This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of an individualized remote exercise program on the improvement of body composition and physical fitness of a heterogeneous group of patients who completed breast cancer *** prospective study included 107 women aged 18 to 60,shortly after curative treatment for localized breast cancer,at the Erasto Gaertner Cancer Hospital(HEG)in Curitiba,PR,*** composition,maximal oxygen consumption,and muscle resistance were evaluated after nine months of intervention while considering adherence to the program,level of physical activity,presence of binge eating disorder,tumor classification,and treatment ***-eight women(72.8%)adhered to the training *** participants showed significant changes in body mass([-4.3±3.6]kg;pgroup showed a more noticeable reduction in body mass,body mass index,and body fat(pprograms can improve the body composition and physical fitness of women undergoing post-breast cancer surveillance,regardless of pathological history or treatment.

To achieve carbon neutrality by 2060,decarbonization in the energy sector is *** is expected to be vital for achieving the aim of carbon neutrality for two reasons:use of power-to-hydrogen(P2H)can avoid carbon emissions from hydrogen production,which is traditionally performed using fossil fuels;Hydrogen from P2H can be stored for long durations in large scales and then delivered as industrial raw material or fed back to the power system depending on the *** this study,we focus on the analysis and evaluation of hydrogen value in terms of improvement in the flexibility of the energy system,particularly that derived from hydrogen *** electricity-hydrogen coupled energy model is proposed to realize the hourly-level operation simulation and capacity planning optimization aiming at the lowest cost of *** on this model and considering Northwest China as the region of study,the potential of improvement in the flexibility of hydrogen storage is determined through optimization calculations in a series of study cases with various hydrogen demand *** results of the quantitative calculations prove that effective hydrogen storage can improve the system flexibility by promoting the energy demand balance over a long term,contributing toward reducing the investment cost of both generators and battery storage and thus the total energy *** advantage can be further improved when the hydrogen demand ***,a cost reduction by 20%is required for hydrogen-related technologies to initiate hydrogen storage as long-term energy storage for power *** study provides a suggestion and reference for the advancement and planning of hydrogen storage development in regions with rich sources of renewable energy.

The stability control of surrounding rock for large or super-large section chamber is a difficult technical problem in deep mining *** on the in-site geological conditions of Longgu coal mine,this paper used the dynamic module of FLAC3D to study the response characteristics of deep super-large section chamber under dynamic and static combined loading *** showed that under the static loading condition,the maximum vertical stress,deformation and failure range are large,where the stress concentration coefficient is *** maximum roof-to-floor and two-sides deformations are 54.6 mm and 53.1 mm,***,under the dynamic and static combined loading condition:(1)The influence of dynamic load frequency on the two-sides is more obvious;(2)The dynamic load amplitude has the greatest influence on the stress concentration degree,and the plastic failure tends to develop to the deeper;(3)With the dynamic load source distance increase,the response of surrounding rock is gradually *** this basis,empirical equations for each dynamic load conditions were obtained by using regression analysis method,and all correlation coefficients are greater than *** research provided reference for the supporting design of deep super-large section chamber under same or similar conditions.

The origin of new structures and functions is an important process in evolution. In the past decades, we have obtained some preliminary knowledge of the origin and evo- lution of new genes. However, as the basic unit of genes, the origin and evolution of exons remain unclear. Because young exons retain the footprints of origination, they can be good materials for studying origin and evolution of new exons. In this paper, we report two young exons in a zinc finger protein gene of rodents. Since they are unique sequences in mouse and rat genome and no homologous sequences were found in the orthologous genes of human and pig, the young exons might originate after the divergence of primates and rodents through exonization of intronic sequences. Strong positive selection was detected in the new exons between mouse and rat, suggesting that these exons have undergone significant functional divergence after the separation of the two species. On the other hand, population genetics data of mouse dem- onstrate that the new exons have been subject to functional constraint, indicating an important function of the new exons in mouse. Functional analyses suggest that these new exons encode a nuclear localization signal peptide, which may me- diate new ways of nuclear protein transport. To our knowl- edge, this is the first example of the origin and evolution of young exons.

