Bitcoin is widely used as the most classic electronic currency for various electronic services such as exchanges,gambling,marketplaces,and also scams such as high-yield investment *** the services operated by a Bitcoin address can help determine the risk level of that address and build an alert model *** engineering can also be used to flesh out labeled addresses and to analyze the current state of Bitcoin in a small *** this paper,we address the problem of identifying multiple classes of Bitcoin services,and for the poor classification of individual addresses that do not have significant features,we propose a Bitcoin address identification scheme based on joint multi-model prediction using the mapping relationship between addresses and *** innovation of the method is to(1)Extract as many valuable features as possible when an address is given to facilitate the multi-class service identification task.(2)Unlike the general supervised model approach,this paper proposes a joint prediction scheme for multiple learners based on address-entity mapping ***,after obtaining the overall features,the address classification and entity clustering tasks are performed separately,and the results are subjected to graph-basedmaximization *** final result ismade to baseline the individual address classification results while satisfying the constraint of having similarly behaving entities as far as *** testing and evaluating over 26,000 Bitcoin addresses,our feature extraction method captures more useful *** addition,the combined multi-learner model obtained results that exceeded the baseline classifier reaching an accuracy of 77.4%.

Efficacy of tailored Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy based on antibiotic susceptibility and CYP2C19 genotype

The cure rates of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) eradication therapy using a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and antimicrobial agents such as amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and metronidazole are mainly influenced by bacterial susceptibility to antimicrobial agents and the magnitude of the inhibition of acid secretion. Annual cure rates have gradually decreased because of the increased prevalence of H. pylori strains resistant to antimicrobial agents, especially to clarithromycin. Alternative regimens have therefore been developed incorporating different antimicrobial agents. Further, standard PPI therapy (twice-daily dosing) often fails to induce a long-term increase in intragastric pH > 4.0. Increasing the eradication rate requires more frequent and higher doses of PPIs. Therapeutic efficacy related to acid secretion is influenced by genetic factors such as variants of the genes encoding drug-metabolizing enzymes (e.g., cytochrome P450 2C19, CYP2C19), drug transporters (e.g., multidrug resistance protein-1; ABCB1), and inflammatory cytokines (e.g., interleukin-1β). For example, quadruple daily administration of PPI therapy potently inhibits acid secretion within 24 h, irrespective of CYP2C19 genotype. Therefore, tailored H. pylori eradication regimens that address acid secretion and employ optimal antimicrobial agents based on results of antimicrobial agent-susceptibility testing may prove effective in attaining higher eradication rates.

In the present study, a human neuroblastoma cell line （SH-SY5Y） and BV-2 microglia were treated with amyloid-β peptide （25-35）, as a model of Alzheimer＇s disease, to evaluate the protective effects of 10-3-10-8 g/mL Lingguizhugan decoction and to examine the underlying anti-inflammatory mechanism. Lingguizhugan decoction significantly enhanced the viability of SH-SY5Y cells with amyloid-β peptide-induced injury, and lowered levels of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-a and nitric oxide in the culture supernatant of activated BV-2 microglia. The effects of 103 g/mL Lingguizhugan decoction were more significant. These results suggest that Lingguizhugan decoction can protect SH-SY5Y cells against amyloid-β peptide （25-35）-induced injury in a dose-dependent manner by inhibiting overexpression of inflammatory factors by activated microglia.

BACKGROUND Hepatitis C virus(HCV),hepatitis B virus(HBV),and human immunodeficiency virus 1(HIV-1)are the most epidemic blood-borne viruses,posing threats to human health and causing economic losses to nations for combating the infection *** diagnostic methodologies that depend on the detection of viral nucleic acids are much more expensive,but they are more accurate than sero-logical *** To develop a rapid,cost-effective,and accurate diagnostic multiplex polymerase chain reaction(PCR)assay for simultaneous detection of HCV,HBV,and *** The design of the proposed PCR assay targets the amplification of a short conserved region featured with a distinguishable melting profile and electro-phoretic molecular weight inside each viral ***,this diagnostic method will be appropriate for application in both conventional(combined with electrophoresis)and real-time PCR *** in silico investigations were conducted to prove the capability of the approached PCR assay to detect variants of each ***,Egyptian isolates of each virus were subjected to the wet lab examination using the given diagnostic *** The in silico investigations confirmed that the PCR primers can match many viral variants in a multiplex PCR *** wet lab experiment proved the efficiency of the assay in distinguishing each viral type through high-resolution melting *** to related published assays,the proposed assay in the current study is more sensitive and competitive with many expensive PCR *** This study provides a simple,cost-effective,and sensitive diagnostic PCR assay facilitating the detection of the most epidemic blood-borne viruses;this makes the proposed assay promising to be substitutive for the mistakable and cheap serological-based assays.

Jingmenviruses are a group of flavi-like viruses with segmented genome and have been found in various types of hosts,including humans,cattle,monkeys,bats,rodents,sheep,ticks,mosquitoes and ***,including the Jingmen tick virus(JMTV)and Alongshan virus(ALSV),have been associated with febrile illness and flu-like symptoms in *** polymerase plays critical roles in genome replication and transcription and is an ideal target for antiviral ***,we determined the crystal structures of RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp)domains of JMTV and ALSV at 2.6Åand 3.2Åresolutions,*** overall structures of JMTV and ALSV RdRp domains are similar to those from the typical unsegmented viruses in Flaviviridae family,especially the Flavivirus *** and ALSV RdRps can be divided into three subdomains and the catalytical Motif A-G are conserved like the typical flaviviruses,whereas the zinc-binding pockets are absent from the JMTV and ALSV *** 50-ends of jingmenvirus genomes are varied in length and sequence,and a highly conserved 8-nucleotide element located on the tip of stem loop A was identified and shown to be required for binding with RdRp and performing de novo replication *** findings provide important structural insights into RdRp of segmented flavivirus and reveal the key region of virus genome responsible for replication initiation,which would promote molecular understanding of segmented flavivirus replication and the structure-based design of antiviral drugs against flaviviruses.

A Comparative Study of Risk Factors and Prognosis in Young and Elderly Patients with Acute ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To investigate the differences in risk factors and prognosis between young and elderly patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)so as to provide a basis for the prevention of young patients with acute ***:Patients initially diagnosed with STEMI in the 920"Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force of PLA from January 1,2018 to December 31,2022 were retrospectively enrolled in this study.A total of 235 STEMI patients aged≤45 years old and 532 STEMI patients aged≥65 years old were *** baseline characteristics,laboratory indicators,clinical characteristics,coronary angiography,SYNTAX score and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)during 1-year follow-up were analyzed and ***:A total of 767 STEMI patients were enrolled,including 235 in the young group and 532 in the elderly *** the STEM patients in the young group,224 cases were male,and smoking and drinking were *** with the elderly group,the young group had shorter hospital stays and more family history of ischemic heart disease(IHD).The level of low-density lipoprotein in the young group was higher than that in the old group,while the level of high-density lipoprotein in the young group was lower than that in the old *** level of high uric acid and homocysteine in the young group was significantly higher than that in the old *** main cause of STEMI in the young group was fatigue,and the most common symptom was angina *** angiography showed that single vessel disease was more common in the young group than in the elderly group,and the lesion in the young group was the left anterior descending *** SYNTAX score was significantly lower in the young group than in the elderly group according to the anatomical characteristics of coronary artery *** the forest plot,diabetes mellitus and a family history of IHD showed a trend of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in both ***:M
