Gene characterization and phylogenetic analysis of four mitochondrial genomes in Caenogastropoda

Caenogastropoda is a highly diverse group,containing~60%of all existing *** in this subclass predominantly inhabit marine environments and have a high ecological and economic *** to the increase in relevant phylogenetic studies,our understanding of between species relatedness in Caenogastropoda has ***,the biodiversity,taxonomic status,and phylogenetic relationships of this group remain *** the present study,we performed next-generation sequencing of four complete mitochondrial genomes from three families(Buccinidae,Columbellidae,and Cypraeidae)and the four mitogenomes were classical circular structures,with a length of 16177 bp in Volutharpa ampullacea,16244 bp in Mitrella albuginosa,16926bp in Mauritia arabica asiatica and 15422 bp in Erronea *** composition analysis indicated that whole sequences were biased toward A and *** compared them with 171 complete mitochondrial genomes of *** phylogenetic relationship of Caenogastropoda derived from Maximum Likelihood(ML)and Bayesian Inference(BI)trees constructed based on CDS sequences was consistent with the results of traditional morphological analysis,with all three families showing close *** study supported Caenogastropoda at the molecular level as a separate clade of *** to our divergence time estimations,Caenogastropoda was formed during the middle Triassic period(~247.2–237 Ma).Our novel mitochondrial genomes provide evidence for the speciation of Caenogastropoda in addition to elucidating the mitochondrial genomic evolution of this subclass.

Surface modulation of MoS_(2)/O-ZnIn_(2)S_(4) to boost photocatalytic H_(2)evolution

To realize the continuous production of hydrogen energy,the efficient photocatalysts are required in the heterogeneous reaction for water ***,we reported a surface modulation strategy,via doping oxygen atoms to tune the surface state of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)nanosheets with cocatalyst MoS_(2)modification,to enhance water adsorption and surface catalytic reaction for boosting the photocatalytic ***,MoS_(2)/O-ZnIn_(2)S_(4)photocatalysts showed a remarkably superior photocatalytic H_(2)production performance of 4.002 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)and an apparent quantum yield(AQY)of~2.53%,5.4 folds higher than ZnIn_(2)S_(4).Using operando infrared spectroscopy and DFT calculation,we revealed the dynamic structural evolution,as well as the active sites for water adsorption and the catalytic reaction at the MoS_(2)/O ZnIn_(2)S_(4)*** work reveals the effect of surface modulation on the photocatalytic activity for MoS_(2)/O-ZnIn_(2)S_(4)and offers a feasible method to devise excellent nanomaterial photocatalysts for H_(2)production.

Basin assemblages and tectonic evolution in the Bohai Gulfand its neighbors

According to multi- disciplinary research advances in recent years, three blocks which named Jiaoliao - Bohai block, central North China block and Ordos block are divided. The differences of the tectonic association, types, styles and features in the space, and evolution from Archaean to Cenozoic in the time, between the former two blocks are discussed. Tectonic features and evolution in the four tectonic stages of Precambrian, Indo- China, Yanshanian and Cenozoic are emphasized especially here. All of them described above have inherit and neogenic property. The temporal-spatial change and interaction among basin assemblages in the above four stages are analyzed. Escape tectonic model is employed to interpret coeval compressive and extensional basins in the study area.

MXene is considered as a candidate for preparing high-performance electromagnetic wave absorbing materials due to its large specific surface area,rich surface modification groups,and unique metal ***,the impedance matching problem caused by its high conductivity and easy stacking properties is a limiting *** this study,a self-assembling-etching-anchoring growth method was proposed to prepare MXene@Co electromagnetic wave absorbing *** hollow structure of MXene microspheres constructed with PMMA as a hard template is conducive to optimizing impedance matching and surface *** addition,MXene@Co exhibits abundant heterogeneous interfaces,enhancing the interfacial polarization phenomenon during electromagnetic wave ***,the surfaceanchored growth of magnetic Co particles forms a magnetic network,which provides a strong magnetic loss capability for the *** hollow structure design significantly enhances the wave absorption performance compared to conventional MXene@Co composites,with a minimum reflection loss of−57.32 dB(effective absorption bandwidth of 5.2 GHz)when the thickness is 2.5 mm(2.2 mm).This work provides a meaningful reference for the design of MXene-based electromagnetic wave absorbing materials.