本文基于Paterson-Stockmeyer(PS)算法和过滤技术提出了一种能精确和高效计算动力学问题中矩阵函数的算法.借助对截断误差和过滤引误差的分析,探究了计算中的误差增长规律,并基于此给出了自适应过滤阈值,使得提出的算法能更加高效地达到与原PS算法相似的精度.数值实验采用了包括30个不同带宽的随机矩阵,10个复杂网络动力学问题中的邻接矩阵来验证提出算法的效率与精度.数值实验的结果表明,提出的算法在计算所考虑的动力学问题的矩阵函数时能获得良好的精度和效率.

A Comparison of Selected Parametric and Non-Parametric Imputation Methods for Estimating Forest Biomass and Basal Area

Various methods have been used to estimate the amount of above ground forest biomass across landscapes and to create biomass maps for specific stands or pixels across ownership or project areas. Without an accurate estimation method, land managers might end up with incorrect biomass estimate maps, which could lead them to make poorer decisions in their future management plans. The goal of this study was to compare various imputation methods to predict forest biomass and basal area, at a project planning scale (a combination of ground inventory plots, light detection and ranging (LiDAR) data, satellite imagery, and climate data was analyzed, and their root mean square error (RMSE) and bias were calculated. Results indicate that for biomass prediction, the k-nn (k = 5) had the lowest RMSE and least amount of bias. The second most accurate method consisted of the k-nn (k = 3), followed by the GWR model, and the random forest imputation. For basal area prediction, the GWR model had the lowest RMSE and least amount of bias. The second most accurate method was k-nn (k = 5), followed by k-nn (k = 3), and the random forest method. For both metrics, the GNN method was the least accurate based on the ranking of RMSE and bias.

Biosensing systems based on controllable motion behaviors of droplets have attracted extensive attention,but still face challenges of insufficient sensitivity and uncontrollable dynamic range due to imprecise manipulation of droplet motion on the ***,we report an orthogonal dual-regulation strategy for precise motion control of droplets and we demonstrate its utility as a sensitive sensing system with controllable dynamic ranges of sensing for adenosine triphosphate,miRNA,thrombin and kanamycin,as well as discrimination of five kinds of D *** endowed a DNA-contained bio-droplet sliding on a lubricant-infused structural surface with micro-grooves to separately adjust the resistance from liquid phase and solid *** resistance from liquid phase mainly depended on hydrophobic interaction between DNA and lubricant,which can be finely tuned by different DNA’s average chain ***,the resistance from solid surface was determined by the energy barrier from the periodic micro-grooves,which can be adjusted by varying the droplet’s sliding direction on the *** hydrophobic interaction is conformed to be orthogonal to the micro-grooves’ anisotropic resistance by three different *** orthogonal dual-regulation strategy thus demonstrated its ability to precisely control bio-droplets’ motion behaviors and sensitive detection with adjustable dynamic ranges for various *** dual-regulation strategy will provide significant insights for super-wettable biosensors,visual inspection and beyond.

The one-step conversion of ethanol to 1,3-butadiene has achieved a breakthrough with the development of beta zeolite supported dual metal ***,the reaction mechanism from ethanol to butadiene is complex and has not yet been fully elucidated,and no catalyst screening effort has been done based on central metal *** this work,density functional theory(DFT)calculations were employed to study the mechanism of one-step conversion of ethanol to butadiene over ZnY/BEA *** results show that ethanol dehydrogenation prefers to proceed on Zn site with a reaction energy of 0.77 eV in the rate-determining step,and the aldol condensation to produce butadiene prefers to proceed on Y site with a reaction energy of 0.69 eV in the rate-determining *** on the mechanism revealed,six elements were selected to replace Y for screening superior combination of Zn-M/BEA(M=Sn,Nb,Ta,Hf,Zr,Ti;BEA:beta polymorph A)for this *** a result,Zn-Y/BEA(0.69 eV)is proven to be the most preferring catalyst compared with the other six ones,and Zn-Zr/BEA(0.85 eV),Zn-Ti/BEA(0.87 eV),and Zn-Sn/BEA(0.93 eV)can be potential candidates for the conversion of ethanol to *** work not only provides mechanistic insights into one-step catalytic conversion of ethanol to butadiene over Zn-Y/BEA catalyst but also offers more promising catalyst candidates for this reaction.
