We propose and investigate a novel stable two-dimensional（2D） AlO2with anomalous stoichiometric ratios based on first-principles calculation. 2D AlO2has metallic properties. It possesses the rare in-plane and out-of-plane negative Poisson's ratio（NPR） phenomenon, originating from its special sawtooth-like structure. The absolute value of the NPR decreases as the number of layers increases. The adsorption of volatile organic co.pounds（VOCs） including CH2O, C2H3Cl and C6H6by AlO2exhibit small adsorption distance, large adsorption energy, large charge transfer and significant density of states（DOS） changes,indicating the presence of strong interactions. The desorption time of each gas molecule on the AlO2surface is also evaluated, and the results further suggest that the desorption of VOCs can be co.trolled by changing the temperature to achieve the recycling of AlO2. These interesting properties make 2D AlO2a promising material for electronic, mechanical and sensing applications for VOCs.

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the prolonged therapeutic effects of a 35 kDa molecular weight hyaluronan fragment (HA35) in alleviating pain associated with myofascial pain syndrome (MPS). Hyaluronan interacts with various receptors in the human body, including CD44, LYVE-1, RHAMM, and TLR2, and is well-known for its analgesic effects when used in intra-articular or ultrasound-guided nerve trunk injections. Studies have shown that hyaluronidase cleaves high molecular weight HA to generate HA35, a low molecular weight fragment with enhanced tissue permeability, capable of binding to HA receptors on cell surfaces to produce broad-spectrum analgesic effects. Methods: Ten patients diagnosed with MPS were treated and assessed in this study. HA35 was administered through injection at a dosage of 100 mg daily for 15 days. Patients evaluated their MPS, overall pain levels, and treatment satisfaction using the Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), the Global Pain Scale (GPS), and the Treatment Satisfaction Questionnaire for Medication (TSQM 1.4). Follow-up evaluations were performed three months post-treatment to assess the duration of therapeutic effects. Results: Significant improvements were observed in NPRS, GPS, and TSQM sco.es both during and after the treatment period (P co.clusions: HA35 provides effective and sustained relief from pain associated with MPS, demonstrating a prolonged therapeutic benefit.

This study introduces an innovative method for synthesizing mordenite(MOR)by employing a co.bination of water glass and fumed silica as the silica *** zeolite produced through this method exhibits a smaller grain size,a larger specific surface area,and a greater number of Brønsted acid sites co.pared to the co.ventionally synthesized mordenite using silica ***,the chemical environment of framework Al in MOR zeolites is influenced by different silica sources,leading to varied acid properties between the two MOR zeolites,which results in an enhanced activity of dimethyl ether carbonylation from 50%to over 83%.

Selenium is one of the important trace elements in the human *** deficiency will directly affect human *** people's attention to health,the co.tent of selenium in food has gradually attracted ***,detecting selenium co.pounds in co.plex samples remains a *** this work,we built an online heating-reaction *** device co.bines the electrospray extraction ionization mass spectrometry(EESI-MS)with the heating reaction device,which can simultaneously detect various selenium co.pounds in co.plex liquid *** acidic co.ditions,the sample was heated and catalyzed by a heating reaction device,so that the SeO~(2-)_(3)and O-phenylenediamine(OPD)co.ld generate 1,3-dihydro-2,1,*** on the above reactions,we can detect organic selenium,inorganic selenium and other co.pounds in liquid samples by organic mass *** this experiment,we determined the co.tent of three forms of selenium:selenomethionine(SeMet),l-selenocystine(SeCys(2)),and sodium *** calibration curves for SeMet,SeCys(2),and sodium selenite showed strong linearity within a range of 0.50-50.00μg/*** limits of detection(LOD)for the three co.pounds were 0.22,0.27,and 0.41μg/L,*** limits of quantification(LOQ)were 0.68,0.81,and 1.23μg/L,*** reco.eries at three levels ranged from 98.8%to 106.1%.In addition,this method can simultaneously detect three selenium co.pounds and three other specific chemical co.ponents in tea infusion samples,providing a rapid and efficient method for identifying tea quality.

This study analyzed ambient seismic noise using the MSNoise package to monitor temporal changes in the underground seismic wave velocity in Mining Area 6 of the Dongtan co.l Mine in *** data was reco.ded co.tinuously over 76 days by 7 three-co.ponent stations and 10 single-co.ponent microseismic stations deployed in Dongtan co.l Mine,with station spacing ranging from 0.1 km to approximately 3 *** the causal and non-causal co.ponents of the Z-co.ponent cross-co.relation function,along with moving-window cross-spectrum analysis and cumulative calculations with a 5-day window overlay,stable seismic velocity changes were obtained in the frequency band of 0.1 to 2 *** found a co.relation between the timing of average velocity changes and seismic events caused by underground mining *** particular,when the relative seismic velocity increased by 0.23%,larger energy minequakes typically *** study shows that ambient noise co.relation has great potential for predicting minequakes,guiding pressure-relief production,and providing warnings about the impact of overburden pressure.
