The subsea production system is a vital equipment for offshore oil and gas production. The control system is one of the most important parts of it. Collecting and processing the signals of subsea sensors is the only way to judge whether the subsea production control system is normal. However, subsea sensors degrade rapidly due to harsh working environments and long service time. This leads to frequent false alarm inc.dents. A combinatorial reasoning-based abnormal sensor recognition method for subsea production control system is proposed. A combinatorial algorithm is proposed to group sensors. The long short-term memory network(LSTM) is used to establish a single inference model. A counting-based judging method is proposed to identify abnormal sensors. Field data from an offshore platform in the South China Sea is used to demonstrate the effect of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method can identify the abnormal sensors effectively.

Scene-based recommendation has proven its usefulness in E-commerce,by recommending commodities based on a given ***,scenes are typically unknown in advance,which necessitates scene discovery for *** this article,we study scene discovery for E-commerce *** first formalize a scene as a set of commodity cate-gories that occur simultaneously and frequently in real-world situations,and model an E-commerce platform as a heteroge-neous information network(HIN),whose nodes and links represent different types of objects and different types of rela-tionships between objects,*** then formulate the scene mining problem for E-commerce as an unsupervised learning problem that finds the overlapping clusters of commodity categories in the *** solve the problem,we pro-pose a non-negative matrix factorization based method SMEC(Scene Mining for E-Commerce),and theoretically prove its *** six real-world E-commerce datasets,we finally conduct an extensive experimental study to evaluate SMEC against 13 other methods,and show that SMEC consistently outperforms its competitors with regard to various evaluation measures.

For microelectronic devices,the on-chip microsupercapacitors with facile construction and high performance,are attracting researchers' prior consideration due to their high compatibility with modern ***,we proposed interchanging interdigital Au-/MnO2/polyethylene dioxythiophene stacked microsupercapacitor based on a microfabrication process followed by successive electrochemical *** stacked configuration of two pseudocapacitive active microelectrodes meritoriously leads to an enhanced contact area between MnO2and the conductive and electroactive layer of polyethylene dioxythiophene,hence providing excellent electron transport and diffusion pathways of electrolyte ions,resulting in inc.eased pseudocapacitance of MnO2and polyethylene *** stacked quasi-solid-state microsupercapacitors delivered the maximum specific capacitance of 43 mF cm-2(211.9 F cm-3),an energy density of3.8 μWh cm-2（at a voltage window of 0.8 V） and 5.1 μWh cm-2（at a voltage window of 1.0 V） with excellent rate capability(96.6% at 2 mA cm-2) and cycling performance of 85.3% retention of initial capacitance after 10 000consecutive cycles at a current density of 5 mA cm-2,higher than those of ever reported polyethylene dioxythiophene and MnO2-based planar *** from the favorable morphology,bilayer microsupercapacitor is utilized as a flexible humidity sensor with a response/relaxation time superior to those of some commercially available integrated *** strategy will be of significance in developing highperformance on-chip integrated microsupercapacitors/microsensors at low cost and environment-friendly routes.

Our study identifies a subtle deviation from Newton’s third law in the derivation of the ideal rocket equation, also known as the Tsiolkovsky Rocket Equation (TRE). TRE can be derived using a 1D elastic collision model of the momentum exchange between the differential propellant mass element (dm) and the rocket final mass (m1), in which dm initially travels forward to collide with m1 and rebounds to exit through the exhaust nozzle with a velocity that is known as the effective exhaust velocity ve. We observe that such a model does not explain how dm was able to acquire its initial forward velocity without the support of a reactive mass traveling in the opposite direction. We show instead that the initial kinetic energy of dm is generated from dm itself by a process of self-combustion and expansion. In our ideal rocket with a single particle dm confined inside a hollow tube with one closed end, we show that the process of self-combustion and expansion of dm will result in a pair of differential particles each with a mass dm/2, and each traveling away from one another along the tube axis, from the center of combustion. These two identical particles represent the active and reactive sub-components of dm, co-generated in compliance with Newton’s third law of equal action and reaction. Building on this model, we derive a linear momentum ODE of the system, the solution of which yields what we call the Revised Tsiolkovsky Rocket Equation (RTRE). We show that RTRE has a mathematical form that is similar to TRE, with the exception of the effective exhaust velocity (ve) term. The ve term in TRE is replaced in RTRE by the average of two distinc. exhaust velocities that we refer to as fast-jet, vx1, and slow-jet, vx2. These two velocities correspond, respectively, to the velocities of the detonation pressure wave that is vectored directly towards the exhaust nozzle, and the retonation wave that is initially vectored in the direction of rocket propagation,

This study was performed to investigate the changes in microbial communities and metabolites during the long-term fermentation of commercially manufactured anchovy sauce. Samples of commercial anchovy sauce were collected from large-scale fermentation tanks with fermentation periods of up to 7.87 years. The complex bacterial community was simplified to two genera， Tetragenococcus and Halanaerobium， after approximately 0.55 years of fermentation. Although genera， such as Saccharomyces， Cladosporium， Candida， and Aspergillus， were relatively dominant， no clear pattern was identified in fungal community analysis. The longitudinal metabolite profile demonstrated that approximately half (55.8%) of the metabolites present in anchovy sauce were produced within a year of fermentation due to rapid fermentation. Despite the static microbial community， the contents of several metabolites inc.uding amino acids and biogenic amines changed continuously during the long-term fermentation of anchovy sauce. This study provides novel insights into the changes in microbiota and metabolites in fish sauce produced without any starter inoculation.

In response to the inc.easing penetration of volatile and uncertain renewable energy,the regional transmission organizations(RTOs)have been recently focusing on enhancing the models of pump storage hydropower(PSH)plants,which are one of the key flexibility assets in the day-ahead(DA)and real-time(RT)markets,to further boost their flexibility provision *** by the recent research works that explored the potential benefits of excluding PSHs’cost-related terms from the objective functions of the DA market clearing model,this paper completes a rolling RT market scheme that is compatible with the DA ***,with the vision that PSHs could be permitted to submit state-of-charge(SOC)headrooms in the DA market and to release them in the RT market,this paper uncovers that PSHs could inc.ease the total revenues from the two markets by optimizing their SOC headrooms,assisted by the proposed tri-level optimal SOC headroom ***,in the proposed tri-level model,the middle and lower levels respectively mimic the DA and RT scheduling processes of PSHs,and the upper level determines the optimal headrooms to be submitted to the RTO for maximizing the total revenue from the two *** case studies quantify the profitability of the optimal SOC headroom submissions as well as the associated financial risks.
