Farmers’precision pesticide technology adoption and its influencing factors:Evidence from apple production areas in China

The research aimed to understand farmers’willingness to adopt(WTA)and willingness to pay(WTP)for precision pesticide technologies and analyzed the determinants of farmers’*** used a two-stage approach to consider farmers’WTA and WTP for precision pesticide technologies.A survey of 545 apple farmers was administered in Bohai Bay and the Loess Plateau in *** data were analyzed using the double-hurdle *** results indicated that 78.72%of respondents were willing to apply precision pesticide technologies provided by service organizations such as cooperatives and dedicated enterprises,and 69.72%were willing to buy the equipment for using precision pesticide *** results of the determinant analysis indicated that farmers’perceived perceptions,farm scale,cooperative membership,access to digital information,and availability of financial services had significant and positive impacts on farmers’WTA precision pesticide *** membership,technical training,and adherence to environmental regulations increased farmers’WTP for precision pesticide ***,nonlinear relationships between age,agricultural experience,and farmers’WTA and WTP for precision pesticide technology services were found.

The moving vehicles present different scales in the image due to the perspective effect of different viewpoint *** premise of advanced driver assistance system(adas)system for safety surveillance and safe driving is early identification of vehicle targets in front of the ego *** recognition of the same vehicle at different scales requires feature learning with scale *** existing feature vector methods,the normalized PCA eigenvalues calculated from feature maps are used to extract scale-invariant *** study proposed a convolutional neural network(CNN)structure embedded with the module of multi-pooling-PCA for scale variant object *** validation of the proposed network structure is verified by scale variant vehicle image *** with scale invariant network algorithms of Scale-invariant feature transform(SIFT)and FSAF as well as miscellaneous networks,the proposed network can achieve the best recognition accuracy tested by the vehicle scale variant *** testify the practicality of this modified network,the testing of public dataset ImageNet is done and the comparable results proved its effectiveness in general purpose of applications.

By stating the key essential technique urgently needs to be breakthrough of super complex system architecture in the developing strategy of smart vehicle,bringing that the Advanced Driving Assistance System(adas) is the best instance to reach this developing strategy *** a computer system model from adas,bring up the key basic technique it is to solve adas efficient concurrency task in complex system based on Scalable service oriented middleware over internet protocol(SOME/IP),which means "Rapid Controller area network(CAN) data collection" and " Dispatching CAN instruction on time".Simplifying the super complex system architecture of vehicle to be as a small Automotive Ethernet(AE) model,by using Common application programming interface(Common API) to design and implement the Application Programming Interface(API) of concurrency task under Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) frame thinking,coding to implement API and verifying functions of concurrency task,by through result of test program to evaluate API executing ***,the API designed by "CAN signal oriented" thinking brings massive context interaction just as going in and out of AE stack,which takes more AE bandwidth *** the API of concurrency task by using"CAN signal set service" thinking,programming and testing again,the test result shows that the optimized API descends the massive context interaction and obviously improves AE bandwidth *** using "theory guiding practice" this way,at last this paper successfully implements efficient concurrency task this study goal.

Precision agriculture(PA) technologies have great potential for promoting sustainable intensification of food production, ensuring targeted delivery of agricultural inputs, and hence food security and environmental protection. The benefits of PA technologies are applicable across a broad range of agronomic, environmental and rural socio-economic contexts globally. However, farmer and land-manager adoption in low to middle income countries has typically been slower than that observed in more affluent countries. China is currently engaged in the process of agricultural modernisation to ensure food security for its 1.4 billion population and has developed a portfolio of policies designed to improve food security,while simultaneously promoting environmental *** attention has been paid to the reduction of agricultural inputs such as fertilisers and pesticides. The widespread adoption of PA technologies across the Chinese agricultural landscape is central to the success of these policies. However, socio-economic and cultural barriers, farm scale,(in particular the prevalence of smaller family farms) and demographic changes in the rural population,(for example, the movement of younger people to the cities) represent barriers to PA adoption across China. A framework for ensuring an acceptable and accelerated PA technology trajectory is proposed which combines systematic understanding of farmer and end-user priorities and preferences for technology design throughout the technology development process, and subsequent end-user requirements for implementation(including demonstration of economic and agronomic benefits, andknowledge transfer). Future research will validate the framework against qualitative and quantitative socioeconomic, cultural and agronomic indicators of successful,or otherwise, PA implementation. The results will provide the evidence upon which to develop further policies regarding how to secure sustainable food production and how best to im

Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the quantification of an anti-sclerostin monoclonal antibody in cynomolgus monkey serum

Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)has gradually become a promising alternative to ligand binding assay for the bioanalysis of biotherapeutic molecules,due to its rapid method development and high *** this study,we established a new LC-MS/MS method for the determination of the anti-sclerostin monoclonal antibody(SHR-1222)in cynomolgus monkey serum,and compared it to a previous electrochemiluminescence *** antibody was quantified by detecting the surrogate peptide obtained by trypsin *** surrogate peptide was carefully selected by investigating its uniqueness,stability and MS *** quantitative range of the proposed method was 2.00-500μg/mL,and this verified method was successfully applied to the toxicokinetic assessment of SHR-1222 in cynomolgus monkey *** was found that the concentrations of SHR-1222 in cynomolgus monkeys displayed an excellent agreement between the LC-MS/MS and electrochemiluminescence methods(ratios of drug exposure,0.8-1.0).Notably,two monkeys in the60 mg/kg dose group had abnormal profiles with a low detection value of SHR-1222 in their individual *** the high-level anti-drug antibodies(adas)in these samples and the consistent quantitative results of the two methods,we found that the decreased concentration of SHR-1222 was due to the accelerated clearance mediated by adas rather than the interference of adas to the detection *** together,we successfully developed an accurate,efficient and cost-effective LC-MS/MS method for the quantification of SHR-1222 in serum samples,which could serve as a powerful tool to improve the preclinical development of antibody drugs.

＜正＞In the UK,the five main caterpillar pests of Brassica crops are Plutella xylosteUa（diamond-back moth）,Mamestra brassicae（cabbage moth）, Evergestis forficalis（garden pebble moth）,Pieris rapae（small white butterfly） and Pieris brassicae（large white butterfly）.Although attacks by all five species were sporadic during 1994 and 1995,*** and P. rapae were the two most numerous pests. Forecasts of the timing of activity are being developed for all five species using both published information and data collected from new experimental *** is known about the temperature requirements for development of *** nor is there much information on the requirements for post-winter development for any of the five species. To provide data to validate the forecasts,pheromone traps and water traps are being used to determine the pattern of adult activity at four locations during *** feasible,weekly counts are being made of the numbers of eggs,larvae and pupae on insecticide-free plots. To develop a’user-friendly’ sampling system,data on the within-crop distribution of the immature stages of all five species were collected.’Edge’ effects were apparent for some species,but the data need detailed statistical analyses before firm conclusions can be drawn. Preliminary laboratory bioassays showed that there was considerable variation in the susceptibility of pest species to the Bacillus thuringiensis products available in the *** was the least susceptible of the species *** potential of a new product,which is based on a different, trans-conjugant,strain of Bt,is being assessed.