Remediation of diesel oil contaminated sand by micro-emulsion

Micro-emulsion has unique advantages in repairing diesel oil contaminated sand due to its low interfacial tension and strong *** Winsor phase diagram,it was found that with the increase of salinity,the phase of microemulsion transformed from WinsorⅠto WinsorⅢto WinsorⅡ.Under cryogenic electron microscope,it was observed that WinsorⅠwas O/W type,WinsorⅡwas W/O type,and WinsorⅢtype was bi-continuous *** effect of inorganic salts,alcohol and temperature on the oil removal rate of diesel oil contaminated sand was investigated by static recovery of micro-emulsion *** results showed that for the anionic microemulsion system,with the increase of salinity and alcohols,the oil yield of the upper phase increased first and then decreased,and the two components had a certain compensation *** non-ionic micro-emulsion system,with the increase of temperature,the oil yield in the upper phase rose first and then *** the same time,the influence of leaching conditions on oil removal rate was investigated by one-dimensional sand column leaching *** was found that for diesel oil contaminated sand with 15%oil content,when the formulation was 2.00 wt%SDBS,4.05 wt%n-butanol and 0.40 wt%sodium chloride,the optimum leaching conditions were leaching rate of 4 ml·min-1 and leaching amount of 400 *** such conditions,the oil removal rate was up to 82.84%,that is,the oil content of the sand was reduced to 2.57%.Moreover,the micro-emulsion has good cyclicity,and it can still achieve high oil yield after six cycles.

Differences and identification on multi-time hydrocarbon generation of carboniferous-permian coaly source rocks in the Huanghua Depression,Bohai Bay Basin

Coal is a solid combustible mineral,and coal-bearing strata have important hydrocarbon generation potential and contribute to more than 12%of the global hydrocarbon ***,the deposition and hydrocarbon evolution process of ancient coal-bearing strata is characterized by multiple geological times,leading to obvious distinctions in their hydrocarbon generation potential,geological processes,and production,which affect the evaluation and exploration of hydrocarbon resources derived from coaly source rocks *** study aimed to identify the differences on oil-generated parent macerals and the production of oil generated from different coaly source rocks and through different oil generation *** with the analysis of previous tectonic burial history and hydrocarbon generation history,high-temperature and high-pressure thermal simulation experiments,organic geochemistry,and organic petrology were performed on the Carboniferous-Permian(C-P)coaly source rocks in the Huanghua Depression,Bohai Bay *** oil-generated parent macerals of coal's secondary oil generation process(SOGP)were mainly hydrogen-rich collotelinite,collodetrinite,sporinite,and cutinite,while the oil-generated parent macerals of tertiary oil generation process(TOGP)were the remaining small amount of hydrogen-rich collotelinite,sporinite,and cutinite,as well as dispersed soluble organic matter and unexhausted residual *** with coal,the oil-generated parent macerals of coaly shale SOGP were mostly sporinite and *** part of hydrogen-poor vitrinite,lacking hydrocarbon-rich macerals,and macerals of the TOGP,in addition to some remaining cutinite and a small amount of crude oil and bitumen from SOGP contributed to the oil *** results indicated that the changes in oil yield had a good junction between SOGP and TOGP,both coal and coaly shale had higher SOGP aborted oil yield than TOGP starting yield,and coaly shale TOGP peak oil yield was low

Data Analysis for High Throughput Detection of 18 Phthalates in Textiles Based on High Resolution Mass Spectrometry

A model for describing the behavior of macromolecules in adsorbed layers is developed by introducing a concept of distribution density of layer thicknessU based on stochastic process and probabilistic statistics. The molecular behavior of layers adsorbed on clay particle surfaces is discussed; the random distribution and its statistics of the layer thickness are given by incorporating experimental results with an ionic polyelectrolyte with the molecular weight of 1.08 x 106and chain charged density of 0.254.

Characteristics and Controlling Factors of Shale Oil Reservoir Spaces in the Bohai Bay Basin

The Cenozoic continental strata of the Bohai Bay Basin are rich in shale oil resources, and they contain various types of reservoir spaces that are controlled by complex factors. Using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), automatic mineral identification and characterization system(AMICS), CO2 and N2 gas adsorption, and focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy(FIB-SEM), the types of shale reservoir spaces in the Bohai Bay Basin are summarized, the spatial distribution and connectivity of the various types of pores are described in detail, the microscopic pore structures are characterized, and the key geological mechanisms affecting the formation and evolution of the reservoir spaces are determined. Three conclusions can be drawn in the present study. First, the shale reservoir spaces in the Bohai Bay Basin can be divided into three broad categories, including mineral matrix pores, organic matter pores, and micro fractures. Those spaces can be subdivided into seven categories and fourteen sub-categories based on the distribution and formation mechanisms of the pores. Second, the complex pore-throat structures of the shale reservoir can be divided into two types based on the shape of the adsorption hysteresis loop. The pore structures mainly include wedge-shaped, flat slit-shaped, and ink bottle-shaped pores. The mesopores and micropores are the main contributors to pore volume and specific surface area, respectively. The macropores provide a portion of the pore volume, but they do not significantly contribute to the specific surface area. Third, the factors controlling the development of microscopic pores in the shale are complex. The sedimentary environment determines the composition and structure of the shale and provides the material basis for pore development. Diagenesis controls the types and characteristics of the pores.
