Microscopic defects formation and dynamic mechanical response analysis of Q345 steel plate subjected to explosive load

As the basic protective element, steel plate had attracted world-wide attention because of frequent threats of explosive loads. This paper reports the relationships between microscopic defects of Q345 steel plate under the explosive load and its macroscopic dynamics simulation. Firstly, the defect characteristics of the steel plate were investigated by stereoscopic microscope(SM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). At the macroscopic level, the defect was the formation of cave which was concentrated in the range of 0-3.0 cm from the explosion center, while at the microscopic level, the cavity and void formation were the typical damage characteristics. It also explains that the difference in defect morphology at different positions was the combining results of high temperature and high pressure. Secondly, the variation rules of mechanical properties of steel plate under explosive load were studied. The Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler(ALE) algorithm and multi-material fluid-structure coupling method were used to simulate the explosion process of steel plate. The accuracy of the method was verified by comparing the deformation of the simulation results with the experimental results, the pressure and stress at different positions on the surface of the steel plate were obtained. The simulation results indicated that the critical pressure causing the plate defects may be approximately 2.01 GPa. On this basis, it was found that the variation rules of surface pressure and microscopic defect area of the Q345 steel plate were strikingly similar, and the corresponding mathematical relationship between them was established. Compared with Monomolecular growth fitting models(MGFM) and Logistic fitting models(LFM), the relationship can be better expressed by cubic polynomial fitting model(CPFM). This paper illustrated that the explosive defect characteristics of metal plate at the microscopic level can be explored by analyzing its macroscopic dynamic mechanical response.

The migration of healthcare professionals,including nurses,is a global *** is driven by various factors,including the pursuit of better opportunities,living conditions,and professional development,as well as political instability or conflict in their home *** World Health Organization(WHO)has noted that high-income countries often rely on foreign-trained nurses to fill gaps in their healthcare systems[1].For instance,as of 2021,over 40%(52 million)of all nurses in the United States(US)were expatriates[2].In the United Kingdom(UK),the percentage of expatriate nurses was even higher,reaching approximately 18%in 2021[3].Owing to globalization and migration,healthcare providers must possess cultural competence to deliver improved care[4,5].Culturally responsive teaching(CRT)is rooted in the idea that culture plays a vital role in shaping people’s behaviors,beliefs,values,and communication styles[6].Furthermore,these cultural factors influence patients’perspectives on health,illness,healing,and their preferences for care and communication[7].By recognizing and embracing these cultural differences,nurses can provide more effective and compassionate care to their diverse patient population[8].

Therapeutic targeting FOxO3A(a forkhead transcription factor)represents a prom-ising strategy to suppress acute myeloid leukemia(AML).However,the effective inhibitors that target FOXO3A are lacking and the adaptive response signaling weakens the cytotoxic effect of FOxO3A depletion on AML ***,we show that FOxO3A deficiency induces a compensa-tory response involved in the reactive activation of mTOR that leads to signaling rebound and adaptive *** metabolism acts downstream of mTOR to provoke activa-tion of JNK/c-JUN via reactive oxygen species(ROS).At the molecular level,FOXO3A directly binds to the promoter of G protein gamma subunit 7(GNG7)and preserves its expression,while GNG7 interacts with mTOR and restricts phosphorylated activation of ***,combinatorial inhibition of FOXO3A and mTOR show a synergistic cytotoxic effect on AML cells and prolongs survival in a mouse model of *** a structure-based virtual screening,we report one potent small-molecule FOxO3A inhibitor(Gardenoside)that exhibits a strong effect of anti-FOXO3A DNA *** synergizes with rapamycin to substantially reduce tumor burden and extend survival in AML patient-derived xenograft *** results demonstrate that mTOR can mediate adaptive resistance to FOxO3A inhibition and validate a combinatorial approach for treating AML.

目的心力衰竭是全球日益严重的主要公共卫生问题。护士主导的心力衰竭门诊在管理心力衰竭方面发挥着重要作用。该研究进行了一项系统综述,以描述护士主导心力衰竭门诊的内容及其影响。方法在PubMed、Embase、Web of Science和Cochrane Library中对护士主导心力衰竭门诊的研究进行了检索。检索最初于2022年10月23日进行,并于2023年11月21日进行更新。文章由两名独立研究者按照乔安娜-布里格斯研究所标准进行评估。本系统综述已在PROSPERO上注册(CRD42022352209)。结果共纳入12篇文献。护士主导心衰门诊的内容包括:药物滴定、教育咨询、基于循证的延续护理、社会心理支持、体格检查和心理健康评估、治疗监测和调整、随访和电话咨询。多数研究报告认为护士主导的心力衰竭门诊取得了积极的临床效果。4项研究对生活质量进行了调查,结果不一;4项研究对药物滴定的疗效进行了调查,结果总体上是积极的。仅2项研究对成本效果进行了评估,仍需更多相关研究进行验证。结论护士主导的心力衰竭门诊在很大程度上显示出对患者结局、生活质量、药物滴定效果的积极影响。

