Cryptosporidiosis, azoonosis caused by Cryptosporidium spp., is a newly recognized coccidial protozoan infection, which olden induces protracted watery diarrhea and malnutrition in a wide range of vertebrates and man. Its distribution is worldwide. The situation of this infection in China is, however, practically unknown. This note deals with a preliminary survey of Cryptosporidiosis in calves in suburban district of beijing.

The rapid urbanization of China is causing a burden on their water resources and hindering their sustainable *** paper analyzes effective methods to integrated river basin management(IRBM)using Longgang River basin of Shenzhen as an example,which is the city with the fastest rate of urbanization in China and even the whole *** the past 20 years,China has undergone a population boom due to the increase of immigrant workers and rapid development of laborintensive industries,which led to the sharp increase of water consumption and sewage ***,the construction of the water infrastructure is still lagging far behind the environmental and social development,with only 32.7%of sewage in the district being ***,every water quality indicator of the Longgang River basin was unable to meet the required corresponding environmental standards,which further aggravated the water shortages of the ***,an analytical framework is proposed to address the IRBM of the study *** problems with the current management system include the lack of decentralization in decision-making,lack of enforcement with redundant plans,weak management capacity,financial inadequacy,and a poor system of stakeholder *** light of the principles of IRBM and the situation of the region,corresponding measures are put forward,including an increase of power given to sub-district offices,fewer but more feasible plans,capacity building among stakeholders,a combination of planning and marketing for overcoming financial inadequacy,and profound reform in the public participation *** framework and institutional suggestions could inform similar processes in other representative river basins.

Opium poppy(Papaver somniferum)is a source of morphine,codeine,and semisynthetic derivatives,including oxycodone and ***,we report the de novo assembly and genomic analysis of *** traditional landrace‘Chinese Herbal Medicine’.Variations between the 2.62 Gb CHM genome and that of the previously sequenced high noscapine 1(HN1)variety were also *** 79,668 protein-coding genes,we functionally annotated 88.9%,compared to 68.8%reported in the HN1 *** family and 4DTv comparative analyses with three other Papaveraceae species revealed that opium poppy underwent two whole-genome duplication(WGD)*** first of these,in ancestral Ranunculales,expanded gene families related to characteristic secondary metabolite production and disease *** more recent species-specific WGD mediated by transposable elements resulted in massive genome *** carrying structural variations and large-effect variants associated with agronomically different phenotypes between CHM and HN1 that were identified through our transcriptomic comparison of multiple organs and developmental stages can enable the development of new *** genomic and transcriptomic analyses will provide a valuable resource that informs future basic and agricultural studies of the opium poppy.

The high precision population forecasting and spatial distribution modeling are very important for the theory and application of population sociology,city planning and ***,the two problems need to be solved for providing the high precision population *** is how to improve the population forecasting precision of small area(e.g.,street scale);another is how to improve the spatial resolution of urban population distribution *** solve the two problems,some new methods are proposed in this contribution.(1)To improve the precision of small area population forecasting,a new method is developed based on the fade factor and the slide window.(2)To improve the spatial resolution of urban population distribution model,a new method is proposed based on the land classification,public facility information and the artificial intelligence *** validation of the proposed methods,the real population data of 15 streets in xicheng district,beijing,China from 2010 to 2016,the remote sensing images and the public facility data are collected and used.A number of experiments are *** results show that the spatial resolution of proposed model reaches 30m*30m and the forecasting precision is better than 5%using the proposed method to forecast the population of 15 streets in xicheng district in the next four years.

Research on Grade Renewing of Cultivated Land at County Level:A Case Study of Daxing district,beijing

To create a scientific way to renew the grades of cultivated land at county level, monitoring points were set up according to the monitoring control regions and grade types of cultivated land in Daxing district, beijing, and soil samples were collected to carry out chemical analysis. Afterwards, the input and output data of cultivated land in each village were surveyed to renew the grades of cultivated land. The results indicate that the average natural grade of cultivated land was 8.4, which was equal to that of 2004; the average utilization grade was 8.1, which was slightly higher than that of 2004; the average economic grade was 9.9, which was lower than that of 2004. It is concluded that it is scientific to renew cultivated land grades through scientifically setting monitoring points according to the monitoring control regions and grade types of cultivated land.

Year 2003 was regarded by the Chinese media as a year of antidiscrimination by hepatitis virus B (HVB) carriers. The series of events that happened in the year aroused the attention of the whole society to show concern for discrimination against HVB carriers. On April 3, a murder case occurred in Zhejiang Province; on November 20, 1,611 citizens put their signatures to a proposals, demanding review of the provisions on public servant recruitment that bar HVB carriers in 31 provinces and cities and calling for laws to protect HVB carriers. The signed proposal was delivered to the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, the Ministry of health and the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council. In December, the people’s court in Xinwu district of Wuhu City in Anhui officially accepted the case of the first HVB carrier against the personnel bureau of
