In the context of low carbon,this paper discussed the impact of the carbon cap-and-trade policy on the fresh-keeping decision-making of two-echelon fresh agricultural product supply chains under different dominance,and designed cost-sharing contracts to coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products dominated by suppliers and retailers respectively.The results showed that:dominance has no effect on the fresh-keeping decision and total revenue of fresh agricultural product supply chain,but it affects the internal income distribution,and dominance does not always bring more benefits;the implementation of carbon cap-and-trade reduces the fresh-keeping decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain and reduces the free-rider income of followers;the role of higher carbon trading price is twofold,which not only brings about the speculation of leading enterprises,but also promotes the application of low-carbon technologies;consumers’high preference for freshness,low-cost and high-efficiency low-carbon technology are all conducive to improving the fresh-keeping efforts and benefits of the supply chain;cost-sharing contracts can coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.

The low-wavenumber components in the gradient of full waveform inversion(FWI) play a vital role in the stability of the inversion. However, when FWI is implemented in some high frequencies and current models are not far away from the real velocity model, an excessive number of low-wavenumber components in the gradient will also reduce the convergence rate and inversion accuracy. To solve this problem, this paper firstly derives a formula of scattering angle weighted gradient in FWI, then proposes a hybrid gradient. The hybrid gradient combines the conventional gradient of FWI with the scattering angle weighted gradient in each inversion frequency band based on an empirical formula derived herein.Using weighted hybrid mode, we can retain some low-wavenumber components in the initial lowfrequency inversion to ensure the stability of the inversion, and use more high-wavenumber components in the high-frequency inversion to improve the convergence rate. The results of synthetic data experiment demonstrate that compared to the conventional FWI, the FWI based on the proposed hybrid gradient can effectively reduce the low-wavenumber components in the gradient under the premise of ensuring inversion stability. It also greatly enhances the convergence rate and inversion accuracy,especially in the deep part of the model. And the field marine seismic data experiment also illustrates that the FWI based on hybrid gradient(HGFWI) has good stability and adaptability.

Neuregulin 4 (Nrg4),an epidermal growth factor (EGF) family member,can bind to and activate the ErbB4 receptor tyrosine kinase.Nrg4 has five different isoforms by alternative splicing and performs a wide variety of functions.Nrg4 is involved in a spectrum of physiological processes including neurobiogenesis,lipid metabolism,glucose metabolism,thermogenesis,and angiogenesis.In pathological processes,Nrg4 inhibits inflammatory factor levels and suppresses apoptosis in inflammatory diseases.In addition,Nrg4 could ameliorate obesity,insulin resistance,and cardiovascular diseases.Furthermore,Nrg4 improves non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by promoting autophagy,improving lipid metabolism,and inhibiting cell death of hepatocytes.Besides,Nrg4 is closely related to the development of cancer,hyperthyroidism,and some other diseases.Therefore,elucidation of the functional role and mechanisms of Nrg4 will provide a clearer view of the therapeutic potential and possible risks of Nrg4.

A method for active deception jamming discrimination based on frequency response

There are many types of radar active deception false target jamming that are highly correlated with the real target.Recognizing the real and false targets under a low Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR)is difficult.To solve the above problem,this article proposes a real/false target recognition method based on the features of multi-pulse joint frequency response by analyzing the differences in the scattering characteristics and modeling real target echoes as a synthesis of multi-scattering center echoes.Firstly,in the range-doppler domain,the real and false targets are truncated along the range dimension,and a fast Fourier transform is performed to extract the features of multi-pulse joint frequency response.Then,a two-channel feature fusion network is designed for real and false target recognition.Finally,a Multi-Coherent Processing Interval Joint Decision Method(M-CPIJDM)based on temporal information is proposed to improve the recognition performance.Experiments using the measured data show that the proposed method can well recognize real and false target signals under four jamming backgrounds:distance false target,velocity false target,distance-velocity composite false target,and forwarding dense false target.

For the application of carbon capture by membrane process,it is crucial to develop a highly permeable CO_(2)-selective membrane.In this work,we reported an ultra-thin polyether-block-amide(Pebax)mixedmatrix membranes(MMMs)incorporated by graphene oxide(GO),in which the interlayer channels were regulated to optimize the CO_(2)/N_(2) separation performance.Various membrane preparation conditions were systematically investigated on the influence of the membrane structure and separation performance,including the lateral size of GO nanosheets,GO loading,thermal reduction temperature,and time.The results demonstrated that the precisely regulated interlayer channel of GO nanosheets can rapidly provide CO_(2)-selective transport channels due to the synergetic effects of size sieving and preferential adsorption.The GO/Pebax ultra-thin MMMs exhibited CO_(2)/N_(2) selectivity of 72 and CO_(2) permeance of 400 GPU(1 GPU=106 cm^(3)(STP)·cm^(2)·s^(-1)·cmHg^(-1)),providing a promising candidate for CO_(2) capture.

Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is one of the most common chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases in children,with onset before age 16 and lasting for more than 6 weeks.JIA is a highly heterogeneous condition with various consequences for health and quality of life.For some JIA patients,early detection and intervention remain challenging.As a result,further investigation of the complex and unknown mechanisms underlying JIA is required.Advances in technology now allow us to describe the biological heterogeneity and function of individual cell populations in JIA.Through this review,we hope to provide novel ideas and potential targets for the diagnosis and treatment of JIA by summarizing the current findings of single-cell RNA sequencing studies and understanding how the major cell subsets drive JIA pathogenesis.