目的老年人群中主观认知下降(Subjective Cognitive Decline,SCD)的研究显著增加。本研究采用文献计量学的方法分析近20年老年人SCD研究的热点和趋势,旨在为研究者开展该领域的研究提供参考。方法本研究选择Web of Science核心合集中2003年至2023年发表的关于老年人SCD的研究,初步检索获得1502篇,最终纳入1436篇。采用CiteSpace软件对国家、机构、作者、期刊、关键词和突现词等进行分析。结果老年人SCD研究整体呈现上升趋势。美国在该研究领域占据主导地位,其次为中国和法国;加州大学系统、法国国家健康与医学研究院及UDICE法国研究型大学联盟是发文量处于前3位的研究机构;Frank Jessen、韩瑛和Kathryn Ellis是发文量处于前3位的研究者;被引频次处于前3位的期刊为Neurology、Alzheimers&Dementia、Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease。关键词聚类分析显示关注热点涉及“抑郁”“功能连接”“认知储备”“认知功能”“身体活动”、“痴呆症预防”“行为障碍”“初级保健”和“早期诊断”等;关键词的突现词包括“身体活动”“临床前阿尔茨海默病”“框架”“未来痴呆症”和“老年抑郁症”。结论老年人SCD的研究逐年增长,成为研究者关注的热点,其研究范围和主题也逐渐扩大,重点关注早期筛查和预防、负性情绪及症状管理,可为后期护理研究者开展相关研究提供借鉴和参考。

Objective:To explore the feasibility and clinical efficacy of single port laparoscopic surgery through the umbilical cord for the treatment of pediatric ***:Clinical data of 38 cases of pediatric intussusception treated with umbilical single port laparoscopic surgery from December 2017 to June 2019 were *** surgical method involves placing Trocar through the umbilical incision to establish pneumoperitoneum,inserting a single hole with a 0°laparoscopic operating channel,exploring intussusception,and performing non-invasive forceps to completely reduce *** the reduction of intussusception,if intestinal malformation is found,the umbilical incision can be expanded to lift the diseased intestinal tract out of the abdominal cavity for *** the same time,clinical data of 24 children who underwent traditional porous laparoscopic intussusception surgery during the same period were collected,and the surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,and satisfaction score of incision aesthetics were compared between the two groups of ***:Both groups of patients successfully completed the surgery,and compared with the porous laparoscopic group,the single hole laparoscopic group had a shorter surgical time[(32.4±8.6)minutes vs.(40.6±9.8)minutes,P<0.05],decreased bleeding volume[(5.5±1.5)mL vs.(8.6±2.2)mL,P<0.05],significantly shortened postoperative hospital stay[(4.6±1.2)d vs.(6.2±1.4)d,P<0.05],and significantly increased satisfaction score with incision aesthetics[(4.2±0.8)points vs.(3.2±0.7)points,P<0.05].Follow up for 6 months to 2 years showed no recurrence of ***:Transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery is a safe and effective method for children with intussusception,which is characterized by small trauma,fast recovery,short operation time,and better aesthetic effect.

Theranostic carbon dots(CDs) have attracted widespread attention recently due to their tunable optical properties and diverse bioactivities. Beyond fluorescent imaging application, the photothermal property endows CDs with the potential for microbial inactivation. However, realization of the effective conversion between fluorescence and heat in one CD system has rarely been reported. Herein, we provide a simple strategy for targeted microbial theranostics based on 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid-derived CDs(PCBA-CDs) which possess concentration-dependent photoluminescence/photothermal features. At lower concentrations, PCBA-CDs show bright and stable fluorescent signals ranging from blue to green. The fluorescence intensity gradually decreases with increasing concentration, while on the contrary, the photothermal effect of PCBA-CDs ascends progressively due to the rearrangement of electronic transitions in aggregated CDs. PCBA-CDs also demonstrate high affinity to the polysaccharide structures on the surface of microbe which allows rapid microbial fluorescence imaging as well as specific photothermal ablation of pathogens in skin wounds using PCBA-CDs at lower and higher concentrations, respectively. This study supplies a facile nanotheranostic strategy for just-in-time microbial management using bioactive CDs.
