Considering that HBV belongs to the DNA virus family and is hepatotropic,we model the HBV DNA-containing capsids as a *** this paper,a delayed HBV infection model is established,where the general incidence function and two infection routes including cell-virus infection and cell-cell infection are *** to some preliminaries,including well-posedness,basic reproduction number and existence of two equilibria,we obtain the threshold dynamics for the *** illustrate numerical simulations to verify the above theoretical results,and furthermore explore the impacts of intracellular delay and cell-cell infection on the global dynamics of the model.

This paper explores the conditions which make a regular balancedrandom(k,2s)-CNFformula(1,O)-unsatisfiable with high *** conditions also make a random instance of the regular balanced(k-1,2(k-1)s)-SAT problem unsatisfiable with high probability,where the instance obeys a distribution which differs from the distribution obeyed by a regular balanced random(k-1,2(k-1)s)-CNF *** F be a regular balanced random(k,2s)-CNF formula where k≥3,then there exists a number so such that F is(1,O)-unsatisfiable with high probability if s>so.A numerical solution of the number so when k e(5,6,...,14)is given to conduct simulated *** simulated experiments verify the theoretical ***,the experiments also suggest that F is(1,O)-satisfiable with high probability if s is less than a certain value.

The dynamics of spin–orbit-coupled Bose–Einstein condensate with parity-time symmetry through a moving obstacle potential is simulated numerically. In the miscible two-component condensate, the formation of the Kármán vortex street is observed in one component, while ‘the half-quantum vortex street' is observed in the other component. Other patterns of vortex shedding, such as oblique vortex dipoles, V-shaped vortex pairs, irregular turbulence, and combined modes of various wakes, can also be found. The ratio of inter-vortex spacing in one row to the distance between vortex rows is approximately0.18, which is less than the stability condition 0.28 of classical fluid. The drag force acting on the obstacle potential is simulated. The parametric regions of Kármán vortex street and other vortex patterns are calculated. The range of Kármán vortex street is surrounded by the region of combined modes. In addition, spin–orbit coupling disrupts the symmetry of the system and the gain-loss affects the local particle distribution of the system, which leads to the local symmetry breaking of the system, and finally influences the stability of the Kármán vortex street. Finally, we propose an experimental protocol to realize the Kármán vortex street in a system.

We report a gradual brightening γ-ray source,4FGL J1718.5+4237,in 0.1–500.0 GeV,which may be associated with a blazar NVSS J171822+423948 with a redshift of～*** analyzed 15.25 yr of γ-ray data recorded by the Large Area Telescope on board the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope and detected significant γ-ray emissions in the direction of the blazar with a test statistic （TS） of～*** on timing analysis using a 1 yr time bin,we have observed a gradual brightening in γ-ray emissions from the *** our analysis,we categorize them into two states:Quiet （TS～0） and Loud （TS～226） states,with the distinction occurring in 2016 August （MJD57602.69）.From the Quiet state to the brightest period （the last data point）,the γ-ray flux in 0.1–500.0 GeV increased by more than 12-fold from<0.2×10-8photons cm-1s-1to 2.6×10-8photons ***,we studied the spectral properties in detail for the Loud state and the overall *** no significant variation was detected,both exhibited a spectral indexΓof～*** origin of the brightening γ-ray emissions from the target is not yet *** long-term multi-wavelength observations and studies will provide insight into the astrophysical mechanisms of the target.

