The effective osteointegration of orthopedic implants is a key factor for the success of orthopedic ***,local metabolic imbalance around implants under osteoporosis condition could jeopardize the fixation *** by the bone structure and the composition around implants under osteoporosis condition,alendronate(A)was grafted onto methacryloyl hyaluronic acid(H)by activating the carboxyl group of methacryloyl hyaluronic acid to be bonded to inorganic calcium phosphate on trabecular bone,which is then integrated with aminated bioactive glass(AB)modified by oxidized dextran(O)for further adhesion to organic collagen on the trabecular *** hybrid hydrogel could be solidified on cancellous bone in situ under UV irradiation and exhibits dual adhesion to organic collagen and inorganic apatite,promoting osteointegration of orthopedic implants,resulting in firm stabilization of the implants in cancellous bone *** vitro,the hydrogel was evidenced to promote osteogenic differentiation of embryonic mouse osteoblast precursor cells(MC3T3-E1)as well as inhibit the receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand(RANKL)-induced osteoclast differentiation of macrophages,leading to the upregulation of osteogenic-related gene and protein *** a rat osteoporosis model,the bone-implant contact(BIC)of the hybrid hydrogel group increased by 2.77,which is directly linked to improved mechanical stability of the orthopedic ***,this organic-inorganic,dual-adhesive hydrogel could be a promising candidate for enhancing the stability of orthopedic implants under osteoporotic conditions.

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule(莲花清瘟胶囊)on upper respiratory tract infection,to understand the impact of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule(莲花清瘟胶囊)on the treatment outcome of upper respiratory tract infection,and provide reference for rational clinical drug ***:The HIS database based on 18 large third-grade class-A hospitals was selected to match 1:1 for upper respiratory tract infection patients using and without Lianhua Qingwen Capsule(莲花清瘟胶囊)according to certain *** recombination of treatment outcome as"recovery"and"improvement"in the database was defined as effective treatment,"ineffectiveness","death"and"other"as ineffectivetreatment populations,and the effectiveness of treatment outcomes in the remerged 2 groups was compared by propensity score ***:After matching,454 cases were in both the patients treated by(experimental group)and without(control group)Lianhua Qingwen Capsule(莲花清瘟胶囊).Analysis was performed by three Logistic regression methods,all showing regression coefficients greater than 0 and statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with upper respiratory tract infection treated by Lianhua Qingwen Capsule(莲花清瘟胶囊)are more effective than that without Lianhua Qingwen Capsule(莲花清瘟胶囊),it can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with upper respiratory tract infection。

Societies have varied attitude and perception on the forest resources nearby *** knowledge should be integrated with biophysical studies in order to be used for managing and conserving *** objectives of the study were to assess the existing knowledge about the uses of plant species and to examine the plant *** sites were selected around central Ethiopia encompassing three church *** group discussion,questionnaire-based social survey and vegetation inventory were *** focus group discussants were selected from traditional healers,elders of the society,development agents,and people who are knowledgeable about the vegetation of the *** specimens were collected for those species difficult to *** data analysis was done by descriptive statistics using Excel 2010 and SPSS *** results indicated agricultural expansion,charcoal making and fuel wood as the major causes of deforestation in Site 1,Site 2 and Site 3 *** preaching was stated by group discussants as the most effective solution to reverse the degradation and to protect the church *** plant species have varied uses as traditional medicine,food,construction wood,household utensils,and firewood but higher percent of the mentioned species were used either for human or livestock medicine.Sørensen similarity index indicated Site 1 and Site 2 have 12.5%,Site 1 and Site 3 have 10.9%and Site 2 and Site 3 have 43.5%*** the wealth of indigenous knowledge and in situ conservation of the plant species are key recommendations.

