For decades the ecologists are using the same methods in order to determine the environmental health of a community,however,the crescent need on defining how these processes act,triggered the development of new methods that could classify the organisms and their function at the *** we used the anuran larvae to understand the effects of an environmental gradient on the structure and organization of the anuran assemblages along it,and to access in a realistic form,the actual state of preservation of the la rgest remnant of Atlantic Rainforest on the Southernmost portion of *** found that despite the higher diversity of species and the conservation unit status of the place,the ecosystem itself is still in danger,given the low number of functional groups and thus a higher number of ecosystem services that can be lost.

目的描述2019—2021年中国新生儿协作网(CHNN)各单位收治的出生胎龄22~25周超早产儿的出院预后和治疗现状以及3年变化趋势。方法基于CHNN极早产儿队列的横断面研究,纳入2019—2021年CHNN各单位新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)收治的963例出生胎龄22~25周的超早产儿。排除出生24 h后入院及转运至非CHNN医院治疗的超早产儿。根据出生胎龄和入院年份分组,描述不同组超早产儿围生期救治、存活率、并发症发生率及NICU治疗情况。采用χ^(2)检验、Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验进行组间比较,采用Cochran-Armitage和Jonckheere-Terpstra趋势检验进行不同年份间趋势分析。结果963例超早产儿中男588例(61.1%),出生胎龄25.0(24.4,25.6)周,出生体重770(680,840)g。出生胎龄22、23、24、25周的超早产儿分别有29例(3.0%)、88例(9.1%)、264例(27.4%)、582例(60.4%)。2019—2021年3年间超早产儿病例数量逐年增加(分别为285、312、366例)。母亲产前激素和硫酸镁的应用率分别为67.7%(615/908)和51.1%(453/886)。产房中无创呼气末正压和气管插管应用率分别为20.8%(200/963)和69.5%(669/963),延迟脐带结扎和脐带挤压应用率分别为19.0%(149/784)和30.4%(241/794)。2019—2021年3年间母亲产前激素、产前硫酸镁应用、产房无创呼气末正压应用率均有增加趋势(均P5)。349例(36.2%)超早产儿未接受完整治疗自动出院,392例(40.7%)接受积极治疗存活,222例(23.1%)接受积极治疗后死亡。积极治疗后存活率在出生胎龄22、23、24、25周超早产儿中分别为10.3%(3/29)、23.9%(21/88)、33.0%(87/264)和48.3%(281/582)。2019—2021年3年间自动出院率、积极治疗后存活率和病死率变化趋势均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。积极治疗后存活超早产儿中,仅11.5%(45/392)出院时无并发症存活。中重度支气管肺发育不良[67.3%(264/392)]和严重早产儿视网膜病[61.5%(241/392)]是常见的两类并发症,重度脑室内出血或脑室旁白质软化、坏死性小肠结肠炎和败血症的发生率分别为15.3%(60/392)、5.9%(23/392)和19.1%(75/392)。积极治疗后存活超早产儿中,83.7%(328/392)接受有创机械通气治疗,时长为22(10,42)d。存活超早产儿的住院时长为97(86,116)d。结论CHNN各单位NICU收治的出生胎龄22~25周超早产儿数量2019—2021年逐年增加,但出院时存活率尤其是无并发症存活率仍有很大的提升空间;多项可改善超早产儿预后的最佳临床实践实施情况有待改进.

Condensation on greenhouse interior surfaces plays an important role in reducing indoor air *** is no standard method to measure condensation rate in greenhouses or in any other *** this study,a commercially available leaf wetness sensor was calibrated in an environment chamber under different room temperature and RH conditions,which included five temperatures of 18,20,22,24,and 26℃,and five RH levels of 40,55,65,75,and 85%.The sensor surface temperature was maintained the same as the room *** temperature water was sprayed on the sensor surface,simulating *** voltage output of the sensor changed due to varying amounts of condensate on the sensor *** amount of condensate on the sensor surface was divided into five groups from 0 to 0.5 g(or 0-0.015 g per square centimeter of sensor surface area)with an interval of 0.1 *** statistical analysis showed that both sensor temperature and indoor RH had no significant effect on the sensor voltage *** voltage output was solely determined by the amount of condensate mass on the sensor surface.A linear regression model was developed between the voltage output and the amount of *** tool is considered as a breakthrough of technology for condensation rate measurement on greenhouse interiors surface,or on any other surfaces with *** can use this sensor and the development relationship for measuring condensation rate as the sensor is not pricy and the method is easy to use,thus the method should be widely used as a standard method.

