Objectives:This paper aims tosystematically summarize study design elements of comparative effectiveness research(CER) in Chinese medicine to provide methodological support for this field of ***:Based on integration of domestic and foreign research view sights,we systematically describe study design elements of CER by following aspects:related guidelines description,design type,study subject,treatment group settings,study outcomes,allocation method,blinding,subjects’ preferences and expectations,sample size calculation and statistical analysis,***:research should clearly describeas "interpretative" design or "utility" design(the former measures the efficacy of interventions,the latter evaluates the effectiveness of interventions);using broad inclusion criteria and less exclusion criteria;patients of preliminary Chinese medicine therapy or not should be included in the study;clearly describe standards of modern medicine and Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria;setting group should be based on valid evidence of previous message or integrated multiple pathways;implementation details of acupuncture,qigong or tai chi should be declared;herbal formulation,dosage and cost should be considered;the outcome measures should aimed at a wide range of indicators of clinical significance,rather than a specific symplbm or feature;for study implementation,appropriate random allocation method should be applied;the implementation of blinding,sample size calculation and preferences and expectations of the subjects should be evaluated;application of statistical methods are used to control confounding ***:Rules of individualized treatment and syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine are consistent with those of CER in real-world *** combination above is expected to provide a more realistic and reliable evidence to support the development of Chinese medicine in health decision making.

The Meeting of integrated Control in Field Vegetable Crops

A sample of the two-spotted spider spider mite was collected from Baliseyh(Ankara).The mites were reared subsequently on bean plants in a room maintained at 27±1℃and 50-60%RH. Experiments were done using five doses of dicofol and a slide-dip *** percentage mortality was calculated and the probit analysis done using the methods described by Finney(1964).The LC value was compared with that obtained from a susceptible *** LC values obtained for the Baliseyh and the susceptible populations occurred at about 18 and 16 ppm,*** resistance factor for the BaliSeyh population was estimated to be only 1-1.

Optimization of Crystal Structure Based on Experimentally Obtained XRD Patterns for Fluorescence of Sm³⁺-Doped TiO₂ Thin Films by Machine Learning

The luminescence intensity of rare-earth ion-doped luminescent materials is closely related to the configuration of the anions around the rare-earth ions added to the host material and the lattice defects. And it is expected that this information will be reflected in the XRD pattern. In this study, the lumines-cence data and XRD patterns of Sm-doped TiO2 accumulated by our group are used to construct a model to predict the integrated luminescence intensity. The model was confirmed to be able to predict the integrated luminescence in-tensity with high accuracy. Furthermore, we found that the integrated lumi-nescence intensity of this system is closely related to the change in the position of the peak on the (200) plane of TiO2.

Echocardiography integrated ACLS protocol versus con- ventional cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with pulseless electrical activity cardiac arrest

Objective： To examine the utility of bedside echocardiography in detecting the reversible causes of pulseless electrical activity （PEA） cardiac arrest and pre dicting the resuscitation outcomes. Methods： In this prospective interventional study, pa tients presenting with PEA cardiac arrest were randomized into two groups. In group A, ultrasound trained emergency physicians performed echocardiography evaluating cardiac activity, right ventricle dilation, left ventricle function, peri cardial effusion/tamponade and IVC size along with the ad vanced cardiac life support （ACLS） protocol. Patients in group B solely underwent ACLS protocol without applying echocardiography. The presence or absence of mechanical ventricular activity （MVA） and evidences of PEA reversible causes were recorded. The return of spontaneous circulation （ROSC） and death were evaluated in both groups. Results： One hundred patients with the mean age of （58±6.1） years were enrolled in this study. Fifty patients（group A） had echocardiography detected in parallel with cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR）. Among them, 7 pa tients （14%） had pericardial effusion, 11 （22%） had hypovolemia, and 39 （78%） were revealed the presence of MVA. In the pseudo PEA subgroup （presence of MVA）, 43% had ROSC （positive predictive value） and in the true PEA subgroup with cardiac standstill （absence of MVA）, there was no recorded ROSC （negative predictive value）. Among patients in group B, no reversible etiology was detected. There was no significant difference in resuscitation results between groups A and B observed （P=0.52）. Conclusion： Bedside echocardiography can identify some reversible causes of PEA. However, there are no sig nificant changes in survival outcome between the echo group and those with traditional CPR.

Train positioning is the key to ensure the transportation and efficient operation of the *** to the low accuracy and the poor real-time of the train positioning,a train positioning system based on global navigation satellite system/inertial measurement unit/odometer(GNSS/IMU/ODO)combination framework and a train integrated positioning method based on grey neural network are put forward.A data updating method based on the established grey prediction model of train positioning is put forward,which uses the accumulation and summary of the grey theory for the rough prediction of the *** purpose of the method is to reduce the noise of the original ***,the radial basis function(RBF)neural network is introduced to correct residual sequence of the grey prediction *** with the single model calibration,this method can make full use of the advantages of each model,thus getting a high positioning accuracy in the case of small samples and poor *** show that the method has good real-time performance and high accuracy,and has certain application value.

