due to their uncontrollable assembly and crystallization process,the synthesis of mesoporous metal oxide single crystals remains a formidable ***,we report the synthesis of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2TiSiO5by using soft micelles as *** key lies in the atomic-scale self-assembly and step-crystallization processes,which ensure the formation of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2TiSiO5microparticles via an oriented attachment growth mechanism under the confinement of an in-situ formed carbon *** mesoporous Li2TiSiO5anode achieves a superior rate capability(148 mAh g-1at5.0 A g-1) and outstanding long-term cycling stability(138 mAh g-1after 3000 cycles at 2.0 A g-1) for lithium storage as a result of the ultrafast Li+diffusion caused by penetrating mesochannels and nanosized crystal frameworks（5-10 nm）.In comparison,bulk Li2TiSiO5exhibits poor rate capability and cycle performance due to micron-scale diffusion *** method is very simple and reproducible,heralding a new way of designing and synthesizing mesoporous single crystals with controllable frameworks and chemical functionalities.

developing and excavating new agrochemicals with highly active and safe is an important tactic for protecting crop health and food *** this paper,to discover the new bactericide candidates,we designed,prepared a new type of1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline(THC)derivatives and evaluated the in vitro and in vivo bioactivities against the Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo),Xanthomonas axonopodis ***(Xac),and Pseudomonas syringae ***(Psa).The in vitro bioassay results exhibited that most title molecules possessed good activity toward the three plant pathogenic bacteria,the compound A17 showed the most active against Xoo and Xac with EC50 values of 7.27 and 4.89 mg mL^(-1)respectively,and compound A8 exhibited the best inhibitory activity against Psa with EC50value of 4.87 mg mL^(-1).Pot experiments showed that compound A17 exhibited excellent in vivo antibacterial activities to manage rice bacterial leaf blight and citrus bacterial canker,with protective efficiencies of 52.67 and 79.79%at 200 mgmL^(-1),***,compound A8 showed good control efficiency(84.31%)against kiwifruit bacterial canker at 200 mg mL^(-1).Antibacterial mechanism suggested that these compounds could interfere with the balance of the redox system,damage the cell membrane,and induce the apoptosis of Xoo *** together,our study revealed that tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives could be a promising candidate model for novel broadspectrum bactericides.

The prevention and control of rice bacterial leaf blight(BLB)disease has not yet been achieved due to the lack of effective agrochemicals and available ***,we develop a series of novel bissulfones and a novel target with a unique mechanism to address this *** developed bissulfones can control Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo),and 2-(bis(methylsulfonyl)methylene)-N-(4-chlorophenyl)hydrazine-1-carboxamide(B_(7))is more effective than the commercial drugs thiodiazole copper(TC)and bismerthiazol(BT).Pyruvate kinase(PYK)in Xoo has been identified for the first time as the target protein of our bissulfone B_(7).PYK modulates bacterial virulence via a CrP-like protein(Clp)/two-component system regulatory protein(reg r)*** elucidation of this pathway facilitates the use of B_(7)to reduce PYK expression at the transcriptional level,block PYK activity at the protein level,and impair the interaction within the PYK-Clp-reg r complex via competitive inhibition,thereby attenuating bacterial biology and *** study offers insights into the molecular and mechanistic aspects underlying anti-Xoo strategies that target *** believe that these valuable discoveries will be used for bacterial disease control in the future.

Hydrogen has emerged as a promising environmentally friendly energy source. The development of lowcost, highly active, stable, and easily synthesized catalysts for hydrogen evolution reactions(HEr) remains a significant challenge. This study explored the synthesis of nitrogen-doped MXene-based composite catalysts for enhanced HEr performance. By thermally decomposing ruCl_(3) coordinated with melamine and formaldehyde resin, we successfully introduced nitrogen-doped carbon(N–C) with highly dispersed ruthenium(ru) onto the MXene surface. The calcination temperature played a crucial role in controlling the size of ru nanoparticles(ru NPs) and the proportion of ru single-atom(ru SA), thereby facilitating the synergistic enhancement of HEr performance by ru NPs and ru SA. The resulting catalyst prepared with a calcination temperature of 600℃, Ti_(3)C_(2)T_x-N/C-ru-600(TNCr-600), exhibited exceptional HEr activity(η10= 17 m V) and stability(160 h) under alkaline conditions. This work presented a simple and effective strategy for synthesizing composite catalysts, offering new insights into the design and regulation of high-performance ru-based catalysts for hydrogen production.

The screening and identification of attachment genes is important to exploring the formation mechanism of biofilms at the gene *** is helpful to the development of key culture technologies for aerobic granular sludge(AGS).In this study,genome-wide sequencing and gene editing were employed for the first time to investigate the effects and functions of attachment genes in *** the help of whole-genome analysis,ten attachment genes were screened from thirteen genes,and the efficiency of gene screening was greatly ***,two attachment genes were selected as examples to further confirm the gene functions by constructing gene-knockout recombinant mutants of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia;when the two attachment genes were knocked out,the attachment potential was reduced by 50.67%and 43.93%,*** results provide a new theoretical principle and efficient method for the development of AGS from the perspective of attachment genes.

Edge computing, which achieves quick data processing by sinking data computing and storage to the network edge, has grown rapidly along with the Internet of things. The new network architecture of edge computing brings new security challenges. Based on this, this paper investigates the edge computing security literature published in recent years and summarizes and analyzes research work on edge computing security from different attack surfaces. We start with the definition and architecture of edge computing. From the attack surface between device and edge server, as well as on edge servers, the research describes the security threats and defense methods of edge computing. In addition, the cause of the attack and the pros and cons of defense methods is introduced. The challenges and future research directions of edge computing are given.
