Multicomponent alkene 1,2-dicarbofunctionalizations(DCFs)have emerged as a powerful strategy to rapidly incorporate both two carbon subunits across one C-C double bond in one step for enhancing molecular complexity and *** the best of our knowledge,there is only one report on photoredox-catalyzed three-component DCFs with malonates through the radical−radical cross-coupling,while photoredox-catalyzed radical-polar crossover(RPC)-type DCFs with malonates were still ***,we describe a redox-neutral RPC-type 1,2-dialkylation of styrenes with malonates and aldehydes through the synergistic Brønsted base/photoredox catalysis *** transition-metal-free strategy provides an efficient and clean approach to a broad variety ofδ-hydroxy esters and also features exceptionally mild conditions,wide compatibility of substrate scope and functional groups,and high atomic ***,three-component 1,2-alkylacylation from the same starting materials was achieved in one-pot manner through such RPC-type coupling and subsequent two-electron oxidation process,providing a set ofδ-keto esters of interest in pharmaceutical research.

The complete and incomplete fusion cross section as well as one-neutron stripping process of ^(6)Li+^(94)Zr system were measured at the energies around the Coulomb barrier by onlineγ-ray *** addition to a 30%suppression factor when compared with the measured total fusion process,the complete fusion cross section in ^(6)Li+^(94)Zr system was observed to be significantly lower than those in the nearby ^(6)Li+^(90,96)Zr *** new experimental result implies that the coupling with breakup channel in the ^(6)Li-induced fusion processes can be affected by the inner structure of the target,which is still not clear in any available model *** the one-neutron stripping process,the direct production cross sections for each level in 95Zr were extracted and compared with the coupled reaction channel calculation,offering a unique opportunity to examine the single-particle nature of the produced excited *** the fact that an overall overestimation of the production cross section for 954-keV and1618-keV levels was observed in the comparison,further investigation is highly demanded in order to understand the full reaction mechanism for the one-neutron stripping process induced by ^(6)Li.

Estrogen receptor(ER) is a vital biomarker in the development and development of breast cancer, and its status has great clinical value in clinical treatment strategy, endocrine therapy efficacy prediction, and breast cancer prognosis. By specifically combining 18F-FES with ER, 18F-FES PET/CT imaging uses standard uptake value(SUV) to semi-quantitatively reflect the distribution of ER and its biological activity in patients, and assesses the expression of ER in breast cancer patients about primary and metastases before or after treatment, to provide a basis for personalized treatment of breast cancer. In this review, we will review the imaging principles of a new ER detection method 18F-FES PET/CT, and the research progress in the clinical application of breast cancer, and compare its diagnostic and treatment value with non-specific tumor imaging 18F-FDG PET/CT in breast cancer.

Introduction: Kaposi sarcoma disease is a proliferative and multifocal disorder with dual components, vascular and fibroblastic cellular, cutaneous and visceral expression. Kaposi Sarcoma can affect the ocular surface and adnexa and can masquerade as other entities, delaying prompt diagnosis can lead to diagnostic wandering delaying treatment. Our aim is to describe a case of KS of the eyelid in an HIV seronegative patient. Case Presentation: A seventy-year-old man developed a bilateral growing tumoral reddish purple vascular mass on both the lower and upper eyelid involving rapidly for 6 months. Both feet and the two shanks show the presence of a brown-violet tumor-shaped formation. The patient was negative for HIV. Histology examination showed a nodular tumor-like mass with a fibro hemangioma-epitheliomatous. Polymerase chain reaction was positive for human herpes virus 8. Initial chemotherapy followed by surgery was proposed to the patient. Unfortunately, the patient rejected treatment and was lost to follow-up. Conclusion: This case reports the difficulty of managing KS in developing countries.

Harnessing solar energy by photocatalytically converting oxygen and water into high-value-added H_(2)O_(2)is a promising way of alleviating both environmental and energy *** is worth noting that suppressing detrimental side reactions,such as the generation of·O_(2)^(-),is a critical approach to enhancing H_(2)O_(2)***,a 2-fold interpenetrating 3D uranium-organic framework(YTU-W-1)was developed and introduced for photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)*** material demonstrates a different photocatalytic mechanism when employing uranyl as an initiator,as compared with the conventional semiconductor photocatalytic pathway involving photo-generated charge *** from the strong hydrogen abstraction effect of the U≡O·and the direct one-step oxygen reduction pathway,YTU-W-1 exhibits enhanced photocatalytic performance for H_(2)O_(2)production with yield efficiency of 221μmol h^(-1)g^(-1).Furthermore,YTU-W-1 displays a high H_(2)O_(2)selectivity of 68%,confirmed by rotating ring-disk electrode(RRDE)*** were used to elucidate the critical role of uranyl in the photocatalytic oxygen reduction reaction for H_(2)O_(2)*** research introduces an innovative approach to photo-driven H_(2)O_(2)production,underscoring the potential for heterogeneous catalysts to engage in photocatalytic reactions independently of photogenerated charge carriers.

