Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living R esources acts as the executive body for Antarctic fisheries management with Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living R esources( CAMLR Convention) as the legal framework. As the only multilateral agreement for the comprehensive management of Antarctic marine living resources,CAMLR Convention has received a wide international recognition. This paper analyzes the highlights of CAMLR Convention in Antarctic fisheries management,namely,open access to membership,sophisticated institutional structure,capability of keeping pace with the times,diplomatic wisdom,measures against IU U,advanced fisheries management philosophies,etc. Meanwhile,Antarctic fisheries management also encounters challenges,which should be addressed in the process of exploration. China is an important fishing state at Antarctic O *** for Antarctic fisheries resources and research into its exploitation are of significant importance for China,which calls for the establishment of China's Antarctic fisheries policy.

Understanding the neural underpinning of human gait and balance is one of the most pertinent challenges for 21st-century translational neuroscience due to the profound impact that falls and mobility disturbances have on our aging *** and gait control does not happen automatically,as previously believed,but rather requires continuous involvement of central nervous *** effectively exert control over the body,the brain must integrate multiple streams of sensory information,including visual,vestibular,and somatosensory *** mechanisms which underpin the integration of these multisensory signals are the principal topic of the present *** multisensory integration theories focus on how failure of cognitive processes thought to be involved in multisensory integration leads to falls in older *** emphasis,however,has been placed on specific contributions of individual sensory modalities to multisensory integration processes and cross-modal interactions that occur between the sensory modalities in relation to gait and *** the present work,we review the contributions of somatosensory,visual,and vestibular modalities,along with their multisensory intersections to gait and balance in older adults and patients with Parkinson’s *** also review evidence of vestibular contributions to multisensory temporal binding windows,previously shown to be highly pertinent to fall risk in older ***,we relate multisensory vestibular mechanisms to potential neural substrates,both at the level of neurobiology(concerning positron emission tomography imaging)and at the level of electrophysiology(concerning electroencephalography).We hope that this integrative review,drawing influence across multiple subdisciplines of neuroscience,paves the way for novel research directions and therapeutic neuromodulatory approaches,to improve the lives of older adults and patients with neurodegenerative diseases.

An algorithm named InterOpt for optimizing operational parameters is proposed based on interpretable machine learning,and is demonstrated via optimization of shale gas *** consists of three parts:a neural network is used to construct an emulator of the actual drilling and hydraulic fracturing process in the vector space(i.e.,virtual environment);:the Sharpley value method in inter-pretable machine learning is applied to analyzing the impact of geological and operational parameters in each well(i.e.,single well feature impact analysis):and ensemble randomized maximum likelihood(EnRML)is conducted to optimize the operational parameters to comprehensively improve the efficiency of shale gas development and reduce the average *** the experiment,InterOpt provides different drilling and fracturing plans for each well according to its specific geological conditions,and finally achieves an average cost reduction of 9.7%for a case study with 104 wells.

Drogue detection is one of the challenging tasks in autonomous aerial refueling due to the requirement for accuracy and *** detection based on image intrinsic cues can achieve fast detection,but with poor *** studies reveal that optimization-based methods provide accurate and quick solutions for saliency *** paper presents a hybrid pigeon-inspired optimization method,the optimized color opponent,that aims to adjust the weight of color opponent channels to detect the drogue *** can optimize the weights in the selected aerial refueling scene offline,and the results are applied for drogue detection in the scene.A novel algorithm aggregated by the optimized color opponent and robust background detection is presented to provide better precision and *** results on benchmark datasets and aerial refueling images show that the proposed method successfully extracts the saliency region or drogue and exhibits superior performance against the other saliency detection methods with intrinsic *** algorithm designed in this paper is competent for the drogue detection task of autonomous aerial refueling.

Income inequality in China has evolved substantially amid rising productivity since reform and opening up in the late *** on the group decomposition equation for Gini coefficient,this paper estimates China’s inequality possibility frontier(IPF)and the inequality extraction rate(IER).Results indicate that:(i)From 1978 to 2017,China’s IPF continuously expanded amid improving productivity,and the maximum feasible Gini coefficient rose from 0.2281 to 0.8446.(ii)Meanwhile,China’s overall IER decreased from 123%to 55%.More specifically,China’s IER fell sharply over the period 1978-1980,stabilized in the period from the mid-1980s to 2012,and further declined after the 18th CPC National Congress in ***,55%of China’s maximum feasible inequality has been converted into actual *** correlation between inequality and productivity is recognized in academia but seldom explored in the *** fill this void,this paper empirically measures inequality in light of productivity *** research conclusions explain why yawning income gaps in China have been tolerated since reform and opening up,and offer empirical evidence for setting income distribution policies according to economic development in the new era.
