Study on Early Warning Service of Low-Temperature Chilling Injury Risk in Shenyang Facilities Agriculture

On the basis of summarizing the research on disaster risk at home and abroad, Shenyang, one of the cities with the most frequent meteorological disasters, was taken as an example. Cold chilling injury is one of the major agricultural meteorological disasters, which poses a serious threat to the sustainable development of agriculture and food security in Jilin and Shenyang. Based on meteorological observation data of recent 65 years in Shenyang and microclimate monitoring data of agricultural facilities in two years, this paper makes statistical analysis by mathematical statistics and calculates the highest outdoor temperature, the lowest indoor air temperature and the highest ceiling temperature according to the meteorological grade index of agricultural facilities’ low temperature chilling damage, low temperature and other meteorological elements of grade indicators, analysis of greenhouse production trend of greenhouse climate change, and to discuss the relationship between temperature inside and outside the greenhouse and the facility microclimate conditions in agricultural cold weather disastrous and early warning services. The results showed that in the 21st century, the number of days with low temperature of ≤-20°C increased significantly compared with those in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. The risk of low temperature chilling injury in facility agriculture in Shenyang was dominated by mild and moderate low temperature risk. Shenyang low temperature cold damage warning services standards to reduce the impact of chilling injury on agricultural facilities and development.

Changing Characteristics and Impact factors of Pan Evaporation in Benxi county

Based on data of monthly pan evaporation,temperature,precipitation,sunshine hours,wind speed,relative humidity,etc. in Benxi county during 1958-2012 from meteorological bureau of Benxi county,annual,seasonal and monthly changes and impact factors of pan evaporation in Benxi county in recent 55 years were analyzed. The results showed that annual evaporation in Benxi county showed a decreasing trend from 1958 to 2012,with the linear tendency rate of-12. 18 mm/10 a. Except that evaporation in spring decreased obviously,but evaporation in other seasons increased slightly in recent 55 years. Moreover,evaporation changes correlated with changes of average temperature,daily range of temperature,precipitation,sunshine hours,average wind speed and relative humidity,but the correlations between evaporation and each meteorological element were different in various seasons.

Variation Characteristics and Trends of Temperature and Evaporation in Huanren county in Recent 60 Years

Based on the data of daily average temperature and evaporation in Huanren county from 1953 to 2012, the changing characteristics and trends of temperature and evaporation were analyzed by using climatic tendency rate and sliding Ttest method. The results showed that annual av- erage temperature in Huanren county showed a significant increasing trend in recent 60 years, and its linear tendency rate was 0.26 ℃/10 a. Tem- perature increase was in other seasons except for summer. There was a sudden change in annual average temperature in 1987, and winter average temperature changed suddenly in 1969 and 1985, while there were no sudden changes in average temperature in other seasons. Annual average evaporation also decreased, and its linear trend rate was -8.19 mm/10 a; average evaporation tended to decrease in spring and summer and in- creased in autumn and winter. In a word, the climate tended to be warm and dry in Huanren county.

Variations of the Surface Wettability Index over the Tibetan Plateau During 1971-2005

Based on 1971-2005 monthly mean maximum/minimum temperature,wind speed,relative humidity,sunshine duration,and precipitation data at 25 stations over the Tibetan Plateau,a study of the largest potential evapotranspiration（LPE） is performed by using the Penman-Monteith *** surface wettability index（SWI） is calculated and examined,together with its space distribution,interannual and seasonal variations,as well as associated *** results suggest that the annual area rainfall exhibits a pronounced increasing trend at 15.0 mm per decade;the annual LPE shows a different-degree decrease at-4.6—-71.6 mm/10 *** the southwestern Ngari prefecture and Nyalam county,the annual SWI displays insignificant decline trends compared to increasing trends in other areas of Tibet（0.02-0.09 per decade）.For Tibet,on average,the SWI experiences a noticeable rise at 0.04/10 yr,particularly in *** a seasonal basis,the SWI shows increasing trends,especially in *** the 1970s-1980s,the interannual variation is characterized mainly by lower temperature and lower *** the 1990s,air temperature keeps on rising,leading to an appreciable increase in SWI,displayed as a type of warm and humid *** salient increases（decrease） of precipitation and relative humidity（mean temperature daily range） are the principal causes of the greatly enhanced SWI in the *** pronounced decrease in mean wind and sunshine duration also plays an active role.

Agro-climatic Division of Rana chensinensis in Fushun

Based on data collected by 3 basic weather stations in Fushun City and 47 automatic weather stations in the whole region,we selected indexes suitable for agro-climatic division of Rana chensinensis,and carried out a study on agro-climatic division of Rana chensinensis in this *** active accumulated temperature ≥10 ℃ and precipitation during April and September are used as basic calculation factors,and we use climatic aridity to make climatic division of Rana chensinensis in Fushun *** to relevant indexes,we divide Fushun City into 3 regions,namely most appropriate,appropriate and general ***,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for providing reference for agricultural production.

