Early Devonian Post-co.lisional Granitic Magmatism in the North Qilian Orogenic Belt,Western China:Insights into Lithospheric Delamination and Orogenic co.lapse

Post-co.lisional magmatism co.tains important clues for understanding the reworking and growth of continental crust,as well as lithospheric delamination and orogenic *** Devonian magmatism has been identified in the North Qilian Orogenic Belt(NQOB).This paper reports an integrated study of petrology,whole-rock geochemistry,Sm-Nd isotope and zirco. U-Pb dating,as well as Lu-Hf isotopic data,for two Early Devonian intrusive *** Yongchang and Chijin granites yield zirco. U-Pb ages of 394-407 Ma and 414 Ma,*** of them are characterized by weakly peraluminous to metaluminous without typical aluminium-rich minerals,LREE-enriched patterns with negative Eu anomalies and a negative co.relation between P_(2)O_(5) and SiO_(2) co.tents,co.sistent with geochemical features of I-type *** from the studied granites display negative to weak positive ε_(Hf)(t)values(−5.7 to 2.1),which agree well with those of negative ε_(Nd)(t)values(−6.4 to−2.9)for the whole-rock samples,indicating that they were derived from the partial melting of Mesoproterozoic ***,low Sr/Y ratios(1.13-21.28)and high zirco. saturation temperatures(745℃ to 839℃,with the majority being>800℃)demonstrated a relatively shallow depth level below the garnet stability field and an additional heat *** together,the Early Devonian granitic magmatism co.ld have been produced by the partial melting of ancient crustal materials heated by mantle-derived magmas at high-temperature and low-pressure co.ditions during postco.lisional extensional *** data obtained in this study,when viewed in co.junction with previous studies,provides more information about the tectonic processes that followed the closure of the North Qilian *** tectonic transition from continental co.lision to post-co.lisional delamination co.ld be co.strained to~430 Ma,which is provided by the sudden decrease of Sr/Y and La/Yb ratios and an increase in zirco. ε_(Hf)(t)values for

In co.trast to the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans,the Indian Ocean has lacked in-situ observations of wind profiles over open sea areas for *** 2021,a shipborne co.erent Doppler lidar(CDL)was used to observe in-situ wind profiles in the eastern tropical Indian *** equipment successfully captured low-level jets(LLJs)in the region,and their characteristics were thoroughly *** reveal that the observed wind speed of LLJs in the eastern Indian Ocean ranges from 6 m s^(-1) to 10 m s^(-1) during the boreal winter and spring seasons,showing a height range of 0.6 to 1 km and two peak times at 0800 and 2000 *** wind shear is weaker than that in land or offshore areas,ranging from 0 s^(-1) to 0.006 s^(-1).Moreover,the accuracy of the CDL data is co.pared to that of ERA5 data in the study *** results indicate that the zonal wind from ERA5 data significantly deviated from the CDL measurement data,and the overall ERA5 data are substantially weaker than the in-situ ***,ERA5 underestimates northwestward LLJs.

Centrifuge modeling of a large-scale surcharge on adjacent foundation

This study investigates the ground and structural response of adjacent raft foundations induced by largescale surcharge by ore in soft soil areas through a 130g centrifuge modeling test with an innovative layered loading *** prototype of the test is a co.stal iron ore yard with a natural foundation of deep soft ***,it is necessary to adopt some measures to reduce the influence of the large-scale surcharge on the adjacent raft foundation,such as installing stone co.umns for foundation *** an acceleration of 130 g,the model co.ducts similar simulations of iron ore,stone co.umns,and raft foundation *** tested soil mass has dimensions of 900 mm×700 mm×300 mm(lengthwidthdepth),which is remodeled from the soil extracted from the drilling *** test co.ditions are co.sistent with the actual engineering co.ditions and the effects of four-level loading co.ditions on the co.posite foundation of stone co.umns,unreinforced zone,and raft foundations are *** automatic layer-by-layer loading device was innovatively developed to simulate the loading process of actual engineering more *** co.posite foundation of stone co.umns had a large settlement after the loading,forming an obvious settlement trough and causing the surface of the unreinforced zone to *** 12 m surcharge loading causes a horizontal displacement of 13.19 cm and a vertical settlement of 1.37 m in the raft *** stone co.umns located on both sides of the unreinforced zone suffered significant shear damage at the sand-mud *** to the reinforcement effect of stone co.umns,the sand layer below the top of the stone co.umns moves ***,the horizontal earth pressure in the raft foundation zone increases *** stone co.umns will form new drainage channels and accelerate the dissipation of excess pore pressure.

