High-efficiency and low-cost knowledge sharing can improve the decision-making ability of autonomous vehicles by mining knowledge from the Internet of Vehicles(IoVs).However,it is challenging to ensure high efficiency of local data learning models while preventing privacy leakage in a high mobility *** order to protect data privacy and improve data learning efficiency in knowledge sharing,we propose an asynchronous federated broad learning(FBL)framework that integrates broad learning(BL)into federated learning(FL).In FBL,we design a broad fully connected model(BFCM)as a local model for training client *** enhance the wireless channel quality for knowledge sharing and reduce the communication and computation cost of participating clients,we construct a joint resource allocation and reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)configuration optimization framework for *** problem is decoupled into two convex *** to improve the resource scheduling efficiency in FBL,a double Davidon–Fletcher–Powell(DDFP)algorithm is presented to solve the time slot allocation and RIS configuration *** on the results of resource scheduling,we design a reward-allocation algorithm based on federated incentive learning(FIL)in FBL to compensate clients for their *** simulation results show that the proposed FBL framework achieves better performance than the comparison models in terms of efficiency,accuracy,and cost for knowledge sharing in the IoV.

在新形势下,我国少数民族新闻传播事业取得了长足发展,少数民族新闻学的研究成果与队伍建设,为少数民族新闻传播学成为新闻学与传播学的分支学科提供了坚实的基础。文章以藏语言新闻传播硕士学位论文为例将西藏大学中国少数民族语言(藏语言)文学专业下设的藏语言新闻方向硕士学位论文作为样本,对藏语新闻传播学相关研究作了整理和归纳。认为,藏语新闻传播学硕士学位论文将新闻传播学相关研究深入到“少数民族新闻传播学”学科建设领域,为进一步提升和完善少数民族新闻传播学研究提供了重要支撑。在媒介融合已成为传媒发展新常态的当下,藏语言新闻传播学研究呈现主题多样、内容广泛,在多个学术向度上均取得了新进展。文章指出,西藏新闻事业在万物互联与智媒传播的时代大背景下,顺应传播对象收视习惯的变化所涌现出的应对趋势需提炼升华,少数民族新闻事业发展的区域样本与普适理论需深入细致的研究。

An improved algorithm based on Multiagent particle swarm(MAS) is proposed to solve the distribution network reconfiguration problem in this *** approach is a combination of the learning, competition and cooperation mechanism of multi-agent technology and the strategies of Particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm. Using the Von Neumann topology structure in PSO algorithm, each particle represents an agent; each agent not only competes and cooperates with its neighborhood,but also absorbs the evolutionary mechanism of PSO algorithm, so as to share the information with the agent of global optimal. The rules of particle renovating reduce unfeasible solution in the process of particle renovating,and it is able to converge to global optimal accurately and quickly. Test on the IEEE 16-node, 32-node and 69-node system shows both a rapid convergence and a good robustness of this proposed approach.

How to achieve transmissions in an energy-efficient way in multi-hop decode and forward(DF) relay cognitive radio sensor networks(CRSNs) is important since sensor nodes in CRSNs are usually battery powered. This paper aims to maximize energy efficiency(EE) by joint optimizing sensing time and power allocation in multi-channels & multihops DF relay CRSNs under constraints on outage probability and sensing performance. First, we design a channel selection scheme for sensing according to the available probabilities of multi channels. Second, we analyze the expected throughput and energy consumption and formulate the EE problem as a concave/concave fractional program. Third, coordinate ascent and Charnes-Cooper Transformation(CCT) methods are used to transform the nonlinear fractional problem into an equivalent concave problem. Subsequently, the closed form of outage probability is derived and the convergence rate of the iterative algorithm is analyzed. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed scheme can achieve effective EE.

In order to study the effect of pulse current treatment on the mechanical properties,microstructure and cutting performance of YG8 cemented carbide,experiments were carried out by using self-made pulse current treatment device to treat cemented carbide samples with different current densities(J=5,10 and 15 A·mm^-2)After the treatment of pulse current,when the current density increased from 5 to 15 A·mm-2,the hardness of the sample was improved to HV 1605,HV 1629 and HV 1653from HV 1574;the transverse rupture strengths of the sample were 2136,2289 and 2364 MPa,which were all higher than that of the untreated sample(2062 MPa)increasing by 3.6%,11.0%and 14.6%,respectively;the corresponding cutting performance was increased by10.1%,13.9%and 19.4%,compared to that of the untreated *** tool’s life was also *** the treatmen of pulse current,pulse current provided the driving force for dislocation motion,making it more likely for the dislocation to multiply and slip,the dislocation density was increased,and the mechanical properties were significantly improved.

Three clock synchronization schemes for a quantum key distribution system are compared experimentally through the outdoor fibre and the interaction physical model of the the clock signal and the the quantum signal in the quantum key distribution system is analysed to propose a new synchronization scheme based on time division multiplexing and wavelength division multiplexing technology to reduce quantum bits error rates under some transmission rate conditions, The proposed synchronization scheme can not only completely eliminate noise photons from the bright background light of the the clock signal, but also suppress the fibre nonlinear crosstalk.

Genomlc DNA polymorphlsms are very useful for tracing genetic traits end studying biological diversity among species. Here, we present a method we call the ＂diversity suppresslon-subtractlve hybridization array＂ for effectively profiling genomlc DNA polymorphisms. The method first obtains the subtracted gDNA fragments between any two species by suppression subtraction hybridization （SSH） to establish e subtracted gDNA library, from which diversity SSH arrays are created with the selected subtracted clones. The diversity SSH array hybridizes with the DIG-labeled genomlc DNA of the organism to be assayed. Six closely related Dendrobium species were studied as model samples. Four Dendrobium species as testers were used to perform SSH. A total of 617 subtracted positive clones were obtained from four Dendrobium species, and the average ratio of positive clones was 80.3%. We demonstrated that the average percentage of polymorphlc fragments of palrwlse comparisons of four Dendrobium species was up to 42.4%. A dendrogram of the relatedness of six Dendrobium species was produced according to their polymorphic profiles. The results revealed that the diversity SSH array Is a highly effective platform for profiling genomlc DNA polymorphlsms and dendrograms.
