Background Hyaluronidase （Hyase） is an enzyme which hydrolyses hyaluronan （HA）, a large nonsulfated glycosaminoglycan. Several genes have been identified to code for hyaluronidases in humans. Its role has only recently been underlined in the invasion of prostate cancer, colonic cancer, and breast cancer. Moreover, the findings were in agreement with some experimental results which showed that HA-derived oligosaccharides had angiogenesis-promoting activity. All these findings prompted us to investigate factors that had been characterized as putative invasive factors in different human breast cancer-derived cell lines. Methods We selected two series of human breast cancer-derived cell lines whose expression of estrogen receptors （ER） was previously published. Hyaluronidase secretion in culture medium and expression of matrix metallo-proteinase （MMP）-9, cathepsin-D （cath-D） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） by cells were determined. We also investigated cell invasiveness in the Matrigel invasion assay, and studied the capability of cancer cells to promote in vitro formation of tubules by endothelial cells. Results ER（-） cells secreted significantly more hyaluronidase （P 〈0.001） and expressed significantly more VEGF （P 〈0.01）, MMP-9 （P 〈0.05） and cath-D （P 〈0.0001） than ER（＋） cells. Invasion through Matrigel by ER（-） Hyase（＋） cells was significantly higher than that by ER（＋） Hyase（-） cells （P 〈0.05）. In both cases, invasion was decreased by heparin （P 〈0.05）. When ECV-304 endothelial cells were co-cultivated in millicell chambers with cancer cells, ECV-304 cells were induced to form tubules. Tubule formation was demonstrated to be more prominent with ER（-） Hyase（＋） cells than with ER（＋） Hyase（-） cells （P 〈0.05）. 目的 :研究妊娠期乳腺癌在诊断和手术、化疗、放疗综合治疗方面的特殊性。方法 :1992年 12月—1999年 6月 ,法国巴黎第十二大学附属henriMondor医院放疗科收治 9例妊娠期乳腺癌患者 ,其中 3例诊断于妊娠期 ,6例诊断于分娩后 1年内。 5例行乳房保留治疗 ,4例改良根治术。所有病例行术后放疗。 7例接受化疗。结果 :9例钼靶摄片中 7例和所有的 5例超声检查提示肿瘤征象 ,诊断时总体病期晚 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、、Ⅲ期比例分别为11%、44 %和 44 %。中位随访 6 0月 (9— 89月 )时 ,6例无病生存 ,3例在治疗结束后 14月— 48月出现局部复发或远处转移。结论 :妊娠期乳腺癌诊断延误较为常见 ,对分娩后确诊的患者 ,应重视妊娠、哺乳期乳房体检和超声检查在鉴别诊断乳房肿块中的作用。治疗原则必须兼顾疾病的迫切性和胎儿的安全性。在可以及时开展化疗和放疗的综合治疗的前提下。

目的:根据WHO/EORTC最新分期,报告30例原发性皮肤B细胞淋巴瘤患者的放疗效果。材料和方法:从1978年10月到2002年6月,30例皮肤B细胞淋巴瘤患者接受皮肤放射治疗。男性21例,女性9例。年龄23-89岁(平均年龄48岁)。随访期从放疗结束开始计算,平均随访期限47个月(4～301个月)。所有患者根据WHO/EORTC分期重新分期:2例PCMZL(6.7%);18例PCFCL(60%);8例PCLBCL小腿型(26.7%);1例血管内PCLBCL(3.3%);1例未分型。根据病灶数量患者分为:第一组,单个病灶13例(43%);第二组,同一解剖部位的多个病灶13例(43%);第三组,弥散性病灶4例(13%)。根据病灶部位分为:7例头颈部病灶,6例躯干病灶,7例下肢病灶,3例上肢病灶,7例全身弥散病灶。11例(36.7%)在放疗前接受了新辅助化疗CHOP,在放疗时均有残留病灶。选择扩展野(extended field irradiation,EFI)放射治疗9例多发病灶和弥散病灶。治疗机为SATURNE CLINAC,能量4-8MeV电子线,剂量为30Gy(4次/周;2.5Gy/次),治疗靶区为全身或半身。局部野(localized field irradiation,LFI)作为根治治疗或扩展野后加量治疗22例,治疗机为DARPAC,0.55cm铝过滤片,45KV的X线照射小病灶,100KV以上能量的用于治疗较深部病灶,运用不同类型及大小的限光筒(直径1.5-20cm)照射不同大小的病灶。剂量30-40Gy(2Gy/次,5次/周)。所有放射野为肿块加周围正常皮肤2.5cm。统计软件为SPSS10.0。结果:完全缓解(CR)为86%,完全缓解时间4～301个月。3例患者部分缓解(PR,11%)。1例进展。患者10年总生存率为87%。3例患者死亡(1例PCMBCL,2例PCLBCL小腿型29%)。所有患者都能耐受放疗。结论:根据WHO/EORTC分期,PCMBCL和PCFCL生存率高。PCLBCL下肢型预后较差。局部野对局部病灶有治疗效果,并能保持长期缓解。弥散病灶患者通常采用扩展野和/或化疗。对于进展期的患者,化疗是治疗选择,同时使用局部野治疗获得良好的姑息疗效。

