Advancing Wound Filling Extraction on 3D Faces:An Auto-Segmentation and Wound Face Regeneration Approach

Facial wound segmentation plays a crucial role in preoperative planning and optimizing patient outcomes in various medical *** this paper,we propose an efficient approach for automating 3D facial wound segmentation using a two-stream graph convolutional *** method leverages the Cir3D-FaIR dataset and addresses the challenge of data imbalance through extensive experimentation with different loss *** achieve accurate segmentation,we conducted thorough experiments and selected a high-performing model from the *** selectedmodel demonstrates exceptional segmentation performance for complex 3D facial ***,based on the segmentation model,we propose an improved approach for extracting 3D facial wound fillers and compare it to the results of the previous *** method achieved a remarkable accuracy of 0.9999993% on the test suite,surpassing the performance of the previous *** this result,we use 3D printing technology to illustrate the shape of the wound *** outcomes of this study have significant implications for physicians involved in preoperative planning and intervention *** automating facial wound segmentation and improving the accuracy ofwound-filling extraction,our approach can assist in carefully assessing and optimizing interventions,leading to enhanced patient ***,it contributes to advancing facial reconstruction techniques by utilizing machine learning and 3D bioprinting for printing skin tissue *** source code is available at https://***/SIMOGroup/WoundFilling3D.

In this work, the perovskite LaZnO3 was synthesized via sol-gel method and applied for photocatalytic treatment of sulfamethizole (SMZ) antibiotics under visible light activation. SMZ was almost completely degraded (99.2% + 0.3%) within 4 hr by photocatalyst LaZnO3 at the optimal dosage of 1.1 g/L, with a mineralization proportion of 58.7% + 0.4%. The efficient performance of LaZnO3 can be attributed to its wide-range light absorption and the appropriate energy band edge levels, which facilitate the formation of active agents such as center dot O2 -, h+ , and center dot OH. The integration of RP-HPLC/Q-TOF-MS and DFT-based computational techniques revealed three degradation pathways of SMZ, which were initiated by the deamination reaction at the anilin ring, the breakdown of the sulfonamide moieties, and a process known as Smile-type rearrangement and SO2 intrusion. Corresponding toxicity of SMZ and the intermediates were analyzed by quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR), indicating the effectiveness of LaZnO3-based photocatalysis in preventing secondary pollution of the intermediates to the ecosystem during the degradation process. The visible -light -activated photocatalyst LaZnO3 exhibited efficient performance in the occurrence of inorganic anions and maintained high durability across multiple recycling tests, making it a promising candidate for practical antibiotic treatment. A Deep Learning Based Approach for Context-Aware Multi-Criteria Recommender Systems

Recommender systems are similar to an informationfiltering system that helps identify items that best satisfy the users’demands based on their pre-ference ***-aware recommender systems(CARSs)and multi-criteria recommender systems(MCRSs)are extensions of traditional recommender *** have integrated additional contextual information such as time,place,and so on for providing better ***,the majority of CARSs use ratings as a unique criterion for building ***,MCRSs utilize user preferences in multiple criteria to better generate *** to now,how to exploit context in MCRSs is still an open *** paper proposes a novel approach,which relies on deep learning for context-aware multi-criteria recommender *** apply deep neural network(DNN)mod-els to predict the context-aware multi-criteria ratings and learn the aggregation *** conduct experiments to evaluate the effect of this approach on the real-world dataset.A significant result is that our method outperforms other state-of-the-art methods for recommendation effectiveness.

Non-Zenoness of piecewise affine dynamical systems and affine complementarity systems with inputs

In the context of continuous piecewise affine dynamical systems and affine complementarity systems with inputs, we study the existence of Zeno behavior, i.e., infinite number of mode transitions in a finite-length time interval, in this paper. The main result reveals that continuous piecewise affine dynamical systems with piecewise real-analytic inputs do not exhibit Zeno behavior. Applied the achieved result to affine complementarity systems with inputs, we also obtained a similar conclusion. A direct benefit of the main result is that one can apply smooth ordinary differential equations theory in a local manner for the analysis of continuous piecewise affine dynamical systems with inputs.