Analysis on Radar Characteristics of a Short-time Heavy Rainfall Event in Wuchuan county

Using minute rainfall data of automatic ground station and a variety of products from new generation Doppler weather radar in Wuchuan, the characteristics of a short-time heavy precipitation process on April 23, 2022 were analyzed. The results showed that the appearance of differential reflectivity(ZDR) column and big-value zone of high-elevation ZDR had better indication on short-term heavy rainfall process in Shichao station. Ice phase process played a very important role in particle growth. The storm tracking information product can predict the path of the storm 15 min in advance. The storm stayed and moved less or even turned back to more than two to three scanning volumes in one place, indicating the occurrence of short-term heavy rainfall. One-hour accumulated precipitation(OHP) had a good effect on the estimation of continuous precipitation in a large area where the hourly rainfall exceeded 50 mm for more than two stations. It had the ability to estimate short-term heavy precipitation in areas lacking automatic stations.

Analysis of Dry-Wet Climate Change Characteristics and Main Influencing Factors in Main Grain Producing Area of Tibet from 1980 to 2021

Based on the daily meteorological observation data of seven meteorological stations in southern Tibet from 1980 to 2021 (April-October), the temporal and spatial variation characteristics and influencing factors of aridity index ( AI ) in the growing season of major grain producing areas in Tibet were studied by using climate tendency rate, Mann-Kendal test, Morlet wavelet analysis, GIS hybrid interpolation method, Pearson correlation coefficient, contribution rate analysis and other methods. The results showed that the average AI in the main grain producing areas of Tibet was 1.7, which belonged to the semi-arid area, and the overall trend was decreasing (humidifying) (-0.036/10 a). The linear decreasing trend was different in different regions, and the area around Lhatse county was the most significant (-0.26/10 a). AI had no obvious abrupt change, and had long- and medium-term fluctuation characteristics of 24 years, 6 years. The spatial distribution was uneven, and had the characteristics of ‘shrinking arid area and expanding humid area . The contribution rates of the main climate influencing factors of AI varied in different regions. In general, the contribution rates after quantification was as follows: precipitation (34.9%)>relative humidity (28.4%)>sunshine (19.9%)>maximum temperature (12.4%).

Threats and Avoidance Measures of Frost Damage of‘Shushanggan’Apricot in the Ili River Valley

[Objectives]To explore the threat factors of frost damage to‘Shushanggan’Apricot in the Ili River Valley,and to provide measures for avoiding frost damage.[Methods]Based on the meteorological data of the Ili River Valley counties and cities during the 12 years from 2010 to 2021 and using the critical low temperature of‘Shushanggan’Apricot as the main factor,we comprehensively analyzed the threats of low temperature in winter in January and late frost in April in spring in the Ili River Valley.[Results]During the 12 years,there were 4 years of low temperature below the critical(-26—-28℃)of‘Shushanggan’Apricot in the Ili River Valley counties and cities in January,accounting for 33.3%,and a total of 59 *** frequency of occurrence was:Nilka county>Qapqal county>Yining City>Gongliu county>Huocheng county>Khorgos City>Yining county>Tekes county>Xinyuan *** April,there were 9 years with a low temperature below the critical temperature(-0.6℃)flowering and fruit setting of‘Shushanggan’Apricot,accounting for 75%,and a total of 134 *** frequency of occurrence was:Nilka county>Tekes county>Gongliu county>Yining county>Huocheng county>Khorgos City>Xinyuan county>Yining City>Qapqal *** low temperature threats of‘Shushanggan’Apricot suitable cultivation areas were ranked as follows:Nilka county>Gongliu county>Tekes county>Qapqal county>Huocheng county>Yining City>Yining county>Khorgos City>Xinyuan *** with the observation and survey of frost damage on the spot,we comprehensively analyzed and evaluated the cultivation area of‘Shushanggan’Apricot in the Ili River Valley:three counties(Nilka county,Gongliu county,and Tekes county)in the eastern region,except Xinyuan county,suffered frequent late frost damage,are suitable areas for the cultivation of‘Shushanggan’Apricot;three counties and two cities in the western region(Qapqal county,Huocheng county,Yining City,Yining county,Khorgos City)and Xinyuan county in the eastern region are suitable areas for‘Shu

Climatic Characteristics of Disastrous Weather in the Hunshandake Sandy Land

In order to explore the characteristics of climate change in the Hunshandake Sandy Land,the number of gale days,sandstorms,and extreme precipitation events in the sandy land from 1956 to 2018 were *** results show that in the Hunshandake Sandy Land,the number of gale days was the largest in spring;it first increased and then decreased from 1956 to *** number of gale days was large from 1955 to 1980,and decreased in fluctuation after *** mainly occurred in spring;the number of sandstorm days first increased and then *** was the largest during 1966-1970,and then decreased slowly;it was the smallest during *** the anomaly of about-0.16 d;it rose after the 21 *** threshold of extreme precipitation in the sandy land was high in the south and low in the *** threshold exceeded 80 mm in the southern part of the sandy land,and was less than 50 mm in sandy hinterland and its northern *** total frequency of extreme precipitation in the sandy land showed an increasing trend year by *** after 1982,the frequency of extreme precipitation rose *** precipitation events mostly happened in July and *** frequency of extreme precipitation events was the highest in Abaga Banner and the lowest in Duolun *** maximum daily precipitation appeared in Duolun county,reaching 142.3 mm.
