The current coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)remains a threat to pregnant ***,the impact of early pregnancy SARS-CoV-2 infection on the maternal-fetal interface remains poorly ***,we present a comprehensive analysis of single-cell transcriptomics and metabolomics in placental samples infected with SARS-CoV-2 during early *** to control placentas,SARS-CoV-2 infection elicited immune responses at the maternal-fetal interface and induced metabolic alterations in amino acid and phospholipid profiles during the initial weeks ***,subsequent immune cell activation and heightened immune tolerance in trophoblast cells established a novel dynamic equilibrium that mitigated the impact on the maternal-fetal ***,the immune response and metabolic alterations at the maternal-fetal interface exhibited a gradual decline during the second *** study underscores the adaptive immune tolerance mechanisms and establishment of immunological balance during the first two trimesters following maternal SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Limosilactobacillus reuteri QS01 is potential probiotic isolated from the intestinal microbiota of healthy women in early pregnancy. In the current study， we examined whether QS01 can prevent gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in an enhanced mouse model of the condition. Female C57BL/6J mouse offspring (F1 generation) born to dams fed a control (CON) or low-protein diet (GDM group) during gestation and lactation were used. Pregnant F1 mice fed a standard diet were randomly assigned to 5 groups: CON， GDM， and GDM mice treated with metformin， QS01 or Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus HN001. An oral glucose tolerance test was performed before sacrifice at gestational day 17. Glucose tolerance was significantly ameliorated by all three treatments. QS01 supplementation fortified the intestinal mucosal barrier and inhibited the escalation of plasma inflammatory cytokines. QS01 treatment altered the cecal microbiota composition and function. Plasma and cecal metabolite profiles were modulated by QS01， prominently demonstrating significant upregulation of indole lactate and L-tryptophan in plasma and 5-hydroxy-tryptophan in the cecum， positively correlated with gut Lactobacillus abundance. In summary， QS01 plays a role in preventing GDM by remodeling the intestinal microbiota， reinforcing the intestinal mucosal barrier and alleviating chronic inflammation.

BACKGROUND Accurate condition assessment is critical for improving the prognosis of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(RDS),but current assessment methods for RDS pose a cumulative risk of harm to ***,a less harmful method for assessing the health of neonates with RDS is *** To analyze the relationships between pulmonary ultrasonography and respiratory distress scores,oxygenation index,and chest X-ray grade of neonatal RDS to identify predictors of neonatal RDS *** This retrospective study analyzed the medical information of 73 neonates with RDS admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of Liupanshui maternal and child care Service center between April and December *** pulmonary ultrasonography score,respiratory distress score,oxygenation index,and chest Xray grade of each newborn before and after treatment were *** correlation analysis was performed to determine the relationships among these values and neonatal RDS *** The pulmonary ultrasonography score,respiratory distress score,oxygenation index,and chest X-ray RDS grade of the neonates were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that before and after treatment,the pulmonary ultrasonography score of neonates with RDS was positively correlated with the respiratory distress score,oxygenation index,and chest X-ray grade(ρ=0.429–0.859,P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis indicated that pulmonary ultrasonography screening effectively predicted the severity of neonatal RDS(area under the curve=0.805–1.000,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The pulmonary ultrasonography score was significantly associated with the neonatal RDS score,oxygenation index,and chest X-ray *** pulmonary ultrasonography score was an effective predictor of neonatal RDS severity.

Analysis of the Effect of Midwives’ Psychological care Intervention on the Progress of Labor and Cesarean Rate of Elderly Women in Labor

Study on the Application Effect of Flexible Nursing care in Patients with Postpartum Urinary Retention and its Effect on Lactation

Objective: To study the application effect of flexible nursing in patients with postpartum urinary retention and its effect on lactation. Methods: A total of 200 cases of postpartum urinary retention patients admitted between January 2021 and January 2022 were selected and randomly grouped into two groups, a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (flexible nursing), of 100 cases each. The time of onset of lactation, the lactation volume score, urinary indicators, the amount of post-partum hemorrhage, and the quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results: The observation group’s lactation initiation time (21.41 ± 1.52) h and lactation volume score (2.11 ± 0.52) were better than that of the control group (P care in patients with postpartum urinary retention exhibited significant nursing effects and lactation function was effectively improved.
