Objective:The importance of good sleep for energy recovery and overall physical and mental health cannot be ***,the increasing competitiveness of society,diversifying lifestyles,and the rapid spread of the internet and electronic devices have significantly impacted people’s sleep patterns,particularly through bedtime ***,this study aims to investigate the relationship and underlying mechanisms between sleep determination,anxiety,and bedtime procrastination among the Chinese ***:The study utilized data from a national survey—the China Residents’Sleep Condition Survey(November 2021,with 6,037 participants).By constructing mediation and moderation models,it analyzed the relationship and mechanisms between sleep determination and bedtime procrastination,highlighting the dual role of anxiety:as a mediator between sleep determination and bedtime procrastination,and as a moderator of their ***:There was a negative correlation between sleep determination and bedtime procrastination;anxiety was related to an increase in bedtime procrastination behaviors;In the interplay between sleep determination and pre-bedtime procrastination,the regulatory effect of anxiety is found to be more pronounced than its intermediary role,with anxiety significantly diminishing the inverse relationship between sleep determination and procrastination before ***:Bedtime procrastination can lead to sleep issues,thus reducing sleep *** sleep determination or alleviating pre-sleep anxiety can help inhibit bedtime procrastination *** and reducing bedtime procrastination is one of the effective measures to improve sleep quality.

Excessive fertilization has led to nutrient use inefficiency and serious environmental consequences for radish cultivation in North *** Nutrient Expert(NE)system is a science-based,site-specific fertilization decision support system,but the updated NE system for radish has rarely been *** study aims to validate the feasibility of NE for radish fertilization management from agronomic,economic,and environmental perspectives.A total of 46 field experiments were conducted over four seasons from April 2018 to November 2019 across the major radish growing regions in North *** results indicated that NE significantly reduced N,P_(2)O_(5),and K_(2)O application rates by 98,110,and 47 kg ha^(-1) relative to those in the farmers’practice(FP),respectively,and reduced N and P_(2)O_(5) inputs by 48 and 44 kg ha^(-1),respectively,while maintaining the same K_(2)O rate as soil testing(ST).Relative to FP and ST,NE significantly increased radish yield by 2.7 and 2.6 t ha^(-1)(4.2 and 4.0%)and net returns by 837 and 432 USD ha^(-1),*** average,NE significantly improved the agronomic efficiency(AE)of N,P,and K(relative to FP and ST)by 42.4 and 31.0,67.4 kg kg^(-1) and 50.9,and 20.3 and 12.3 kg kg^(-1);enhanced the recovery efficiency(RE)of N,P,and K by 11.4 and 7.0,14.1 and 7.5,and 11.3 and 6.3 percentage points;and increased the partial factor productivity(PFP)of N,P,and K by 162.9 and 96.8,488.0 and 327.3,and 86.9 and 22.4 kg kg^(-1),***,NE substantially reduced N and P_(2)O_(5) surpluses by 105.1 and 115.1 kg ha^(-1),respectively,and decreased apparent N loss by 110.8 kg ha^(-1) compared to *** results indicated that the NE system is an effective and feasible approach for improving NUE and promoting cleaner radish production in North China.

The Jiao Tong University Spectroscopic Telescope(JUST)is a 4.4-meter f/6.0 segmented-mirror telescope dedicated to spectroscopic *** JUST primary mirror is composed of 18 hexagonal segments,each with a diameter of 1.1 *** provides two Nasmyth platforms for placing science *** Nasmyth focus fits a field of view of 10′and the other has an extended field of view of 1.2°with correction optics.A tertiary mirror is used to switch between the two Nasmyth *** will be installed at a site at Lenghu in Qinghai Province,China,and will conduct spectroscopic observations with three types of instruments to explore the dark universe,trace the dynamic universe,and search for exoplanets:(1)a multi-fiber(2000 fibers)medium-resolution spectrometer(R=4000-5000)to spectroscopically map galaxies and large-scale structure;(2)an integral field unit(IFU)array of 500 optical fibers and/or a long-slit spectrograph dedicated to fast follow-ups of transient sources for multi-messenger astronomy;(3)a high-resolution spectrometer(R~100000)designed to identify Jupiter analogs and Earth-like planets,with the capability to characterize the atmospheres of hot exoplanets.

Space-surface bistatic synthetic aperture radar(SS-BiSAR) offers an additional observation angle for monostatic spaceborne SAR, making it a promising technology for high-accuracy deformation retrieval technology in local regions. Repeat-pass SS-BiSAR tomography can accurately estimate the surfaces of buildings and steep areas, effectively removing terrain phases during deformation retrieving. However, inaccuracies in the orbital ephemeris can lead to image geometry distortion, reducing image pair coherence,introducing interferometric phase errors, and consequently deteriorating tomographic precision. This paper precisely models the image geometry distortion and interferometric phase error caused by repeat-pass ephemeris error. We propose an ephemeris correction method based on the chirp-Z transform to address these issues. Furthermore, we introduce an accurate tomography model to improve 3D reconstruction *** first SS-BiSAR tomography experiment, conducted using the Chinese Lutan-1 satellite, demonstrates that the correlation coefficient is improved by 0.16 after ephemeris error correction. Moreover, the density and precision of the tomographic point cloud are improved by 13.7% and 12.1%, respectively.