Dissecting the genetic components that contribute to the two main subphenotypes of steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome(SSNS)using genome-wide association studies(GWAS)strategy is important for understanding the disease.We conducted a multicenter cohort study(360 patients and 1835 controls)combined with a GWAS strategy to identify susceptibility var-iants associated with the following two subphenotypes of ssNS:steroid-sensitive nephrotic syn-drome without relapse(SSNswR,181 patients)and steroid-dependent/frequent relapse nephrotic syndrome(SDNS/FRNS,179 patients).The distribution of two single-nucleotide poly-morphisms(SNPs)in ANKRD36 and ALPG was significant between SSNSWR and healthy controls,and that of two SNPs in GAD1 and HLA-DQA1 was significant between SDNS/FRNS and healthy controls.Interestingly,rs1047989 in HLA-DQA1 was a candidate locus for SDNS/FRNS but not for SSNSWR.No significant SNPs were observed between SSNSWR and SDNS/FRNS.Meanwhile,chromosome 2:171713702 in GAD1 was associated with a greater steroid dose(>0.75 mg/kg/d)upon relapse to first remission in patients with SDNS/FRNS(odds ratio=3.14;95%confidence interval,0.97-9.87;P=0.034).rs117014418 in APOL4 was significantly associated with a decrease in eGFR of greater than 20%compared with the baseline in SDNS/FRNS patients(P=0.0001).Protein-protein intersection network construction suggested that HLA-DQA1 and HLA-DQB1 function together through GSDMA.Thus,SSNSWR belongs to non-HLA region-dependent nephropathy,and the HLA-DQA/DQB region is likely strongly associated with dis-ease relapse,especially in SDNS/FRNS.The study provides a novel approach for the GWAS strategy of SsNS and contributes to our understanding of the pathological mechanisms of SSNSWRandSDNS/FRNS.

Urban-rural integration is an advanced form resulting from the future evolution of urban-rural relationships.Nevertheless,little research has explored whether urban and rural areas can move from dual segmentation to integrated development from a theoretical or empirical perspective.based on the research framework of welfare economics,which offers an appealing paradigm to frame the underlying game between cities and villages,this study clarifies the ideal state of urban-rural integration.It then proposes a series of basic assumptions,and constructs a corresponding objective function and its constraints.Moreover,it assesses the possibility of seeing the transmutation from division to integration between urban and rural areas with continuous socio-economic development.The authors argue that the ideal state of urban-rural integration should be a Pareto-driven optimal allocation of urban-rural resources and outputs,and the maximization of social welfare in the entire region.based on a systematic demonstration using mathematical models,the study proposes that urban and rural areas can enter this ideal integrated development pattern when certain parameter conditions are met.In general,this study demonstrates the theoretical logic and scientific foundations of urban-rural integration,enriches theoretical studies about urban-rural relationships,and provides basic theoretical support for large developing countries to build a coordinated and orderly urban-rural community with a shared future.

As key biomarkers,amyloid-β(Aβ)plaques are frequently used to diagnose Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Although fluorescence imaging has proven to be effective in detecting these plaques,the gold standard probe thioflavin T(ThT),used for Aβaggregates,cannot be applied in vivo owing to its invasive nature.Therefore,the development of novel fluorescent probes capable of identifying Aβplaques in situ is necessary.based on the ThT structure,twoπ-conjugated heterocyclic D-π-A probes were designed bearing the hydroxytricyanopyrrole acceptor and N,N-dimethylaminophenyl donor.These probes exhibited red to near-infrared fluorescence emission(λ_(max)=732 nm),large Stokes shifts(>100 nm),exceptional signal-to-noise ratio,rapid response(research demonstrated that NT-HTCP could cross the blood-brain barrier and continue imaging the Aβplaques with a good signal-to-noise ratio.Additionally,the outcomes of the docking computations helped guide the development of the Aβprobes.This study expands the family of N,N-dimethylaminophenyl-based Aβ-sensitive fluorophores,with NTHTCP emerging as a highly promising imaging agent.

As a widely used plasticizer,di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)is known to induce significant testicular injury.However,the potential mechanism and effects of pubertal exposure to DEHP on testis development remain unclear.In vivo,postnatal day(PND)21 male rats were gavaged with 0,250,and 500 mg/kg DEHP for ten days.Damage to the seminiferous epithelium and disturbed spermatogenesis were observed after DEHP exposure.Meanwhile,oxidative stress-induced injury and pyroptosis were activated.Both endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and mitophagy were involved in this process.Monoethylhexyl phthalate(MEHP)was used as the biometabolite of DEHP in vitro.The GC-1 and GC-2 cell lines were exposed to 0,100μM,200μM,and 400μM MEHP for 24 h.Reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,oxidative stress damage,ER stress,mitophagy,and pyroptosis were significantly increased after MEHP exposure.The ultrastructure of the ER and mitochondria was destroyed.X-box binding protein 1(XBP1)was observed to be activated and translocated into the nucleus.ROS generation was inhibited by acetylcysteine.The levels of antioxidative stress,ER stress,mitophagy,and pyroptosis were decreased as well.After the administration of the ER stress inhibitor 4-phenyl-butyric acid,both mitophagy and pyroptosis were inhibited.Toyocamycin-induced XBP1 down-regulation decreased the levels of mitophagy and pyroptosis.The equilibrium between pyroptosis and mitophagy was disturbed by XBP1 accumulation.In summary,our findings confirmed that DEHP induced a ROS-mediated imbalance in pyroptosis and mitophagy in immature rat testes via XBP1.Moreover,XBP1 might be the key target in DEHP-related testis dysfunction.
