Heterodimerization in RTKs is of vital importance in the RTK signaling and cell *** between RTKs can result in diversity of downstream signals,increasing the ability of cells to respond to external *** RTKs heterodimerization always occur in the same families and is lack of agonists to activate the heterodimeric RTKs signaling ***,we developed the DNA agonist based on bivalent aptamers for the heterodimerized RTKs of different families,AF/AM-1,which could simultaneously activate FGFR1 and c-Met *** is the first agonist that realizing the heterodimerization and activation of FGFR1 and c-Met,two different RTK *** activation of FGFR1/c-Met heterodimer result in the down-stream signals transduction,such as the phosphorylation of Akt and Erk,inducing the cell migration and *** DNA agonist for RTK heterodimer of different families would have potential applications in the fields of biomedicine.

The maneuverability and stealth of aerial-aquatic vehicles(AAVs)is of significant importance for future integrated air-sea combat *** improve the maneuverability and stealth of AAVs near the water surface,this paper proposed a high-maneuverability skipping motion strategy for the tandem twin-rotor AAV,inspired by the motion behavior of the flying fish to avoid aquatic and aerial predators near the water *** novel tandem twin-rotor AAV was employed as the research subject and a strategybased ADRC control method for validation,comparing it with a strategy-based PID control *** results indicate that both control methods enable the designed AAV to achieve high stealth and maneuverability near the water surface with robust control *** strategy-based ADRC control method exhibits a certain advantage in controlling height,pitch angle,and reducing impact *** motion strategy will offer an inspiring approach for the practical application of AAVs to some extent.

In the scenario of a steam generator tube rupture accident in a lead-cooled fast reactor,secondary circuit subcooled water under high pressure is injected into an ordinary-pressure primary vessel,where a molten lead-based alloy(typically pure lead or lead-bismuth eutectic(LBE))is used as the *** clarify the pressure build-up characteristics under water-jet injection,this study conducted several experiments by injecting pressurized water into a molten LBE pool at sun yat-sen *** obtain a further understanding,several new experimental parameters were adopted,including the melt temperature,water subcooling,injection pressure,injection duration,and nozzle *** detailed analyses,it was found that the pressure and temperature during the water-melt interaction exhibited a consistent variation trend with our previous water-droplet injection mode LBE ***,the existence of a steam explosion was confirmed,which typically results in a much stronger pressure *** the non-explosion cases,increasing the injection pressure,melt-pool temperature,nozzle diameter,and water subcooling promoted pressure build-up in the melt ***,a limited enhancement effect was observed when increasing the injection duration,which may be owing to the continually rising pressure in the interaction vessel or the isolation effect of the generated steam *** of whether a steam explosion occurred,the calculated mechanical and kinetic energy conversion efficiencies of the melt were relatively small(not exceeding 4.1%and 0.7%,respectively).Moreover,the range of the conversion efficiency was similar to that of previous water-droplet experiments,although the upper limit of the jet mode was slightly lower.

Although a 3rd-order difference formula has often been employed to investigate the odd-even staggering(OES) in experimental cross sections, other formulas can also be very useful. In this work, three formulas, the 2nd,4th, and 5th-order difference formulas, are proposed for systematic OES studies. These new difference formulas with different orders are applied to extract the OES magnitudes in extensive accurate cross sections measured in different fragmentation and spallation reaction systems over a broad energy range. According to comparisons of these(2nd,4th, and 5th-order) OES magnitudes derived from different reaction systems, they almost do not rely on the projectile-target combinations or the projectile energy. A similar universality was observed for the 3rd-order OES magnitudes obtained from various reaction systems in our previous studies of the 3rd-order OES. The weighted average values of the 2nd, 4th, and 5th-order OES magnitudes extracted from different experimental datasets are recommended as the 2nd, 4th, and 5th-order OES evaluations, respectively. Finally, comparisons of these(new) 2nd, 4th, 5th,and previous 3rd-order OES evaluations support that these OES evaluations with different orders are consistent and that all the difference formulas with different orders are applicable to OES studies.

Herein,we report a novel and highly efficient method for the synthesis ofα-phosphoryloxy carbonyl compounds via Rucatalyzed P(O)O–H insertion reactions of sulfoxonium ylides and phosphinic acids,with the assistance of high-throughput experimentation(HTE)and machine learning(ML).A variety of P(O)O−H derivatives,including diarylphosphates,alkyl phosphates,and alkoxyphosphates,are competent candidates to react with sulfoxonium ylides in this transformation,and variousα-phosphoryloxy carbonyls and propylene phosphates are directly *** approach utilizes readily available sulfoxonium ylide as a carbene precursor,and features mild conditions,operational simplicity,and broad functional groups tolerance,and could be used for late-stage functionalization of structurally complex bioactive ***,a conducive exploration of the reaction space is also conducted(756 reactions)and a machine learning model for reaction yield prediction has been developed and applied,showcasing the practical application of this newly workflow(HTE-ML)in the field of synthetic chemistry.

Revealing the factors that affect the vibrational frequency of Stark probe at interface is a pre-requirement for evaluating the absolute interfacial electric *** using surface-enhanced infrared absorption(SEIRA) spectroscopy,attenuated total reflection (ATR) spectroscopy and molecular dynamics (MD),we reveal the assembled C≡N at gold nanofilm exhibits a reduced Stark tuning rate (STR) referring to the vibrational frequency shift in response to electric field comparing with the bulk which was regulated by the electron transfer between S and *** findings lead to a deeper understanding of the vibrational Stark effect at the interface and provide guidance for improving the interface electric field theory.