BACKGROUND: CT perfusion has been reported to have great advantages in detecting hepatic diseases. However, currently there are no studies showing the potential value of multi-slice CT perfusion with the deconvolution model method in diagnosing early hemodynamic changes caused by liver tumors. This study was undertaken to determine if early hemodynamic changes caused by liver tumors can be depicted with the perfusion imaging of multi-slice CT. MeTHODS: Ten New Zealand white rabbits before and after VX2 liver tumor inoculation served as the experimental animals. Ten normal rabbits served as controls. All underwent multi-slice CT perfusion for the measurement of hepatic blood flow (HBF), hepatic blood volume (HBV), mean transit time (MTT), permeability of capillary vessel surface (PS) and hepatic artery index (HAI). ReSULTS: With the exception of MTT, which decreased significantly at the tumor periphery, HBF, HBV,. PS and HAI increased significantly compared with the surrounding normal tissue. All these changes occurred at days 5-9 after tumor inoculation. Statistically significant changes in these values were detected with tumor growth. CONCLUSIONS: The hemodynamic changes in the liver caused by rabbit VX2 liver tumor can be detected after tumor inoculation, and functional CT can evaluate the physiological characteristics of early tumor angiogenesis.

目的从疫情期间居家健身热潮出发,结合智能、医疗、体育、健康相关政策背景,了解基于体感交互及其相关技术的智能健身相关研究现状与发展趋势。方法以Cnki数据库和Web of science数据库作为数据来源,使用科学计量方法,运用Citespace以及VOSviewer文献数据可视化分析软件进行关键词时间线知识图谱的绘制,并分析国内外相关领域研究热点及异同,探究当前国内体感交互技术与智能健身研究发展的优势与局限。结论根据分析可知,目前我国体感交互技术应用的领域较广,其结合智能健身的应用与研究尚有很大的发展空间,提出体感交互智能健身与“互联网+”产业相结合、智能健身硬件深度开发与人因科学研究相结合、智能健身与智能医疗健康相结合3个发展方向建议。总结我国体感交互技术应用的趋势为:由体感交互智能健身逐步发展到更高层次的智能化体医结合体系。

In this work,we report the dielectric properties of Single wall Carbon Nanotubes(SWCNTs)-based phantom that is mainly composed of gelatin and *** fabricated gelatin-based phantom with desired dielectric properties was fabricated and doped with different concentrations of SWCNTs(e.g.,0%,0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.2%,0.4%and 0.6%).The dielectric constants(realε′ and imaginaryε′)were measured at different positions for each sample as a function of frequency(0.5-20 GHz)and concentrations of SWCNTs and their averages were *** Cole–Cole plot(ε′ versusε′)was obtained for each concentration of SWCNTs and was used to obtain the static dielectric constantεs,the dielectric constant at the high limit of frequencyε∞ and the average relaxation timeτ.The measurements showed that the fabricated samples are in good homogeneity and the SWCNTs are dispersed well in the samples as an acceptable standard deviation is *** study showed a linear increase in the static dielectric constantτ and invariance of the average relaxation time τ and the value ofε∞ at room temperature for the investigated concentrations of SWCNTs.

The design of a new adaptive version of the multiple dependent state(AMDS)sampling plan is presented based on the time truncated life test under the Weibull *** achieved the proposed sampling plan by applying the concept of the double sampling plan and existing multiple dependent state sampling plans.A warning sign for acceptance number was proposed to increase the probability of current lot *** optimal plan parameters were determined simultaneously with nonlinear optimization problems under the producer’s risk and consumer’s risk.A simulation study was presented to support the proposed sampling plan.A comparison between the proposed and existing sampling plans,namely multiple dependent state(MDS)sampling plans and a modified multiple dependent state(MMDS)sampling plan,was considered under the average sampling number and operating characteristic curve *** addition,the use of two real datasets demonstrated the practicality and usefulness of the proposed sampling *** results indicated that the proposed plan is more flexible and efficient in terms of the average sample number compared to the existing MDS and MMDS sampling plans.

The effect of ginsenoside Rb 1 on cardiomyocyte apotosis after ischemia (30 min ) and reperfusion (6 h) in rats was observed. The ischemia/ reperfusion heart mo del was established by ligating left anterior descending branch of coronary arte ry in Wistar rats. The apoptotic cardiomyocytes were examined under transmission electron microscopy and counted by in situ nick end labeling (TUNeL) method and light microscopy. Results showed that (1) The apoptotic cardiomyocytes were found in ischemic regions in the ischemia/reperfusion group, but not in the sh am oper ating group under transmission electron microscopy; (2) The number of apoptotic cells were 134.45±45.61/field in the ischemia/reperfusion group, 0/field in the sham operating group and 51.65±13.71/field in the ginsenoside Rb 1 treated group. The differences were significant among the three groups ( P ed that myocardial ischemia reperfusion could induce cardiomyocyte a poptosis, and ginsenoside Rb 1 could significantly inhibit cardiomyocyte apopto sis induced by ischemia reperfusion in rats, indicating that ginsenoside Rb 1 could inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis induced by ischemia reperfusion, thus alleviating ischemia reperfusion injury.
