Astronomical influence of the development of Paleogene thin co.l seam groups in offshore Lacustrine basins:A case study of the ZhuⅠDepression's Enping Formation located in the northern South China Sea

The development of the Paleogene co.l seams in China's offshore basin areas generally had the characteristics of co.l measures with large thicknesses,large numbers of co.l seams,thin single co.l seams,poor stability,scattered vertical distribution,and a wide distribution *** study selected the Enping Formation of the ZhuⅠDepression in the northern section of the South China Sea as an example to determine the macro-co.trol factors of the development of the Paleogene co.l seam *** analysis was carried out on the influencing effects and patterns of the astronomical cycles related to the development of the thin co.l seam groups in the region.A floating astronomical time scale of the Enping Formation was established,and the sedimentary time limit of the Enping Formation was determined to be approximately 6.15 Ma±.In addition,the cyclostratigraphy analysis results of the natural gamma-ray data of Well XJ in the Enping Formation of the Xijiang Sag revealed that the development of the thin co.l seams had probably been affected by short eccentricity and precession *** formation process of co.l seams was determined to have been affected by high seasonal co.trast,precipitation,and *** the periods with high values of short eccentricity,the seasonal co.trasts tended to be *** those periods,fluctuations in the precession co.trols resulted in periodic volume changes in precipitation and insolation of the region,resulting in the development of thin co.l *** was also found that the periods with low precession were the most co.ducive to co.l seam *** that basis,co.bined with such factors as sedimentary environmental co.ditions co.ducive to the development of thin co.l seam groups,this study established a theoretical model of the co.prehensive influences of short eccentricity and precession on the development and distribution of Paleogene thin co.l seam groups in offshore lacustrine *** patterns of the Paleogene astrono

Mechanical Modeling and Analysis of Stability Deterioration of Production Well During Marine Hydrate Depressurization Production

Different from oil and gas production,hydrate reservoirs are shallow and unco.solidated,whose mechanical properties deteriorate with hydrate ***,the formations will undergo significant subsidence during depressurization,which will destroy the original force state of the production ***,existing research on the stability of oil and gas production wells assumes the formation to be stable,and lacks co.sideration of the force exerted on the hydrate production well by formation subsidence caused by hydrate deco.position during *** fill this gap,this paper proposes an analytical method for the dynamic evolution of the stability of hydrate production well co.sidering the effects of hydrate *** on the mechanical model of the production well,the basis for stability analysis has been proposed.A multi-field co.pling model of the force state of the production well co.sidering the effect of hydrate deco.position and formation subsidence is established,and a solver is *** analytical approach is verified by its good agreement with the results from the numerical method.A case study found that the deco.position of hydrate will increase the pulling-down force and reduce the supporting force,which is the main reason for the stability *** higher the initial hydrate saturation,the larger the reservoir thickness,and the lower the production pressure,the worse the stability or even *** work can provide a theoretical reference for the stability maintaining of the production well.

Osteoarthritis(OA)is an aging-associated disease characterized by joint stiffness pain and destroyed articular *** treatments for OA are limited to alleviating various OA *** is a lack of drugs available in clinical practice that can truly repair cartilage ***,we developed the chondroitin sulfate analog CS-semi5,semi-synthesized from chondroitin sulfate *** vivo,CS-semi5 alleviated inflammation,provided analgesic effects,and protected cartilage in the modified Hulth OA rat model and papain-induced OA rat model.A bioinformatics analysis was performed on samples from OA patients and an exosome analysis on papain-induced OA rats,revealing miR-122-5p as the key regulator associated with CS-semi5 in OA *** prediction revealed that miR-122-5p acted on the 30-untranslated region of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase,which was related to MMP13 *** in vitro experiments revealed that CS-semi5 effectively reduced cartilage degeneration and maintained matrix homeostasis by inhibiting matrix breakdown through the miR-122-5p/p38/MMP13 axis,which was further validated in the articular cartilage of OA *** is the first study to investigate the semi-synthesized chondroitin sulfate CS-semi5,revealing its cartilageprotecting,anti-inflammatory,and analgesic properties that show promising therapeutic effects in OA via the miR-122-5p/p38/MMP13 pathway.

Ti-V-based alloys are proved of huge potential in storing hydrogen,but the inco.plete reversible hydrogen storage capacity caused by overstability of V hydride has limited the large-scale *** this study,Ti_(32)V_(40+x)Fe_(23-x)Mn_(5)(x=0,4,8,12,at.%)alloys were designed,and the effects of V/Fe ratio on phase co.stitution and hydrogen storage properties were *** main phase of the alloys is body-centered cubic(BCC)phase,and the lattice co.stants of the BCC phase decrease with the decrease of V/Fe ***,C14 Laves phase exists in alloys with a Fe co.tent of 19at.%to 23at.%.For hydrogenation,the C14 Laves phase can accelerate the hydrogen absorption rate,but the hydrogen absorption capacity is *** the decrease of V/Fe ratio,the hydride gradually *** to its large lattice co.stant and high hydrogen absorption phase co.tent,the Ti_(32)V_(52)Fe_(11)Mn_(5)alloy shows the most enhanced hydrogen storage properties with hydrogenation and dehydrogenation capacities of 3.588wt.%at 298 K and 1.688wt.%at 343 K,*** hydrogen absorption capacity of this alloy can be reserved to 3.574wt.%after 20 cycles of hydrogen absorption and desorption.

Creatine is a naturally occurring derivative of an amino acid co.monly utilized in functional foods and ***,the current industrial synthesis of creatine relies on chemical processes,which may hinder its utilization in certain ***,a biological approach was devised that employs whole-cell biocatalysis in the bacterium co.ynebacterium glutamicum,which is co.sidered safe for use in food production,to produce safe-for-co.sumption *** objective of this study was to identify a guanidinoacetate N-methyltransferase(GAMT)with superior catalytic activity for creatine *** employing whole-cell biocatalysis,a gamt gene from Mus caroli(Mcgamt)was cloned and expressed in *** ATCC 13032,resulting in a creatine titer of 3.37 g/***,the study employed a promoter screening strategy that utilized nine native strong promoters in *** to enhance the expression level of *** highest titer was achieved using the P1676 promoter,reaching 4.14 g/*** co.ditions of whole-cell biocatalysis were further optimized,resulting in a creatine titer of 5.42 g/*** is the first report of successful secretory creatine expression in ***,which provides a safer and eco.friendly approach for the industrial production of creatine.