User profiles representing users’preferences and interests play an important role in many applications of personalized *** the rapid growth of social platforms,there is a critical need for efficient solutions to learn user profiles from the information they shared on social platforms so as to improve the quality of recommendation *** problem of user profile learning is significantly challenging due to difficulty in handling data from multiple sources,in different formats and often associated with *** this paper,we introduce an integrated approach that combines advanced Machine Learning techniques with evidential reasoning based on Dempster-Shafer theory of evidence for user profiling and *** developed methods for user profile learning and multi-criteria collaborative filtering are demonstrated with experimental results and analysis that show the effectiveness and practicality of the integrated approach.A proposal for extending multi-criteria recommendation systems by incorporating user profiles learned from different sources of data into the recommendation process so as to provide better recommendation capabilities is also highlighted.

RATIONAL GENERAL SOLUTIONS OF HIGHER ORDER ALGEBRAIC ODES

This paper generalizes the method of Ng6 and Winkler （2010, 2011） for finding rational general solutions of a first order non-autonomous algebraic ordinary differential equation （AODE） to the case of a higher order AODE, provided a proper parametrization of its solution hypersurface. The authors reduce the problem of finding the rational general solution of a higher order AODE to finding the rational general solution of an associated system. The rational general solutions of the original AODE and its associated system are in computable 1-1 correspondence. The authors give necessary and sufficient conditions for the associated system to have a rational solution based on proper reparametrization of invariant algebraic space curves. The authors also relate invariant space curves to first integrals and characterize rationally solvable systems by rational first integrals.

Preparation and Characterization of Silver Doped ZnO Nanostructures

ZnO was prepared by hydrothermal method. The result of scanning electron microscopy showed that the materials had nano rod structures. Ag-doped ZnO was prepared by UV-photoreduction. Crystalline phases and optical absorption of the prepared Ag-doped ZnO samples were determined by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectrum, UV-visible, and UV- photoreduction spectrophotometer. X-ray analyses revealed that Ag was doped ZnO crystallizes in hexagonal wurtzite structure. The incorporation of Ag+ in the site of Zn2+ provoked an increase in the size of nanocrystals as compared to pure ZnO. The photocatalytic and photoluminescence properties of materials were considered.

This study investigated the performances of a new type of precast beam-column joint subjected to earthquake and impact *** sustainability and durability considerations,new materials such as corrosion-resistant fibre reinforced polymer(FRP)bolts and reinforcements,fibre reinforced concrete(FRC),and geopolymer concrete(GPC)were used to construct the *** examine the resilience,durability,sustainability,and multi-hazard resistance capacities,both cyclic and pendulum impact tests were carried *** experimental results demonstrated that the proposed precast joints had the comparable or even better performances as compared with the traditional monolithic joints under cyclic and impact *** simulations using ABAQUS were also adopted to determine the optimal values of the concrete-end-plate(CEP)thickness for the proposed dry joints and to further quantify other response parameters which could not be obtained during the test,e.g.,stress distribution,energy absorption,and stress *** on the influences of various parameters on joint performances under different loading conditions was also presented in this study.

利用DNA Pull down-MS技术筛选ZmCCT10启动子结合蛋白。以ZmCCT10启动子DNA为诱饵对具有较强光周期敏感性的热带玉米自交系“CML288”总蛋白进行筛选并利用LC-MS/MS对筛选到的互作蛋白进行鉴定。利用GO、KEGG、COG、IPR数据库对互作蛋白进行功能注释。利用Cell-mPLOC数据库对核定位蛋白进行筛选，选出84个ZmCCT10启动子候选互作蛋白。对候选互作蛋白ZmPTI1L3的亚细胞定位进行了鉴定，并利用DNA Pull-down对ZmPTI1L3结合ZmCCT10启动子DNA进行了验证。该研究结果为解析ZmCCT10基因感受光周期信号分子机理提供了依据，对于解析玉米光周期敏感性遗传机制及热带玉米种质资源利用有重要意义。
