T cell mediated adoptive immune response has been characterized as the key to anti-tumor immunity. Scientists around the world including in China, have been trying to harness the power of T cells against tumors for decades. Recently, the biosynthetic chimeric antigen receptor engineered T cell(CAR-T) strategy was developed and exhibited encouraging clinical efficacy, especially in hematological malignancies. Chimeric antigen receptor research reports began in 2009 in China according to our pub Med search results. Clinical trials have been ongoing in China since 2013 according to the trial registrations on ***.. After years of assiduous efforts, research and clinical scientists in China have made their own achievements in the CAR-T therapy field. In this review, we aim to highlight CAR-T research and clinical trials in China, to provide an informative reference for colleagues in the field.

Magnoliids represent the third largest branch of the most diverse and species-rich angiosperms,and their phylogenetic position relative to monocots and eudicots remains uncertain(Dong et al.,2021).Here,we describe the assembly of a high-quality chromosome-level genome sequence for Cinnamomum camphora(camphor),an evergreen tree belonging to *** phylogenetic analysis indicated possible incomplete lineage sorting(ILS)during the rapid diversification of the early diverging branches of angiosperms,which may have led to the unstable phylogenetic position of magnoliids.

In the 21 st century, economic interdependence between countries has gradually become an important source of state power. Globalization and the rise of China’s economy have had a significant impact on other economies around the world. China’s economic influence is becoming more and more important. On the basis of the sensitivity dependence and vulnerability dependence of asymmetric interdependence theory, the economic spillover between countries is selected to construct a quantitative model to measure economic power. This paper analyzes the evolution of China’s economic power both in time and space from 2000 to 2014. Four conclusions were drawn from the study: 1) The spatial spillover effect of China’s economy on other countries has been continuously growing since the beginning of the 21 st century, which has brought about the rapid increase in China’s economic power;2) China’s economic power has been significantly strengthened both in intensity and scope, having expanded from the surrounding countries to the whole world. In 2014, China had a high amount of economic power over 18 countries from the 41 main countries in the world, compared to 2 in 2000;3) China’s power in terms of sensitivity dependence takes on an evolutionary trend from point distribution to flaky growth, and it shows a process ‘from point to line’ from the aspect of spatial diffusion. Furthermore, China’s power in terms of vulnerability dependence shows a trend that extends from the surrounding countries to European and South American countries;4) comprehensively, China’s power in terms of vulnerability dependence is higher than that of sensitivity dependence, and the spatial distribution pattern demonstrates a process from centralization to decentralization from 2000 to 2014.

总结了新加坡樟宜回用水处理厂4次采样的结果,该厂日处理城市污水80万t.在好氧区很好地实现了部分硝化和亚硝酸盐积累,其中好氧氨氧化率平均为72.2%,亚硝酸盐积累率平均为76.0%.在缺氧区氨氮和亚硝酸盐得到了同步去除(厌氧氨氧化).物料衡算结果表明:初沉池的出水总氮的37.5%是通过自养脱氮去除,27.1%是通过传统的硝化/反硝化脱氮去除,其余部分总氮则存在于活性污泥和出水中.微生物和动力学研究表明:短悬浮或游离的厌氧氨氧化菌可存在于污泥龄较短的污水处理系统.最后从出水氮质量浓度、pH、碱度、曝气能耗及反应器容积等方面,将樟宜回用水处理厂的分段进水活性污泥法工艺与新加坡其他3个回用水处理厂的MEL/LE工艺进行了对比分析.

The paper presents the methods proposed by the authors to be applied in operation of substations. The substations taken in consideration were rehabilitated by replacing the existing equipments by new equipments, the last generation. The methods consist in study of equipment＇s failures, study of equipment＇s behaviour, study of substation architecture and study of systems operation. Paper presents new equipments on their architecture and performances. The parts of method exposed in this paper are based on the operational reliability. The mathematical methods and new analyses methods are given for resolving the issues on operation of substations. The results of this study will be used to obtain the best solution for operation of the substations. The results of the analysis were applied to some substation from the Transmission Power Grid.

AIM:To explore differences in biochemical indices between neonatal intrahepatic cholestasis caused by citrin deficiency (NICCD) and that with other etiologies. METHODS:Patients under 6 mo of age who were referred for investigation of conjugated hyperbiliru-binaemia from June 2003 to December 2010 were eligible for this study. After excluding diseases affecting the extrahepatic biliary system, all patients were screened for the two most common SLC25A13 mutations; the coding exons of the entire SLC25A13 gene was sequenced and Western blotting of citrin protein performed in selected cases. Patients in whom homo-zygous or compound heterozygous SLC25A13 mutation and/or absence of normal citrin protein was detected were defined as having NICCD. Cases in which no specific etiological factor could be ascertained after a com-prehensive conjugated hyperbilirubinaemia work-up were defined as idiopathic neonatal cholestasis (INC). Thirty-two NICCD patients, 250 INC patients, and 39 infants with cholangiography-confirmed biliary atresia (BA) were enrolled. Laboratory values at their first visit were abstracted from medical files and compared. RESULTS:Compared with BA and INC patients, the NICCD patients had significantly higher levels of total bile acid (TBA) [all measures are expressed as median (inter-quartile range):178.0 (111.2-236.4) μmol/L in NICCD vs 112.0 (84.9-153.9) μmol/L in BA and 103.0 (70.9-135.3) μmol/L in INC, P = 0.0001]. The NICCD patients had significantly lower direct bilirubin [D-Bil 59.6 (43.1-90.9) μmol/L in NICCD vs 134.0 (115.9-151.2) μmol/L in BA and 87.3 (63.0-123.6) μmol/L in INC, P = 0.0001]; alanine aminotransferase [ALT 34.0 (23.0-55.0) U/L in NICCD vs 108.0 (62.0-199.0) U/L in BA and 84.5 (46.0-166.0) U/L in INC, P = 0.0001]; aspartate aminotransferase [AST 74.0 (53.5-150.0) U/L in NICCD vs 153.0 (115.0-239.0) U/L in BA and 130.5 (81.0-223.0) U/L in INC, P = 0.0006]; albumin [34.9 (30.7-38.2) g/L in NICCD vs 38.4 (36.3-42.2) g/L in BA and 39.9 (37
