The scaling off is among the most pervasive and severe deterioration *** scaling off developed on earthen sites in Northwest China has a special and complex binary structure composed of crusted and loose *** the synergistic functions of external environmental elements such as rainfall,temperature,and wind,and rammed earth properties,this deterioration has gradually created the crust on the site’s surface,and has then evolved into exfoliation and finally fallen off,leading to the reciprocating progressive destruction of earthen ***,determining the development mechanism of scaling off and implementing targeted protection measures for the scientific conservation of earthen sites has become *** this review study,the properties of the building material causing the binary structure and the coupling effects of water,temperature,salt,and wind on the development of scaling off were determined,and the quantitative evaluation system for this deterioration development was *** interpreting the reasons for the development of the scaling off,protective measures including chemical grouting,electro-osmosis grouting,and overlay applications were *** study also pointed out the research hotspots and shortage in the study process on the scaling *** hotspots generally focused on the development mechanism of binary structure,quantitative assessment of the degree of development,and related scientific consolidation *** shortcomings around the above directions include less attention to the development characteristics and mechanism of scaling off on earthen sites under special environment types,optimization and applicability of quantitative evaluation models,and the development and feasibility of reinforcement slurries and *** study can be beneficial in providing theoretical support for the scientific conservation and engineering practice of the scaling off on the earthen sites.

The Community Transformation and Residential Space Restructuring Strategies of Small Towns in the Pearl River Delta Region

After analyzing the current characteristics and problems of residential space in small towns in the Pearl River Delta Region(PRDR), combined with the New Urbanism theory and community construction methods, this paper puts forward a restructuring strategy of residential space, which includes the reorganization of residential space using the "community – residential quarter – neighborhood" model, the reform of the community management mode based on the "transformation from village council to resident committee," the restructuring of the multi-level community service system to meet the diversified social needs, and the construction of a mixed community addressing the issue of residential segregation and the aim to achieve community integration.

Study on Regional Image of Henan Province against the Background of Central Plains Rising

Relevant theories of regional image were elaborated, and significance of regional image for the development of Henan Province was analyzed. On the basis of characteristic cultural resources in the local area, the ways of building regional image of Henan were explored from the perspectives of orientation of cultural characteristics, regional image identification system and regional image evaluation.

Rural E-commerce and County Economic Development in China

With the proliferation of information and communication technology in rural areas,rural e-commerce has gradually become a new economic phenomenon in China. Usingthe national rural e-commerce comprehensive demonstration policy as a quasi-naturalexperiment, this study examines the causal linkage between rural e-commerce andcounty-level economic development in China. Its findings, which draw on county-levelpanel data from 2011 to 2018, indicate that the policy had a positive effect on the countyleveleconomy in China, resulting in an overall increase in county GDP by 3.5 percent(0.7 percent annually). Our analysis further shows that the impact of the policy diferedalong the region and human capital dimensions. Further analysis reveals that industrialstructure and nonagricultural employment were the main channels for the policy toexert a county-level economic impact. Infrastructure improvement in China also playsan important role. The findings emphasize the importance of advancing e-commerce inrural areas to stimulate county-level economic development.

面对以智能制造为核心技术的新一轮工业革命,西方工业发达国家制造业企业按照"串联式"技术路径推动升级——从数字化制造到数字化网络化制造,再到新一代智能制造范式。中国作为后发国家,在以智能制造为主攻方向推动制造业从中低端向中高端迈进的背景下,其升级路径更加复杂。中国企业在技术基础上"多化并存",广大企业特别是中小企业缺乏对智能制造的正确认识,导致部分智能制造项目无法达到预期效果。本研究旨在探索我国企业的智能制造技术升级路线,通过多个案例研究,对中国5个制造业企业智能制造实施案例比较分析,数据来源包括半结构化访谈和档案数据,提出了基于三个基本范式的智能制造技术升级路线分析模型,总结出推进智能制造的技术升级路线——"并行推进、融合发展"。本文所阐释的技术升级路线有利于指导制造企业、决策者和投资者选择适合自己的智能制造推进路径,具有重要的现实意义。

Research on Residents' Perception after the Trip to Historic and Cultural Block Based on Urban Memory:A Case Study of Confucius Temple of Nanjing

From the perspective of urban memory, the paper made empirical analysis of residents' perception after the trip to the historic and cultural block, by selecting Confucius Temple of Nanjing as the typical case, using questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and structural equation model. The results indicated that residents had different perceptions after the trip of different elements of the urban memory and some important influential factors were discussed. Moreover, some implications for local governments and planning department were proposed.

Due to the advantage of developing and bringing to innovative products ahead of competitors,the importance of radical technological innovation is well *** on the synergy theory,this study examines the effects of technology management(TM)and technological capability(TC)on radical technological innovation,and further explores the impact of the synergy between TM and TC on radical technological *** results show that,firstly,both TM and TC have positive impacts on radical technological innovation,and thus two direct routines of radical technological innovation are ***,the synergy between TM and TC also exerts positive impact on radical technological innovation,and this result indicates that the synergy between TM and TC plays an important role in radical technological *** research provides a refreshing perspective on how to stimulate radical technological innovation,and also puts forward some beneficial suggestions for firms to improve radical technological innovation.

科学幻想创造了与现实科技对应的科幻世界。在同远古叙事相关联的意义上,不妨将科学幻想称为“反面神话”,并由此创建从人类学考察这一反面神话的科幻人类学。“反面神话”以现代科技为根基,通过形塑镜像般的科幻世界对人类社会产生广泛影响。其中,与科技关联的一切都被重新聚焦、映射和放大,既作为反观,亦作为预言。通过科学幻想的全球传播,人们开始弃旧迎新,接受科技式的世界观、生命观乃至科技主义的意识形态。于是在宛如轮回的历史循环中,世界进入了复归式的明天。其中,现代人类不仅与神、灵物和英雄渐行渐远,甚至日趋与地球的其他物种相分离。与此同时,被前沿科技“武装到基因”的新人类——“科技人”则在成为有望换届接班的“智神”。人类的未来何去何从?科学幻想不仅对此加以描绘、展示,甚至参与和加速着这一重要进程。