The co.prehension of sediment grain size parameters and the co.responding sedimentary environment holds paramount importance in elucidating the engineering geological attributes of the subaqueous *** study delineated the sedimentary environment zoning in the northern sea area of qingdao through cluster analysis of grain size parameters derived from 123 surface sediment *** study analyzed the co.relation between sediment geotechnical indices and grain size parameters across diverse sedimentary environments.A co.relation equation was established for samples exhibiting a strong *** study found four distinct sedimentary environments in the study area:co.stal,transitional,shallow sea,and *** the same sedimentary environment,the average grain size and sorting co.fficient exhibit significant co.relations with geotechnical indices such as water co.tent,density,shear strength,plastic limit,liquid limit,and plastic ***,notable disparities in the co.relation between grain size parameters and geotechnical indices emerge across different sedimentary environments.

Li metal batteries using high-voltage layered oxides cathodes are of particular interest due to their high energy ***,they suffer from short lifespan and extreme safety co.cerns,which are attributed to the degradation of layered oxides and the deco.position of electrolyte at high voltage,as well as the high reactivity of metallic *** key is the development of stable electrolytes against both highvoltage cathodes and Li with the formation of robust interphase films on the ***,we report a highly fluorinated ether,1,1,1-trifluoro-2-[(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)methoxy]ethane(TTME),as a co.olvent,which not only functions as a diluent forming a localized high co.centration electrolyte(LHCE),but also participates in the co.struction of the inner solvation *** TTME-based electrolyte is stable itself at high voltage and induces the formation of a unique double-layer solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)film,which is embodied as one layer rich in crystalline structural co.ponents for enhanced mechanical strength and another amorphous layer with a higher co.centration of organic co.ponents for enhanced *** Li||Cu cells display a noticeably high co.lombic efficiency of 99.28%after 300 cycles and Li symmetric cells maintain stable cycling more than 3200 h at 0.5 mA/cm^(2) and 1.0m Ah/cm^(2).In addition,lithium metal cells using LiNi_(0.8)co.(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) and Li co._(2) cathodes(both loadings~3.0 m Ah/cm^(2))realize capacity retentions of>85%over 240 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.4 V and 90%for 170 cycles with a charge cut-off voltage of 4.5 V,*** study offers a bifunctional ether-based electrolyte solvent beneficial for high-voltage Li metal batteries.

As the velocity of a train increases,the co.responding air pumping power co.sumption of the brake discs increases *** the present experimental study,a standard axle-mounted brake disc with circumferential pillars was analyzed using a 1:1 scale model and a test rig in a wind *** particular,three upstream velocities were selected on the basis of earlier investigations of trains operating at 160,250,and 400 km/h,***,3D steady co.putational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations of the flow field were co.ducted to co.pare with the wind tunnel test *** results for a 3-car train at 180 km/h demonstrated:(1)good agreement between the air resistance torques obtained from the wind tunnel tests and the related numerical results,with differences ranging from 0.95%to 5.88%;(2)discrepancies ranging from 3.2 to 3.8 N·m;(3)co.ling ribs co.tributing more than 60%of the air resistance torque;(4)the fast rotation of brake discs causing a significantly different flow field near the bogie area,resulting in 25 times more air pumping power loss than that obtained in the stationary brake-disc case.

Effect of Artificial Electric Field Surface by Wave-Driven Triboelectricity on Anti-Bioadhesion for Riser Protection

Biofouling has been a persistent problem in marine riser system, resulting in energy waste and equipment damage. Inthis study, a kind of water wave-driven co.tact-mode flexible triboelectric nanogeneration has been prepared byusing graphene-doped PDMS as dielectric friction material. When the graphene co.tent is 2%, the average outputvoltage can reach 46 V under the co.tact frequency 10 Hz. The flexible triboelectric nanogeneration encapsulationmodule is impinged by water waves to generate alternating microelectric field on the riser surface and destroy theadhesion co.ditions of microorganisms during the biofilm stage. In the biofouling experiments at different stages, thebiofouling area of the platymonas subco.diformis has been reduced by 53%, 62% and 61%. It provides a new ideafor effective treatment of biofouling of mussels, oysters and barnacles attached to risers.

Study on Extraction of Oolong Tea Assisted by Ultrasonic Wave and 4C Technique and Its Application

[Objectives]The extraction co.ditions of formula oolong tea were investigated by an orthogonal experiment.[Methods]The technical co.ditions were optimized by the 4C method,and the application of formula oolong tea extract in cigarettes was studied.[Results]①In the experimental range,the best sensory evaluation effect of formula oolong tea extract was obtained with extraction co.ditions of 70%ethanol as extraction solvent,extraction time h,extraction temperature 25℃,and ultrasonic frequency 80 kHz,and follow-up low-temperature co.centration,low-temperature sedimentation and low-temperature centrifugation.②The effects of different centrifugal speeds on the quality of formula oolong tea extract were *** formula oolong tea extract obtained under the co.ditions of 3000 r/min and centrifugal time of 10 min showed the best evaluation effect with soft and delicate smoke,rich smoke fragrance,good co.fort and refreshing mouthfeel.③The effective aroma co.ponents in the formula oolong tea extract were qualitatively analyzed by GC-MS.[co.clusions]This study provides high-quality raw materials and a theoretical basis for the research of independent flavor blending in cigarette industry enterprises.
