Proposed a novel approach to detect changes in the product quality of process systems by using negative selection algorithms inspired by the natural immune system. The most important input variables of the process system was represented by artificial immune cells, from which product quality was inferred, instead of directly using the prod- uct quality which was hard to measure online, e.g. the ash content of coal flotation con- centrate. The experiment was presented and then the result was analyzed.

With the prevalence of the Internet of Things(IoT)systems,smart cities comprise complex networks,including sensors,actuators,appliances,and cyber *** complexity and heterogeneity of smart cities have become vulnerable to sophisticated cyber-attacks,especially privacy-related attacks such as inference and data poisoning *** Learning(FL)has been regarded as a hopeful method to enable distributed learning with privacypreserved intelligence in IoT *** though the significance of developing privacy-preserving FL has drawn as a great research interest,the current research only concentrates on FL with independent identically distributed(i.i.d)data and few studies have addressed the non-i.i.d *** is known to be vulnerable to Generative Adversarial Network(GAN)attacks,where an adversary can presume to act as a contributor participating in the training process to acquire the private data of other *** paper proposes an innovative Privacy Protection-based Federated Deep Learning(PP-FDL)framework,which accomplishes data protection against privacy-related GAN attacks,along with high classification rates from non-i.i.d ***-FDL is designed to enable fog nodes to cooperate to train the FDL model in a way that ensures contributors have no access to the data of each other,where class probabilities are protected utilizing a private identifier generated for each *** PP-FDL framework is evaluated for image classification using simple convolutional networks which are trained using MNIST and CIFAR-10 *** empirical results have revealed that PF-DFL can achieve data protection and the framework outperforms the other three state-of-the-art models with 3%–8%as accuracy improvements.

The surface composition of low alloy steel after N_2^+ implantation was studied with X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy (XPS). The effect of the implantation on the mechanical hardness was evaluated by ultra-micro hardness indentation. Chemical characterisation of the surface indi- cated that a thin layer rich in N, C and Si was formed. It is shown that Fe played little role in the chemical composition and the structure of the modified surface. The mechanical hardness of N_2^+ implanted surface was 35-50 GPa compared with a value of 10 GPa for the untreated sample. It is thought that the high hardness observed on the surface and in the sub-surface was as a result of chemical modification to form a film of Si doped carbon nitride. There is strong evidence from the XPS and the nanoindentation studies that the bonding structure of the C-N in the near surface is essentially sp^3 types expected in crystalline C_3N_4. The value of nitrogen ion implantation as process for improving the wear resistance of low alloy steels is emphasized.

The rapid growth of the education industry and private education groups has brought the high-quality development of listed private education companies into focus for both the educational sector and the capital *** study employs the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to explore pathways to high-quality development for these *** analysis confirms that no single factor guarantees a company’s success,highlighting the importance of multi-factor *** main paths to high-quality development are identified:human resource optimization,precise market positioning,and comprehensive ***,four development paths for non-high-level companies are identified:dual insufficiency in resources and market,high turnover and over-investment,scale expansion with resource mismatch,and inadequate human resource *** findings indicate that optimal allocation of educational resources,precise market positioning,rational resource allocation,and staff training are crucial for achieving high-quality *** tests,which raise the consistency threshold,verify the reliability and stability of the *** findings provide a reference for policymakers,investors,and managers in the education industry.

Many areas are now experiencing data streams that contain privacy-sensitive *** the sharing and release of these data are of great commercial value,if these data are released directly,the private user information in the data will be ***,how to continuously generate publishable histograms(meeting privacy protection requirements)based on sliding data stream windows has become a critical issue,especially when sending data to an untrusted third *** histogram publication methods are unsatisfactory in terms of time and storage costs,because they must cache all elements in the current sliding window(sW).Our work addresses this drawback by designing an efficient online histogram publication(EOHP)method for local differential privacy data ***,in the EOHP method,the data collector first crafts a histogram of the current SW using an approximate counting ***,the data collector reduces the privacy budget by using the optimized budget absorption mechanism and adds appropriate noise to the approximate histogram,making it possible to publish the histogram while retaining satisfactory data *** experimental results on two different real datasets show that the EOHP algorithm significantly reduces the time and storage costs and improves data utility compared to other existing algorithms.

As people become increasingly reliant on the Internet, securely storing and publishing private data has become an important issue. In real life, the release of graph data can lead to privacy breaches, which is a highly challenging problem. Although current research has addressed the issue of identity disclosure, there are still two challenges: First, the privacy protection for large-scale datasets is not yet comprehensive; Second, it is difficult to simultaneously protect the privacy of nodes, edges, and attributes in social networks. To address these issues, this paper proposes a(k, t)-graph anonymity algorithm based on enhanced clustering. The algorithm uses k-means++ clustering for k-anonymity and t-closeness to improve k-anonymity. We evaluated the privacy and efficiency of this method on two datasets and achieved good results. This research is of great significance for addressing the problem of privacy breaches that may arise from the publication of graph data.
