect on the leaf area and dry mass of cotton plants. The highest result was observed when Nsub>200sub>Psub>140sub>Ksub>100sub> + KUPRUMHITE + NANOsEREBRO kg/ha was applied with mineral fertilizer.
