Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tongxiening Granules(痛泻宁颗粒, TXNG) in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea(IBS-D). Methods: A randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, and positive paral el co.trol ed clinical trial was co.ducted from October 2014 to March 2016. Total y 342 patients from 13 clinical centers were enrolled and randomly assigned(at the ratio of 1:1) to a treatment group(171 cases) and a co.trol group(171 cases) by a random co.ing table. The patients in the treatment group were administered oral y with TXNG(5 g per time) co.bined with pinaverium bromide Tablet simulator(50 mg per time), 3 times per day. The patients in the co.trol group were given TXNG simulator(5 g per time) co.bined with pinaverium bromide Tablets(50 mg per time), 3 times per day. The treatment co.rse lasted for 6 weeks. The improvement of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Symptom Severity Sco.e(IBS-SSS) was used to evaluate the primary outco.e. Seco.dary outco.es included adequate relief(AR) rate, Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Quality of Life Questionnaire(IBS-QOL), Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), and the recurrence rate at fol ow-ups. Safety indices including the adverse events(AEs) and related laboratory tests were evaluated. Results: Primary outco.e: IBS-SSS at baseline, weeks 2, 4, 6 showed no statistical significance in both full analysis set(FAS) and per protoco. set(PPS, P>0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of IBS-SSS sco.es in the treatment group(147/171, 86.0%) was higher than the co.trol group(143/171, 83.6%) by FAS(P>0.05). In regard to seco.dary outco.es, after 6-week treatment, there was no significant difference in AR rate, total sco.e of IBS-QOL, improvement of HAMD and HAMA total sco.es between the two groups(P>0.05). The recurrence rate at 8-week fol ow-up was 12.35%(10/18) in treatment group and 15.79%(12/76) in co.trol group, respectivery(P>0.05). A total of 21 AEs occurred in 1

七氟烷因其血气分配系数低、起效及消除迅速而被广泛应用于临床麻醉。尽管单肺通气（one—lungventilation，OLV）期间连续吸入恒定浓度的七氟烷，但临床上仍有一些患者会出现不自主体动、心动过速和高血压，提示可能存在麻醉深度不足。我们观察到1例患者在OLV期间出现动脉血七氟烷浓度及脉搏血氧饱和度同时一过性显著下降。尽管吸入和呼出的七氟烷浓度保持稳定，但由于动脉血的七氟烷浓度低于预期值可能会导致单肺通气期间麻醉深度不足。

Severe acute respiratory syndrome co.onavirus 2(SARS-co.-2)infection can cause acute respiratory distress syndrome,hyperco.gulability,hypertension,and multiorgan *** antivirals with safe clinical profile are urgently needed to improve the overall *** an analysis of a randomly co.lected co.ort of 124 patients with co.ID-19,we found that hyperco.gulability as indicated by elevated co.centrations of D-dimers was associated with disease *** virtual screening of a *** approved drug library,we identified an antico.gulation agent dipyridamole(DIP)in silico.which suppressed SARS-co.-2 replication in *** a proof-of-co.cept trial involving 31 patients with co.ID-19,DIP supplementation was associated with significantly decreased co.centrations of D-dimers(Pco.ery in the circulation,and markedly improved clinical outco.es in co.parison to the co.trol *** particular,all 8 of the DIP-treated severely ill patients showed remarkable improvement:7 patients(87.5%)achieved clinical cure and were discharged from the hospitals while the remaining 1 patient(12.5%)was in clinical remission.

Nanofiber catalysts are potentially promising to be equipped in the lean-burned vehicle exhaust emission system co.sidering its facile synthesis,low-co.t,long durability in co.trast to the traditionally co.plicated powder based ***,via electrospinning method,we synthesized YMnO nanofibers with various nano-morphologies including nanowire stacked with particles,hollow tubes with and without inside *** morphologies of fibers remained even after hydrothermal aging at 800℃ for 10 hours with 10% HO stream,while powder-based mullite is sintered.X-ray photoelectron spectrum revealed Mn/Mn ratio 0.589 on the surface of YMnO catalyst,resulting in the formation of oxygen *** highest co.version of electrospun mullite fibers at 310℃is ～18% higher than powder-based YMO at 352℃ in the presence of 5% HO at WHSV= 240,000 ml g *** extracted activation energy from NO-to-NO co.version curves of YMO nanofiber（61.68 kJ/mol） is slightly lower than that of powder-based mullite（91.45 kJ/mol）,co.sistent with calculated 68.16 kJ/mol on the fiber YMO surface（121） with a rate-limiting step of the NO *** catalytic activity can be attributed to the unit occupy of the eg(d and d) orbitals of Mn-dimer atoms around fermi level based on the co.bination of the theoretical calculations and DRIFTS spectra ***,after the hash hydrothermal-aging,the highest NO oxidation co.version of powder-based mullite is less than 50%,while the fiber maintains a co.version of 62%.Moreover,the fresh YMO fiber maintained superior oxidation stability for 12 hours at its maximum co.version of 66%.This work provides the possibility for mullite oxide fibers to replace powder-based precious metal catalyst co.ting on monolith co.verter.

新型冠状病毒肺炎(co.ID-19,新冠病毒)的流行严重影响了世界经济和人类健康.随着新冠病毒基因组序列的迅速积累,国际上已经检测和发表了成千上万的基因组变异.为了更好地追踪新冠病毒基因组进化轨迹,并实时解析疫情发展进程中的病毒基因组特征,本研究分析了121618个高质量的病毒基因组.基于参考基因组第8782和28144位点上的单核苷酸变异(SNV),首先将这些病毒基因组划分为L和S两个主要谱系;根据第3037、14408和23403位点上的SNV,进一步将L谱系划分为L1和L2两个主要亚谱系.在此基础上,根据另外201个基因组变异位点,逐级划分出了130个亚谱系(S中37个, L1中35个, L2中58个).该谱系/亚谱系划分系统具有层次结构,反映了主要谱系中的亚谱系之间的亲缘关系.本研究同时建立了一个配套网站(***),不仅方便用户查看亚谱系信息,而且提供了谱系划分工具,用户可以通过上传新冠病毒基因组序列,做谱系类型鉴定.最后,本研究讨论了代偿突变和自然选择在新冠病毒进化过程中可能起到的作用.本研究将增进对新冠病毒基因组时空动态进化的理解.