Neuroprotective Effects of MIP-15 Peptide from Morchella importuna Against Ischemic-Hypoxic Brain Damage in Rats

Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is a prominent cause of neuronal damage and neonatal death， and effective treatment strategies remain limited. In a prior investigation， we purified a novel peptide (designated MIP-15) from the rare mushroom Morchella importuna， demonstrating its notable free radical scavenging activity. Nevertheless， the potential neuroprotective role of MIP-15 in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (HIBD) and its underlying mechanism remain elusive. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether MIP-15 exerts neuroprotective effects by inhibiting the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway after HIBD. A HIBD model in 7-day-old (P7) rats was established by the Rice–Vannucci method to evaluate the effect of MIP-15 on the neurological damage severity and space cognitive ability of rats. Subsequently， an oxygen glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) model was established in rat primary hippocampal neurons to explore the mechanism of MIP-15 action. Both in vivo and in vitro data showed that MIP-15 markedly restored endogenous antioxidative activity， decreased brain water content， and ameliorated pathological abnormalities following HIBD. The spatial cognitive ability and motor function of HIBD rats were also repaired. Moreover， in primary hippocampal neurons after OGD/R， MIP-15 increased cell viability by inhibiting the mitochondrial-dependent apoptosis pathway， as manifested by stabilization of the mitochondrial membrane potential， prevention of the release of cytochrome c， upregulation of Bcl-2/Bax， and reduction in the triggering of caspase proteins. These data indicate that MIP-15 may have the potential to act as a neuroprotective agent.

Natural killer T cell lymphoma(NKTCL)is highly aggressive,with advanced stage patients poorly responding to intensive *** explore effective and safe treatment for newly diagnosed advanced stage NKTCL,we conducted a phase ll study of anti-metabolic agent pegaspargase plus PD-1 antibody sintilimab(NCT04096690).Twenty-two patients with a median age of 51 years(range,24-74)were enrolled and treated with induction treatment of pegaspargase 2500 IU/m2 intramuscularly on day 1 and sintilimab 200 mg intravenously on day 2 for 6 cycles of 21 days,followed by maintenance treatment of sintilimab 200 mg for 28 cycles of 21 *** complete response and overall response rate after induction treatment were 59%(95%Cl,43-79%)and 68%(95%Cl,47-84%),*** a median follow-up of 30 months,the 2 year progression-free and overall survival rates were 68%(95%Cl,45-83%)and 86%(95%Cl,63-95%),*** most frequently grade 3/4 adverse events were neutropenia(32%,n=7)and hypofibrinogenemia(18%,n=4),which were manageable and led to no discontinuation of *** proportion score of PD-L1,peripheral blood high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and apolipoprotein A-l correlated with good response,while PD-1 on tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and peripheral Treg cells with poor response to pegaspargase plus sintilimab *** conclusion,the chemo-free regimen pegaspargase plus sintilimab was effective and safe in newly diagnosed,advanced stage *** lipid profle and immunosuppressive signature contributed to treatment resistance,providing an alternative therapeutic approach dual targeting fatty acid metabolism and CTLA-4 in NKTCL.

On March 11, 2019, the WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic disease. It is a respiratory tropism SARS COV 2 infection. In the emergency of the pandemic, in medical imaging, only computed tomography (CT) of the lungs was favored to assess lung lesions. In addition, many cases of post-COVID-19 cognitive disorders have been reported. As the curve dips and services restart correctly, other imaging techniques have been used to better explore the disease. The objective of this presentation is to illustrate the contribution of metabolic imaging in the exploration of post COVID-19 cognitive disorders and to discuss the pathophysiological mechanisms. Hypometabolism brain lesions are objective signs of functional impairment whose pathophysiological mechanism is not yet fully understood. Metabolic imaging with PET-SCAN is a suitable tool for exploring these disorders, both for the severity and extent of the lesions and for the topography of the brain damage.
