[Objectives]To fully understand the quality of commercial enzyme inhibition-colorimetric pesticide residue rapid detection kits,so that they can play a greater role in the detection and supervision of agricultural products.[Methods]The sensitivity of 28 kinds of pesticides was determined by using the commercially available enzyme inhibition colorimetric rapid detection kit with Hendu brand.[Results]There was a significant difference in the sensitivity of the kit to each pesticide,and the kit was more sensitive to dichlorvos among the 28 pesticides *** sensitivity to methyl isosalifos,dimethoate,isocarbophos,fenthion and phorate was poor,and the sensitivity to quinalphos was different between 3.0 and 2.5 mL.[Conclusions]The large difference of the sensitivity of the enzyme inhibition-colorimetric rapid detection kit for pesticide residues to different kits is a reason for the false positive and false negative test results of the kit,which needs to be considered by relevant personnel.

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Reducing Sugar Content in sugarcane

[ Objective] This study aimed to establish an effective method for evaluating uncertainty in determination of reducing sugar content in sugarcane with Lane-Ernon method. [ Method] Based on analysis of the main sources of uncertainty in determination of reducing sugar content in sugarcane and mathematical model construction, combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were determined to establish the method for evaluation of uncertainty in determination. [ Result] Among uncertainties in determination of reducing sugar content in sugarcane with Lane-Ernon method, the greatest uncertainty was introduced by duplicate determination. According to results of statistical analysis, the expanded uncertainty in determination of reducing sugar content was 0.012%. [ Conclusion] This study provided theo- retical reference for evaluation of uncertainty in determination of reducing sugar content in sugarcane.

Analysis of Heavy Metal Content in Organic Fertilizers and Evaluation of its Accumulation in Soil and Vegetable

The heavy metal contents of 54 organic fertilizer samples from Hunan Province were detected;meanwhile,through field plot experiments,the accumulations of heavy metals from chicken excrement-based organic fertilizer in soil and vegetables under different fertilization methods were *** experiment results indicated that:(1)The average contents of Pb,Cd,Cr,As,Hg,Cu,Zn and Ni in the sampled fertilizers were 8.18,0.77,17.80,2.80,0.83,70.36,198.84 and 81.48 mg/kg,respectively;Cu and Zn exceeded the most than their standards,followed by As,Hg,Cd and Cr.(2)Among the organic fertilizers produced by different raw materials,industrial sludge contained the highest content of heavy metals,followed by the livestock excrements,oil-seed-meals and crop straw.(3)Only applying chemical fertilizer had a relatively small in fluence on the accumulation of heavy metal in soil while decreasing its pH value;the mixture of chemical fertilizer and chicken manure could increase the pH value in soil while accumulating little heavy *** is recommended that the mixture of chemical fertilizer and chicken manure should be a prior choice so as to improve soil property and ensure the safety of agricultural ***,when applying double amount of chicken manure,the contents of 8 heavy metals in soil were increased,among which Cd,Cu,Zn had obtained obvious accumulation effects,which were higher than applying a single portion of chicken manure fertilizer.(4)After two years of the field plot experiments,the accumulation of heavy metal in vegetables was not obvious under all designed fertilization modes,though increasing slightly.

Although Vibrio parahaemolyticus has become the most common pathogen in fresh and frozen seafood,its virulence changes have often been ignored during the processing of *** investigate these potential risks,we used frozen Penaeus chinensis as examples,and the most virulent factors of ***,including amounts,viable but nonculturable(VBNC)status,toxins TDH and TRH,and virulence genes tdh and trh,were *** quantities were signifi cantly reduced during drain and sprinkling phases,but caused by different *** SYTO9 and PI staining showed that washing was the main reason for the bacterial reduction at the drain phase,while the strain entering VBNC state was another reason at sprinkling *** hemolysis toxicity,produced by TDH and TRH,became stronger after inoculation on shrimp,and could be detected throughout the ***,tdh and trh also exhibited trends similar to that of the hemolysis toxicity *** was almost to a two-fold expression level during ice-glazing phase,while trh only express at a low level,less than half of the expression level before *** results demonstrated that the strains were not dead during freezing process,but became VBNC cells,which still produced and accumulated toxins,especially TDH,the most virulent factor.

Edible oil is one major nutritional ingredient to human and widely consumed directly. The contamination of aflatoxin B1 （AFB1） in edible oils has been attracted exten-sive efforts due to its hazard to human health and life. To avoid the digestion of edible oils contaminated by AFB1 the development of rapid and sensitive sensing method for AFB1 is required. Herein, a quantitative, sensitive and rapid method for AFB1 detection in edible oils was proposed by using ultrasensitive time-resolved fluorescent immunosensing （TRFIS） method. This method poses unique advantages from both time-resolved fluorescent sens-ing method and immunochromatographic assay format. The nanospheres were modified with fluorescent europium and then captured the home-made monoclonal antibody against AFB1 （3G1）. After optimization, by using a competitive immunosensing manner, this TRFIS method has a detectable linear range of 0.54-20.0 μg/kg with minimum detectable concen-tration of 0.18μg/kg. It can be completed merely within 10 min with recovery from 87.0% to 121.9%. The agreement was observed between the results by TRFIS and high perfor-mance liquid chromatography （HPLC） methods. This research provides a promising sens-ing method for sensitive and rapid determining AFB1 in edible oils.

Active infrared thermography has gained increasing popularity for nondestructive testing and evaluation in various industrial fields,especially for composite *** this regard,thermal wave radar(TWR)imaging is recognized as the next-generation active thermography technology to obtain great resolution and depth range over the inspected objects.A critical aspect concerns the optimal test parameter selection to guarantee reliable quality assurance required for industrial *** this work,single-and multiple-frequency TWR was investigated in a quantitative manner with the goal of optimizing the detection parameters in terms of probing range and lateral and depth *** effects of test parameters,including sampling frequency,modulation frequency,chirp duration,chirp bandwidth,etc,were investigated in detail through experiments on a glass fiber reinforced polymer specimen with multi-scale diameter-to-depth ratio *** paper aims to help yield a better understanding of the physical mechanism behind TWR and propose a workable scheme for testing parameter selection in practical applications.