P2/O3-type Ni/Mn-based layered oxides are promising cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)owing to their high energy ***,exploring effective ways to enhance the synergy between the P2 and 03 phases remains a ***,we design a P2/O3-type Na_(0.76)Ni_(0.31)Zn_(0.07)Mn_(0.50)Ti_(0.12)0_(2)(NNZMT)with high chemical/electrochemical stability by enhancing the coupling between the two *** the first time,a unique Na*extraction is observed from a Na-rich O3 phase by a Na-poor P2 phase and systematically *** process is facilitated by Zn^(2+)/Ti^(4+)dual doping and calcination condition regulation,allowing a higher Na*content in the P2 phase with larger Na^(+)transport channels and enhancing Na transport *** of reduced Na^(+)in the O3 phase,which increases the difficulty of H^(+)/Na^(+) exchange,the hydrostability of the O3 phase in NNZMT is considerably ***,Zn^(2+)/Ti^(4+)presence in NNZMT synergistically regulates oxygen redox chemistry,which effectively suppresses O_(2)/CO_(2) gas release and electrolyte decomposition,and completely inhibits phase transitions above 4.0 *** a result,NNZMT achieves a high discharge capacity of 144.8 mA h g^(-1) with a median voltage of 3.42 V at 20 mA g^(-1) and exhibits excellent cycling performance with a capacity retention of 77.3% for 1000 cycles at 2000 mA g^(-1).This study provides an effective strategy and new insights into the design of high-performance layered-oxide cathode materials with enhanced structure/interface stability forSIBs.

Aluminum(Al)can lead to an exposure of creature in varieties ways for its universality,and it could disturb normal physiological metabolism,with the damage to multisystem including *** the oocyte quality is critical for female reproduction,we inspected the toxicity of Al on mouse oocyte *** constructed in vitro exposure mouse model,and we found that 5 mmol/L Al had adverse effects on oocyte maturation by impairing organelle and *** spindle and misaligned chromosomes which might be considered to be caused by elevated levels of acetylation,as well as abnormal distribution of actin dynamics could hinder normal meiosis of *** dysfunction indicated that Al affected proteins synthesis,transport and digestion,which would further damage oocyte *** order to explore the mechanism of Al toxicity,our further investigation demonstrated that Al caused mitochondrial dysfunction and imbalance calcium homeostasis,resulting in limited energy ***,high level of reactive oxygen species,DNA damage and apoptosis caused by oxidative stress were also the manifestation of Al toxicity on *** conclusion,our study provided the evidence that Al exposure affected oocyte quality through its effects on spindle organization,actin dynamics,organelle function and the induction of DNA damage-related apoptosis with mouse model.

The Oriental Reed Warbler(Acrocephalus orientalis) is one of the most commonly used hosts for the parasitic Common Cuckoo(Cuculus canorus). However, as hosts that feed unrelated parasitic nestlings may suffer extra reproductive costs, they may be less willing to care for nestlings that have prolonged nestling periods. To test this hypothesis, the duration of feeding by Oriental Reed Warblers under natural conditions for their own nestlings was compared with the duration of feeding under natural conditions for Common Cuckoo nestlings and for artificially prolonged cuckoo nestlings. The results showed that Oriental Reed Warblers did not starve, drive away, or desert any of the nestlings in the experiment, and neither parent was left alone. Our experimental study indicates that both Oriental Reed Warbler parents were willing to care for nestlings with a prolonged nestling period(up to 30 days, twice the average duration time that the Oriental Reed Warblers fed their own chicks in natural conditions). However, further experiments and observations are required in other host bird species to examine whether both parents or one of the parents may exhibit the behavior of abandoning nestlings with a prolonged nestling period.

We study the spin-dependent electron transport in an armchair graphene nanoribbon sample driven by both the charge and the spin biases within the tight-binding *** numerical calculations we give the spin-dependent currents for a fixed spin bias as a function of the charge *** is found that we can let only one type of spin current pass through the graphene nanoribbon for a wide range of charge bias,which is due to the difference of the bias voltage windows for different spin electrons when the charge and the spin biases ***,the pure spin current can be controlled via the charge *** results are suggestive for developing new kinds of spin filters.

We study the electronic transport in quantum wire structures made of graphene. By using the nonequilibrium Green function method, the transmission is studied for varies sizes samples. Our results show that the transmission sensitive depends on the size of the system and exhibits fluctuations due to the mismating of propagating modes between the central region and the leads. The number of resonant transmission peaks increases with the increase of length of the wire, while the width of the leads mainly affect the transmission in the region of low energy. A central energy gap in the transmission spectrum is more likely to appear in the quantum wire system than in the uniform armchair graphene nanoribbons. Moreover, the energy gap can be widened for a certain size of the quantum wire system by changing the width of the leads. These results may have potential applications in designing graphene-based devices.
