[Objective]The research aimed to establish a liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry for detecting residues of diclazuril,toltrazuril and its metabolites in animal-derived food.[Method]The samples were pre-treated by QuEChERS technology and detected by Exactive liquid chromatography-high resolution mass *** liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry for detecting the residues of diclazuril,toltrazuril,toltrazuril sulfone and toltrazuril sulfoxide in animal-derived food was established.[Result]Diclazuril,toltrazuril,toltrazuril sulfone and toltrazuril sulfoxide showed a good linear correlation in the range of 2.0-50.0μg/L（r^2〉0.99）.The average recoveries of these four compounds in bovine power at the spiked levels of 2,10 and 20μg/kg were 74.5%-90.1%,and the relative standard deviations（RSD）were 15.4%-17.5%.[Conclusion]This method was stable and reliable,and could be used to detect diclazuril,toltrazuril,toltrazuril sulfone and toltrazuril sulfoxide in animal-derived food.

Comparison of Flow Field Distribution and Characteristic on Different Compact Spinning Systems

Numerical simulation models of compact spinning with perforated drum, punched apron and lattice apron were established and computerized with computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software. Characteristics of airflow in condensing zone were achieved. Velocity vectors of the flow on different systems were contrasted and discussed. Then, trajectories of fibers in condensing zone were simulated by a specially designed MATLAB program routine. The result of the simulation clarified the compact mechanism of the compact spinning systems. Also, it applied a guideline for reasonable utilization of the airflow in condensing zone.

High selective molecularly imprinted polymers （MIPs） for tetracycline have been prepared by precipitation polymerization. Effects of monomer and solvent, the ratio of monomer and template and the characterization of the polymer were investigated by frontal chromatography and selectivity experiment. The results clearly indicated that the polymer, which had the highest molecular recognition abilities for tetracycline antibiotics, had been received.

This study was to molecular identify Prunus necrotic ringspot virus （PNRSV） occurring on lily. Lily corms were randomly selected and grown in the greenhouse. The total RNAs were extracted from younger leaves, and partial amplification of the CP gene was performed by RT-PCR with primer pairs specific for PNRSV. An expected cDNA fragment of about 450 bp was amplified from lily, cloned into pGEM-T-easy vector, sequenced, and shared 84.5-99.1% homology with the 27 PNRSV isolates reported previously at the nucleotide level, indicating that lily is a new natural host of PNRSV.

PBDEs are widely used brominated flame retardant, which are increasingly reported in the environment. Concentrations of thirteen PBDEs in a large number of channel catfish and fish feeds collected from Hubei province of China were investigated in this study. A fast isotopic dilution GC-MS method was firstly developed to simultaneously determine thirteen PBDEs in channel catfish and fish feeds in this study, and especially for the first time PBDEs in fish feeds. Pressurized liquid extraction and multi-layer silica gel column chromatography cleanup were used, some important steps and crucial parameters were modified and intensified compared with other literatures, and GC and MS conditions were optimized. The limits of quantitation values of 0.25 - 5 μg·kg-1 wet weight in channel catfish were calculated for PBDEs;so did 1 - 20 μg·kg-1 wet weight in fish feeds. In addition, good repeatability and accuracy of the whole method were achieved. The established methods were therefore suitable for the simultaneous determinations of thirteen PBDEs in these samples at trace contamination levels. Using the established methods, PBDEs emerged in 10 of 180 channel catfish and 13 of 115 fish feeds, and the dominant PBDEs homologues were PBDE-28, PBDE-47, PBDE-100, PBDE-99, PBDE-154, PBDE-153 and PBDE-183. The detection rates of seven PBDEs congeners were in turn respectively 1.74%, 7.83%, 4.35%, 5.22%, 3.48%, 2.61% and 2.61% in fish feeds, and detection rates of seven PBDEs congeners were in turn respectively 1.11%, 3.89%, 2.22%, 1.67%, 1.11%, 1.11% and 1.11% in channel catfish. There was significant correlation in PBDEs between matching channel catfish and fish feeds (R2 = 0.742, P < 0.001, n = 30), suggesting that fish feeds contaminated with PBDEs possibly resulted in PBDEs residual in channel catfish through biological transfer.

To analyze the genetic differentiation of the host- and geo-populations of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard, the β-tubulin gene of 5 host-populations and 6 geo-populations of L. sativae was sequenced. Subsequently, the sequences were analyzed by biosoftware DNAStar and MEGA, and the phylogenetic trees constructed. The results obtained by the two softwares were similar, that is, the sequences of β-tubulin gene were more than 98% homologous, among the host- and geo-populations of L. sativae, with only 8 variable sites, but no insertions and deletions were detected. It seems that differentiations in β-tubulin gene among the host- and geo-populations of L. sativae are related to the hobby to hosts and the geographical distributions, respectively.

Hyalomma anatolicum, Hyalomma asiaticum and Hyalomma detritum are wide-spread tick vectors in China. They could transmit a great variety of serious animal and human pathogens, which are great threats to the health of human beings and the safety of stockbreeding. Most of them are distributed in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, and they share similar morphologies. This study is to establish a method for identifying H. anatolicum, H. asiaticum and H. detritum with molecular markers and to revealing the phylogenetic relationship of these ticks. Ticks were collected from domestic animals in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia autonomous regions and classified by morphological characters. 16S rRNA and mitachondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I gone （CO1） of ticks were amplified by PCR and subsequently sequenced. Phylogenetic trees were constructed by MEGA 5.0 and Mrbayes 3.2. On the 16S rRNA-based phylogenetic tree, H. anatolicum and H. aisaticum were clustered together with their respective classes. H. detritum was clustered with their respective class and the H. anatolicum, H. asiaticum formed distinct branches on the phylogenetic trees based on the COL The method based on morphology that combined with molecular 16S rRNA and COl seemed a simple and accurate method for species identification of H. anatolicum, H. asiaticum and H. detritum. n
