vaccination against Coronavirus disease-19(COVID-19)was pivotal to limit spread,morbidity and *** aim is to find out wh.th.r vaccines against COVID-19 lead to an immunological response stimulating th. production of de novo donor specific antibodies(DSAs)or increase in mean fluorescence intensity(MFI)of pre-existing DSAs in kidney transplant recipients(KTRs).Th.s study involved a detailed literature search.th.ough.December 2nd,2023 using PubMed as th. primary *** search.strategy incorporated a combination of relevant medical Subject h.adings terms and keywords:"COVID-19","SARS-CoV-2 vaccination","Kidney,Renal Transplant",and"Donor specific antibodies".Th. results from related studies were collated and analyzed.A total of 6 studies were identified,encompassing 460 KTRs vaccinated against *** responses were detected in 8 KTRs of wh.ch.5 h.d increased MFIs,1 h.d de novo DSA,and 2 were categorized as eith.r h.ving de novo DSA or increased *** were 48 KTRs with.pre-existing DSAs prior to vaccination,but one study(Massa et al)did not report wh.th.r pre-existing DSAs were associated with.post vaccination *** th. remaining 5 studies,35 KTRs with.pre-existing DSAs were identified of wh.ch.7 KTRs(20%)developed de novo DSAs or increased ***,no immunological response was detected in 452(98.3%)*** study affirms prior reports th.t COVID-19 vaccination is safe for KTRs,especially if th.re are no pre-existing ***,if KTRs h.ve pre-existing DSAs,th.n an increased immunological risk may be *** findings need to be taken cautiously as th.y are based on a limited number of patients so furth.r studies are still needed for confirmation.

SARS-CoV-2 spike protein receptor binding domain(SPRBD)and transcriptional mech.nisms were ***-p38 MAPK and ph.sph.-SMAD3 increased following exposure to th. SPRBD,and th.ir inh.bition suppressed th. promoter activation of th. carboh.drate sulfotransferases Ch.T15 and Ch.T11,wh.ch.contributed to ch.ndroitin sulfate *** in ARSB was mediated by ph.sph.-38 MAPK-induced N-terminal Rb ph.sph.rylation and an associated increase in Rb-E2F1 binding and decline in E2F1 binding to th. Th.s study was conducted to identify th. number and density of active licensed acupuncturists(LAcs),as well as th. number of accredited sch.ols in acupuncture and Oriental medicine(AOM),as of January 1,2023,in th. New Nurse Perceptions of Preparedness: Elements of Academic-Practice Gap

Th. education-practice gap, also known as th. academic-practice gap is recognized as th. difference between wh.t a nursing student is taugh. and wh.t th. new nurse will experience in practice. Th.s study evaluated specific education outcomes of sch.ols of nursing in New h.mpsh.re th.ough.surveys of new nurses and th.ir employers. Th. responses were explored in relation to identified factors such.as curriculum and clinical h.urs. Th. findings suggest th.t th. new nurses felt prepared for practice, except in relationsh.p to provision of care and medication administration for six or more patients. Of note is th.t 61% percent of participants were involved in errors and of th.se, 37.5% indicated th.t th.ir education did not prepare th.m to administer medications to large groups. Evaluation of employer responses points to at least one and sometimes two levels of lower perception of perceived preparedness by th. employer. Th. results h.gh.igh. th. differences between perceptions of preparedness of new nurse and employer, differences in perception of preparedness based on program type for specific gap elements, and th. h.gh.rate of errors among new nurses. Th.se results underscore th. need for furth.r research.regarding th. education practice gap, error factors, perceptions of preparedness for practice, and practice-readiness expectations of employers.

SARS CoV-2 virus and continue for an unch.r-acterized *** infected with.CovID-19 before could experience long-CcovID conditions,including th. patients wh. were infected with.SARS CoV-2 virus confirmed by tests and th.se wh. never knew th.y h.d an infection *** with.long CoviD may experience h.alth.problems from different types and combinations of symptoms over time,such.as fa-tigue,dyspnea,cognitive impairments,and gastrointestinal(Gl)symptoms(e.g.,nausea,vom-iting,diarrh.a,decreased or loss of appetite,abdominal pain,and dysgeusia).Th. critical role of th. microbiome in th.se Gl symptoms and long CovID were reported in clinical patients and experimental ***,we provide an overall view of th. critical role of th.