Measurable residual disease(MRD) is a powerful prognostic factor of relapse in acute myeloid leukemia(AML). We applied the single-cell RNA sequencing to bone marrow(BM) samples from patients with(n=20) and without(n=12) MRD after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. A comprehensive immune landscape with 184,231 cells was created. Compared with CD8+T cells enriched in the MRDnegative group(MRD-＿CD8), those enriched in the MRD-positive group(MRD+＿CD8) showed lower expression levels of cytotoxicity-related genes. Three monocyte clusters(i.e., MRD+＿M) and three B-cell clusters(i.e., MRD+＿B) were enriched in the MRD-positive group. Conversion from an MRD-positive state to an MRD-negative state was accompanied by an increase in MRD-＿CD8 clusters and vice versa. MRDenriched cell clusters employed the macrophage migration inhibitory factor pathway to regulate MRD-＿CD8 clusters. These findings revealed the characteristics of the immune cell landscape in MRD positivity, which will allow for a better understanding of the immune mechanisms for MRD conversion.

Background: Evidence regarding the effectiveness of prenatal nutritional supplements has mainly considered anthropometric pregnancy outcomes. The effect on markers of health and disease， such as offspring telomere length (TL) and mitochondrial DNA content (mtDNAc) is unknown. Objectives: We assessed the efficacy of maternal multiple micronutrient (MMN)-fortified balanced-energy protein (BEP) and iron-folic acid (IFA) supplementation on newborn TL as a secondary outcome and mtDNAc as a non-declared outcome. Design: We conducted a randomized controlled trial in rural Burkina Faso， among pregnant females (15-40 years old) enrolled at 0.05) by adjusting the regression models for potential prognostic factors of study outcomes at enrollment. Exploratory analyses indicated higher， but non-significantly different mtDNAc among children born either small-for-gestational age， low birthweight， or preterm. Conclusions: Newborns from mothers who received daily nutritional supplements across gestation did not have different relative TL or mtDNAc.

Detrital zircon geochronology and Hf isotope analysis can be used for inferring provenance characteristics,and to evaluate the tectonic evolution of sedimentary basins and their link with regional *** Paleozoic sequences of the Okcheon Belt consist of the Lower Paleozoic Joseon and the Upper Paleozoic Pyeongan supergroups with Middle Paleozoic hiatus locally on top of the Neoproterozoic bimodal volcanic rocks,reflecting an intracontinental rift setting between the two basements(*** and Yeongnam massifs)at southern part of the Korean *** detrital zircon U-Pb ages and Lu-Hf isotope results show that all these Paleozoic strata commonly have Paleoproterozoic and Paleozoic zircon ages with rare Meso-to Neoproterozoic *** individual zircon populations display following features,allowing estimation of their sedimentary provenances:(i)The Paleoproterozoic zircons(ca.1.85 Ga and 2.50 Ga)with similar ranges ofεHf(t)values are most common in the basement rocks of the Korean Peninsula,and were sourced from both the Gyeonggi and Yeongnam massifs.(ii)The Meso-to Neoproterozoic zircons,preserved only in the Middle to Late Cambrian clastic sedimentary rocks within the carbonate sequences probably reflect proximal provenance.(iii)The youngest Paleozoic zircons of each formation,almost coincident with their deposition ages,suggest presence of syndepositional magmatism,indicating proximal magmatic sources during their deposition.(iv)The Cambrian-Ordovician zircons,from the Lower Paleozoic sequences,but rare in the successive Upper Paleozoic sequences,suggest a provenance change after the hiatus between the two sedimentary successions.(v)The Permian zircons showing differentεHf(t)values indicate that detrital sources were varied at that *** integrated results in our study suggest provenance variability linked to diverse tectonic environments,reflecting prolonged subduction-related crustal evolution of the proto-Korean Peninsula during the Paleozo

Influence of seasonal migration on evolution of insecticide resistance in Plutella xylostella

The diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella(L.),is one of the most destructive migratory pest species of cruciferous vegetables worldwide and has developed resistance to most of the insecticides used for its *** migration regularity,migratory behavior,and relationship between flight and reproduction of *** have been widely ***,the effect of migration on insecticide resistance in this pest is still *** this study,the effect of migration on *** resistance to seven insecticides was investigated using populations across the Bohai Sea that were collected in the early and late seasons during 2017–*** bioassay results showed that the early season populations of *** from south China possessed much higher resistance to insecticides because of intensive insecticide application;alternatively,the late season populations migrated from northeast China,where the insecticides were only used occasionally,showed much lower insecticide *** genome re-sequencing results revealed that,among the eight mutations involved in insecticide resistance,the frequencies of two acetylcholinesterase mutations(A298S and G324A)responsible for organophosphorus insecticide resistance were significantly decreased in the late season *** results indicated that *** migration between tropical and temperate regions significantly delayed the development of insecticide *** findings illustrated the effect of regional migration on the evolution of insecticide resistance in ***,and provided foundational information for further research on the relationship between migration and insecticide resistance development in other insects.