目的：探讨艾滋病病毒相关性原发性脑淋巴瘤放射治疗的疗效。方法：从１９９５年１月至１９９９年１２月法国巴黎第十二大学ＨｅｎｒｉＭｏｎｄｏｒ医院放疗科共收治艾滋病病毒相关性原发性脑淋巴瘤病人８例，均为男性，中位年龄为３２岁（２１～５７岁）。８例病人均接受全脑照射３０Ｇｙ，后有４例缩野照射原发肿瘤１５～２０Ｇｙ，中位照射剂量为３７．５Ｇｙ。所有病人均未接受化疗。结果：放疗结束时，肿瘤缩小４例，肿瘤无变化３例，肿瘤增大１例；病人对急性放射反应耐受性尚好。病人中位生存期为７．１个月（３～１９个月）。结论：艾滋病病毒相关性原发性脑淋巴瘤病人的预后差，而放射治疗可在一定程度上延长病人的生存期。

Introduction: The aim of the study was to describe the immunohistochemical aspects of breast cancers at Douala General Hospital, Cameroon. Methodology: This was a descriptive study with retrospective data collection, conducted from January 1st 2010 and December 31st 2019. It was focused on histologically proven breast cancers followed up at Douala General Hospital. Results: We collected 285 cases of breast cancer, all female, representing an annual frequency of 28.5 cases. The mean age of the patients was 48 ± 13 years. The most frequent histological form was infiltrating ductal carcinoma (83.9%), with grade II predominating (38.6%). Immunohistochemical analyses were performed on 89 patients (31.23%). The triple-negative subtype was the most common class (35.95%), followed by Luminal A (32.60);Human Epidermal Receptor 2-class and Luminal B tumors were observed at a frequency of 13.48% each. Treatment consisted mainly of surgery (78.60%) combined with chemotherapy (65.97%) and/or radiotherapy (63.16%). Hormonal treatment was used in only 10.18% of patients. Targeted therapy was exceptional (4%). Conclusion: Triple-negative phenotype is the most common. However, potentially hormone-sensitive tumors account for almost half of all patients, who are relatively young. Individualized treatments are rare. It is important to systematize these analyses for all breast cancers, with a view to appropriate management in our environment.

目的本文旨在介绍放疗在合并ＡＩＤＳ的口腔卡勃基氏肉瘤（ＫＳ）患者治疗中的有效性。材料与方法１９８６年６月至１９９６年１２月，亨利蒙德尔医院肿瘤科对６２例合并有ＡＩＤＳ的口腔ＫＳ患者进行了放射治疗。患者平均年龄３９．２岁（２８～６２岁）；男６１，女１。治疗前共有４４例患者接受过系统的干扰素免疫治疗及化疗等。放疗采用４５ＫＶ及４ＭＶ－Ｘ线，剂量１０～３０．４Ｇｙ不等。其中１５～１５．２Ｇｙ５０人，３０．４Ｇｙ３人，１０～２０Ｇｙ９人。根据肿瘤大小及病变部位设野，其中５３例采用两侧对穿照射野，９例采用体腔管直对照射。结果在接受ＤＴ１５～１５．２Ｇｙ照射的５０例患者中，口腔重度反应８人（１６％），中度反应９人（１８％），轻度反应３３人（６６％）；客观临床缓解率达１００％，其中完全缓解率１７．８％（１１／６２），部分缓解率８２．２％（５１／６２），且临床症状获得了良好的改善。结论ＫＳ对放疗敏感，对口腔ＫＳ放疗是一种有效的姑息治疗手段。ＤＴ１５Ｇｙ足可缓解临床症状并使肿瘤退缩或消退。提倡患者口腔清洁，对患者进行放疗前、中的预防及治疗性的抗真菌治疗很有必要，以改善患者对放疗的耐受性。

目的本文旨在介绍放疗在眼睑和眼结膜流行性卡勃基氏肉瘤 (EKS)患者治疗中的有效性。　方法1 987年 1月～ 1 997年 6月法国巴黎十二大亨利蒙德尔医院肿瘤科对 36 2例眼睑和眼结膜的EKS患者进行了放疗。男性 35 6例 ,女性 6例 ,中位年龄 38岁 (2 7～ 6 4岁 )。放疗采用 45kvX线 ,放疗剂量 1 0～ 30Gy ,第 1周 1 0Gy ,2 .5Gy/次 ,4次 /周 ,休息 1周后再行第二阶段放疗 ,追加剂量 1 0～ 2 0Gy。　结果完全缓解率达 1 0 0 %。眼部重度反应 1 4人(3.9% ) ,中度反应 76人 (2 1 % ) ,轻度反应 2 72人 (75 .1 % )。　结论放疗对眼睑和眼结膜EKS是一种有效的治疗手段。 2 0Gy显露出肿瘤充分的缩小和良好的症状缓解率。
