Objective:To explore the characteristics of metabolic changes in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder through 1H-MRS in neuroanatomical circuit comparing with age-matches ***:Fifty patients with post-traumatic stress disorder and SO gender-and agematched normal controls were *** neurochemical abnormalities including the levels of choline(Cho)/ creatine(Cr) and N-acetylaspartate(NAA)/Cr were measured respectively in hippocampus and the anterior cingulate gyrus with three-dimension 1H-proton specrroscopy(3D 1H-MRS).Results:The values of NAA/Cr ratios in hippocampus and the anterior cingulate gyrus were significant lower in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder(1.71±0.32,left l.58±0.29, right 1.55±0.31) than that in controls(2.24±0.41,left 1.98±0.27,right 2.02±0.36)(P<0.05).but the values of Cho/Cr in hippocampus(left 1.64±0.23,right 1.66±0.34) were no significant with that of controls(left 1.48±0.29,right 1.54±0.38).Values of Cho/Cr in cingulate gyrus were significant higher in post-traumatic stress disorder patients(I.88±0.44) than that in controls(1.37.±0.32) (P<0.05).Conclusions:The results indicate some special neurochemical and histological structure changes in post-traumatic stress disorder patients,which might occurre earlier in anterior cingulate gyrusthe than in hippocampus.

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the mental health of College students. Whether it is the increasing pressure of social employment or the negative thoughts spread in society, it has caused some negative psychological effects on College students. As an important theory of psychological research and application, positive psychology plays an important role in promoting college students' mental health education. Based on the theory of positive psychology, this paper analyzes the current situation of college students' mental health and college students' mental health education, and discusses the importance of implementing positive psychology theory in college students' mental health education. This paper puts forward a conception for constructing a new type of college students' mental health education model based on positive psychology, which has certain reference and reference for the promotion and development of college students' mental health education.

Patients with major depressive disorder （MDD） develop a negative cognitive bias, but how they respond to information in Chinese emotional words is unclear. Here we used a Stroop paradigm with subliminal Chinese emotional words to explore the event-related potential components of abnormal emotional processing Jn patients with MDD. The correct rate was similar in MDD and normal control groups, but MDD reaction time was longer than the normal controls, especially to the negative and neutral stimuli. In N270, repeated-measure analysis of variance demonstrated a significant main effect of the relation electrode and valence on peak amplitude and interactions between valence and electrode site. The peak amplitudes of the three kinds of words were different in the two groups （positive 〉 negative 〉 neutral）. The topography of the difference waves indicated that the difference distributed in the frontal and left parietal-temporal sites across the scalp. In N400, there was a significant main effect of the relation electrode and valence on peak amplitude, and the latency showed a main effect of the electrode and an interaction between electrode and group. The amplitudes induced by type of words were significantly different from each other in both groups （positive 〉 negative 〉 neutral）. The topography of the difference waves indicated that the effect of relation type was primarily at left and right frontal and central and left parietal-temporal regions. Both MDD patients and normal controls exhibited significant emotional Stroop effects during the processing of positive/negative Chinese emotional words. MDD patients showed interference in emotional stimuli in early cognitive processing that induced psychological resource intervention during late emotional information processing.

Background Alexithymia is a multidimensional personality *** This study aims to investigate the neuronal correlates of each alexithymia dimension by examining the regional homogeneity （ReHo） of intrinsic brain activity in a resting *** From university freshmen, students with alexithymia and non-alexithymia were recruited. Their alexithymic traits were assessed using the Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20. The ReHo was examined using a resting-state functional MRI *** This study suggests signifcant group differences in ReHo in multiple brain regions distributed in the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe and insular cortex. However, only the ReHo in the insula was positively associated with diffculty identifying feelings, a main dimension of alexithymia. The ReHo in the lingual gyrus, precentral gyrus and postcentral gyrus was？positively associated with diffculty describing feelings in？participants with？alexithymia. Lastly, the ReHo in the right dorsomedial prefrontal cortex （DMPFC_R） was negatively related to the externally oriented thinking style of participants with？*** In conclusion, these results suggest that the main dimensions of alexithymia are correlated with specifc brain regions’ function, and the role of the insula, lingual gyrus, precentral gyrus, postcentral gyrus and DMPFC_R in the neuropathology of alexithymia should be further investigated.

Background Avoidant paruresis is a common clinical condition in urology and psychosomatic ***,it has limited treatment options that are safe and effective with few side *** Our study aimed to investigate the effectiveness and safety of the Chinese herbal Yangxin Tongquan decoction combined with cognitive-behavioural therapy(CBT)for avoidant *** Sixty-eight patients with avoidant paruresis were divided into a treatment group(33 patients)and a control group(35 patients).The control group was assigned 10 weeks of CBT and systematic *** addition to CBT and systematic desensitisation,the treatment group was given the Chinese herbal Yangxin Tongquan decoction during the 10-week *** Shy Bladder Syndrome Scale(SBS)and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were administered before and after treatment to measure any *** The overall efficacy in the treatment group(n=30)was 80.0%vs 62.5%in the control group(n=33).Comparing pretreatment and post-treatment measures,both groups showed improvement in SBS scores and SAS scores(treatment group:t_((SBS))=8.397,p_((SBS))<0.001,t_((SAS))=8.216,p_((SAS))<0.001;control group:t_((SBS))=6.802,p_((SBS))<0.001,t_((SAS))=5.171,p_((SAS))<0.001).Moreover,both groups’SBS and SAS scores changed significantly over time(SBS scores:F_(time)=118.299,p<0.001;SAS scores:F_(time)=92.114,p<0.001).However,the treatment group performed better than the control group(SBS scores:F_(time*group)=5.709,p=0.020;SAS scores:F_(time*group)=7.235,p=0.009).Conclusions The Chinese herbal Yangxin Tongquan decoction combined with cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy positively affects the treatment of avoidant paruresis without significant adverse effects.
