In this study, we used a mixture of organic liquid propane-1,3-diol and ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([emim]Cl) as the entrainer to separate tert-butyl alcohol(TBA) + water. We measured the isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium(VLE) for the quaternary system TBA + water + propane-1,3-diol + [emim]Cl at 101.3 kPa, and found the VLE data to be well correlated with the nonrandom two-liquid model. These results show that the mixed solvent of propane-1,3-diol + [emim]Cl can increase the relative volatility of TBA to water and break the azeotropic point. We found no notable synergetic effect between them, and observed that the liquid mixed solvent of propane-1,3-diol and [emim]Cl had lower viscosity than [emim]Cl, which makes it a promising entrainer for separating the TBA + water azeotrope in industrial applications.

Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is an oil and solvent resistant rubber and particularly give more resistant to heat, ozone, light. It is generally prepared from nitrile rubber by selective hydrogenation using a suitable catalyst system. In the present work a prepared method was adapted for the hydrogenation reaction of nitrile rubber using homogeneous tris(tri-phenlphosphine)chlorhodium(I) catalyst (RhCl(PPh3)) system. The hydrogenation reaction was carriedout at different temperature, pressure, time and catalyst concentration, the concentration, the conditions of hydrogenation are stated in table 1.

This article focuses on the hydrocracking technology for upgrading the quality of tail oil and the first commercial application of the RN-32V/RHC- 1 catalysts in the 1.0 Mt/a hydrocracker at the Yangzi petrochemical company, which was started up successfully in September 2008. One month after start-up of the hydrocracking unit, an evaluation opera- tion has been conducted fbr assessing the catalysts performance. The technical calibration results showed that the RN- 32V/RHC-1 catalysts had high activity, and the product yield distribution was reasonable. The hydrocracker can provide abundant feedstocks for the downstream aromatic production unit and ethylene production unit.

Study on the Catalyst for Catalytic Cracking of Light Gasoline to Produce Propylene

The catalytic cracking of a FCC gasoline fraction （IBP--75℃） provided by the refinery No. 2 of Fushun petrochemical company was carried out in a continuous fixed fluidized bed reaction apparatus in the laboratory, using the modified HZSM-5 as the catalyst. The effects of the reaction temperature and loading of lanthanum on the modified HZSM-5 catalyst on the FCC product distribution were investigated. The results showed that the yield of propylene was as high as 39.28% and the yield of aromatics reached 23.57% when the loading of La in the HZSM-5 catalyst was about 8%, when the reaction was carried under atmospheric pressure and at a reaction temperature of 500~550℃and a spatial velocity of 4.5 h^-1. The yield of aromatics dropped by 6.29% during catalytic cracking of gasoline in the presence of the zeolitic catalyst modified with 8% La.

Several imidazole phosphate ionic liquids with varying carbon chain length have been synthesized at room *** characteristics and tribological properties of these synthesized ionic liquids were studied using four-ball friction and wear testing *** lubrication mechanism was also investigated by means of electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron *** ex-perimental results showed that no corrosion was generated when the imidazole phosphate ionic liquid was applied to steel-steel ***,the imidazole phosphate showed excellent anti-wear and lubricating performances,its frictional performance was related to the polarity of ionic *** is suggested that the ionic liquids react with friction surface to form a protective film of iron phosphate and result in reduction in friction and wear.

Biodegradable poly（3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate）（PHBV）/graphene nanosheet （GNS） composites were prepared via a solution-casting method at low GNS loadings in this work. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that a fine dispersion of GNSs was achieved in the PHBV matrix. The thermal properties of the nanocomposites were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis, and the results showed that the thermal stability of PHBV was significantly improved with a very low loading of GNSs. Nonisothermal melts crystallization behavior, spherulitic morphology and crystal structure of neat PHBV and the PHBV/GNSs nanocomposites were investigated, and the experimental results indicated that crystallization behavior of PHBV was enhanced by the presence of GNSs due to the heterogeneous nucleation effect; however, the two-dimensional （2D） GNSs might restrict the mobility of the PHBV chains in the process of crystal growing. Dynamic mechanical analysis studies showed that the storage modulus of the PHBV/GNSs nanocomposites was greatly improved.

The compositional heterogeneity of two impact polypropylene copolymers（IPCs） was studied by a combinatory investigation of temperature rising elution fractionation（TREF） and solvent *** chain structures and composition of fractions obtained from solvent fractionation were examined in *** TREF results shows that there are much more E-P segmented copolymer and more uniform distribution of ethylene sequence in IPC-1,which is responsible for its better comprehensive mechanical *** fractions from hexane and heptane are ethylene-propylene rubber phase and E-P block copolymers *** result of solvent fractionation method also shows that custom hexane or heptane extractions can not extract the E-P copolymer completely.

A novel method of synthesizing seismic wave using wavelet reconstruction is proposed and compared with the traditional method of using theory of Fourier transform. By adjusting the frequency band energy and taking it as criterion, the formula of synthesizing seismic wave is deduced. Using the design parameters specified in Chinese Seismic Design Code for buildings, seismic waves are synthesized. Moreover, the method of selecting wavelet bases in synthesizing seismic wave and the influence of the damping ratio on synthesizing results are analyzed. The results show that the synthesis seismic waves using wavelet bases can represent the characteristics of the seismic wave as well as the ground characteristic period, and have good time-frequency non-stationary.

Biomedical molecule has received extensive application in surface modification *** this paper,polyethyleneimine （PEI）/heparin coating and chitosan/heparin coating on NiTi alloy substrates were prepared by layer-by-layer method,and differences of corrosion behavior and biocompatibility of the coatings were *** contact angles and Fourier transform infrared （FT-IR） test were used to analysis the surface morphology and structure character of the materials,and atomic absorption spectrum was used to verify the corrosion behavior of the ***,hemolysis,dynamic clotting time and platelet binding test were utilized to investigate the biocompatibility of the *** results revealed that the blood compatibility of PEI/heparin coating is better than that of the chitosan/heparin coating as well as the substrate.

Effect of cerium ions initial distribution on the crystalline structure and catalytic performance of CeY zeolite

Ce Y samples with different cerium（Ce） ions initial distribution were prepared by diverse preparation processes. The correlative influence of Ce ions distribution on the intracrystalline structure and catalytic mechanism of Y-type zeolite was studied by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, Rietveld refinement, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry（XRF）, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（EDS）, infrared（IR） spectra, NH3 temperature-programmed desorption（NH3-TPD）, N2 physical adsorption-desorption and micro-activity test（MAT）. The results indicated that Ce ions were concentrated on the surface（supercage） of Ce Y zeolite would reduce the number of acid sites and the ratio of Br？nsted acid and Lewis acid（B/L）. Once Ce ions concentrated in the sodalite cage, it would participate in the coordination with framework oxygen atoms under the condition of steric hindrance. Meanwhile, Ce ions would preferentially promote the B/L value of weak acid by retaining more intracrystalline framework Al atoms in sodalite cage, which was beneficial to the conversion of heavy oil in FCC process. The optimal initial-distribution of Ce ions could not only save the consumption of rare earth resources but also give the best catalytic performance of Ce Y zeolite catalysts, and these advantages and attributes enabled it to have the potential to be applied in industrial applications.