Background:Yu-Ye decoction is a classic prescription therapy that is widely used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).In this study,we evaluate and exhibit the protective effect of modified Yu-Ye decoction on T2DM ***:Sixty rats with T2DM were included in this study that was induced by high-fat high-glucose diet for 6 *** 6 weeks later,1%streptozotocin 30 mg/kg was injected intraperitoneally,and the T2DM rats were randomly divided into the model group,the metformin(90 mg/kg)positive control group,and the modified Yu-Ye decoction(6.4 g/kg,12.7 g/kg,25.4 g/kg)*** contrast,standard chow was provided to the 10 rats in the control *** drug was administered for four weeks,and fasting blood glucose was *** four weeks of treatment,oral glucose tolerance test experiments were carried *** was collected for the detection of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,and total cholesterol,***-eosin staining was used to assess potential pathological changes in the liver,kidneys,and ***:Results from fasting blood glucose monitoring and oral glucose tolerance test showed that modified Yu-Ye decoction could significantly improve the blood glucose concentration and insulin resistance,compared to the model *** addition,modified Yu-Ye decoction could significantly reduce the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,low density lipoprotein,total cholesterol,triglyceride,and increase the level of high density *** the same time,hematoxylin-eosin results exhibited that modified Yu-Ye decoction could increase the number of islet cells,reduce the volume of islet cells,improve liver edema and inflammation,and improve renal glomerular ***:This study shows that modified Yu-Ye decoction ameliorates T2DM because it can r

＜正＞The economic injury level for thrips-damaged fruit and the impact that different densities of western flower thrips have on individual plant productivity was determined for greenhouse sweet *** study was conducted from November to August,1993-95 in three greenhouses at the Harrow research Centre using the cultivar ’Cubico’.Population densities of thrips were monitored weekly using yellow sticky traps and plant *** fruit were harvested weekly,graded,weighed and assessed for thrips *** and developing fruit counts, plant height and photosynthetic rate were used to measure plant productivity.A mean density of 15-20 adult thrips per sticky trap per day or 8 adult thrips per plant tapping would result in the occurrence of unmarketable *** density did not cause a reduction in fruit *** plant productivity was affected only under high thrips densities.

Evaluation of the Effect of Shenmai Injection on Chemotherapy Efficacy and Side Effects of Acute Leukemia

Objectives Calcium carbonate nanomaterials(nano-CaCO) are widely used in both manufacturing and consumer products,but their potential health hazards remain *** objective of this study was to survey workplace exposure levels and health effects of workers exposed to *** Personal and area sampling,as well as real-time and dust monitoring,were performed to characterize mass exposure,particle size distribution and particle number exposure.56 workers(28 exposed workers and 28 unexposed controls) were studied in a cross-sectional *** completed physical examinations,spirometry and digital *** The results showed that the gravimetric nano-CaCO concentration was5.264 ± 6.987 mg/m(0.037-22.192 mg/m) at the workplace,and 3.577 ± 2.065 mg/m(2.042-8.161 mg/m) in the breathing zone of the exposed *** particle number concentrations ranged from 8,193 to 39,621 particles/cm with a size range of 30-150 *** process of packing had the highest gravimetric and particle number *** particle number concentration positively correlated with gravimetric concentrations of *** levels of hemoglobin,creatine phosphokinase,lactate dehydrogenase,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the nano-CaCO exposure group increased significantly,but the white blood cell count,Complement 3,total protein,uric acid,and creatinine all decreased *** prevalence rate of pulmonary hypofunction was significantly higher(p = 0.037),and the levels of vital capacity(VC),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory flow 25%(FEF 25%),FEF 25%-75%were negatively correlated with gravimetric concentrations of nano-CaC03(p < 0.05).Logistic analysis showed that nano-CaC03 exposure level was associated with pulmonary hypofunction(p = 0.005).Meanwhile,a dose-effect relationship was found between the accumulated gravimetric concentrations of nano-CaCO and the

Yoko-Dovyren层状纯橄岩-橄长岩-辉长岩地块位于西伯利亚克拉通南部的一处褶皱构造框架中(俄罗斯贝加尔湖地区北部)。该地块的结构在其厚度最大的中部得到了着重研究。剖面底部主体成分为斜长橄榄岩,并依据内部的堆晶成分变化从下往上可分为五个主要的地层序列:纯橄岩→橄长岩→橄榄辉长岩→橄榄辉长苏长岩→石英辉长苏长岩以及含易变辉石的辉长岩。该地块的矿化包括铜-镍矿化、低硫型富铂族元素(PGE)矿化以及铬铁矿化等。另外,该地块也含多种非金属矿物原材料,如硼矿化、透辉石、各种镁质硅酸盐岩等。它们也包括纯橄岩、异剥橄榄岩和橄长岩,并以较高的品质产出,有望采掘加工成为建筑材料(水泥、混凝土、沥青混凝土和建筑陶瓷)。综合利用矿物原材料可增加矿床价值,并有助于建设环保型采矿工作体系。