Efficacy and safety of tadalafil taken as needed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in Asian men： results of an integrated analysis

We evaluated the efficacy and safety of as-needed tadalafil in a diverse clinical population （with varying patient demographics, disease severity, and comorbid medical conditions） of Asian men with erectile dysfunction （ED）. An integrated analysis of five double-blind, placebo-controlled trials （N = 1 046） was performed. Patients were randomly assigned to receive 10 mg tadalafil （N = 185）, 20 mg tadalafil （N = 510）, or placebo （N = 351）. Efficacy assessments included the International Index of Erectile Function （IIEF）, Sexual Encounter Profile （SEP） diary and Global Assessment Question （GAQ）. Patients receiving 10 mg or 20 mg tadalafil showed significant improvement from baseline-to-end point on the Erectile Function domain of the International Index of Erectile Function （IIEF-EF） domain score in all clinical sub-populations analyzed, compared with patients receiving placebo （P 〈 0.001）. The 10-mg and 20-mg tadalafil groups showed a mean success rate of 64.1% and 70.5% for sexual intercourse attempts （SEP3, successful intercourse）, respectively, compared with 33.4% in the placebo group （P 〈 0.001）, and 85.5% and 85.4% reported improved erections at end point GAQ, respectively, versus 43.5% in the placebo group （P 〈 0.001）. Tadalafil was well tolerated across all groups studied. Headache and back pain were the most frequently reported adverse events. Overall, tadalafil was effective and well tolerated across a diverse clinical spectrum of Asian men with ED.

A Novel Shilling Attack Detection Model Based on Particle Filter and Gravitation

With the rapid development of e-commerce, the security issues of collaborative filtering recommender systems have been widely investigated. Malicious users can benefit from injecting a great quantities of fake profiles into recommender systems to manipulate recommendation results. As one of the most important attack methods in recommender systems, the shilling attack has been paid considerable attention, especially to its model and the way to detect it. Among them, the loose version of group Shilling Attack Generation Algorithm (GSAGenl) has outstanding performance. It can be immune to some PCC (Pearson Correlation Coefficient)-based detectors due to the nature of anti-Pearson correlation. In order to overcome the vulnerabilities caused by GSAGenl, a gravitation-based detection model (GBDM) is presented, integrated with a sophisticated gravitational detector and a decider. And meanwhile two new basic attributes and a particle filter algorithm are used for tracking prediction. And then, whether an attack occurs can be judged according to the law of universal gravitation in decision-making. The detection performances of GBDM, HHT-SVM, UnRAP, AP-UnRAP Semi-SAD,SVM-TIA and PCA-P are compared and evaluated. And simulation results show the effectiveness and availability of GBDM.

Prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease in children with extraesophageal manifestations using combined-video,multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH study

BACKGROUND Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)might be either a cause or comorbidity in children with extraesophageal problems especially as refractory respiratory symptoms,without any best methods or criterion for diagnosing it in *** To evaluate the prevalence of extraesophageal GERD using conventional and combined-video,multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH(MII-pH),and to propose novel diagnostic *** The study was conducted among children suspected of extraesophageal GERD at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital between 2019 and *** children underwent conventional and/or combined-video *** potential parameters were assessed and receiver operating characteristic was used for the significant *** Of 51 patients(52.9%males),aged 2.24 years were *** common problems were cough,recurrent pneumonia,and *** MII-pH,35.3%of the children were diagnosed with GERD by reflux index(31.4%),total reflux events(3.9%),and symptom indices(9.8%)with higher symptom recorded in the GERD group(94 vs 171,P=0.033).In the video monitoring group(n=17),there were more symptoms recorded(120 vs 220,P=0.062)and more GERD(11.8%vs 29.4%,P=0.398)by symptom *** reflux time and mean nocturnal baseline impedance were significant parameters for diagnosis with receiver operating characteristic areas of 0.907(P=0.001)and 0.726(P=0.014).CONCLUSION The prevalence of extraesophageal GERD in children was not high as *** diagnostic yield of symptom indices increased using video *** reflux time and mean nocturnal baseline impedance are novel parameters that should be integrated into the GERD diagnostic criteria in children.

Independent Prognostic Value of High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein in Patients with Coronary Artery Ectasia

Background：Despite its severity,coronary artery ectasia （CAE） is still poorly ***-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） has been recognized as a prognostic factor in some cardiovascular diseases but not assessed in *** aim of this observational study was to investigate the prognostic value of hs-CRP in ***：Our analysis evaluated the effect of the baseline hs-CRP on cardiovascular events （CVs）（cardiac death and nonfetal myocardial infarction） in consecutively enrolled stable CAE *** used the Cox proportional hazards regression models to examine the association between baseline hs-CRP level and follow-up CVs in *** net reclassification improvement and integrated discrimination improvement （IDI） of hs-CRP were also ***：We obtained the follow-up results of 540 patients over a median follow-up period of 36 （37.41 ± 15.88） *** multivariable Cox analysis showed that the hs-CRP was a significant predictor of adverse outcomes in CAE （hazard ratio [HR]：2.99,95% confidence interval [CI]：1.31-6.81,P =0.0091）.In Kaplan-Meier analysis,the group with hs-CRP 〉3 mg/L had a lower cumulative 66-month event-free survival rate （log-rank test for trend,P =0.0235） and a higher risk ofCVs （HR =2.66,95% CI：1.22-5.77,P =0.0140） than the group with hs-CRP ≤3 mg/***-CRP added predictive information beyond that given by the baseline model comprising the classical risk factors （P value for IDI =0.0330）.Conclusions：A higher level of hs-CRP was independently associated with cardiac death and nonfatal myocardial infarction in CAE *** hs-CRP level may therefore provide prognostic information for the risk stratification of CAE patients.
