Any potential damage may be severe once an accident occurs involving hazardous *** is therefore important to consider the risk factor concerning hazardous material supply chains,in order to make the best inventory routing *** paper addresses the problem of hazardous material multi-period inventory routing with the assumption of a limited production capacity of a given *** goal is to achieve the manufacturer's production plan,the retailer's supply schedule and the transportation routes within a fixed *** the distribution of hazardous materials over a certain period is essentially a multiple travelling salesmen problem,the authors formulate a loadingdependent risk model for multiple-vehicle transportation and present an integer programming model to maximize the supply chain *** improved genetic algorithm considering two dimensions of chromosomes that cover the aforementioned period and supply quantity is devised to handle the integer programming *** experiments carried out demonstrate that using the proposed multiperiod joint decision-making can significantly increase the overall profit of the supply chain as compared to the use of single period decision repeatedly,while effectively reducing its risk.

The analysis of large time-series datasets has profoundly enhanced our ability to make accurate predictions in many ***,unpredictable phenomena,such as extreme weather events or the novel coronavirus 2019(COVID-19)outbreak,can greatly limit the ability of time-series analyses to establish reliable *** present work addresses this issue by applying uncertainty analysis using a probability distribution function,and applies the proposed scheme within a preliminary study involving the prediction of power consumption for a single hotel in Seoul,South Korea based on an analysis of 53,567 data items collected by the Korea Electric Power Corporation using robotic process *** first apply Facebook Prophet for conducting time-series *** results demonstrate that the COVID19 outbreak seriously compromised the reliability of the time-series ***,machine learning models are developed in the TensorFlow framework for conducting uncertainty analysis based on modeled relationships between electric power consumption and outdoor *** benefits of the proposed uncertainty analysis for predicting the electricity consumption of the hotel building are demonstrated by comparing the results obtained when considering no uncertainty,aleatory uncertainty,epistemic uncertainty,and mixed aleatory and epistemic *** minimum and maximum ranges of predicted electricity consumption are obtained when using mixed ***,the application of uncertainty analysis using a probability distribution function greatly improved the predictive power of the analysis compared to time-series analysis.

The advancements in Mobile Ad-hoc Network(MANET)are suitable to wide applications,which involve military applications,civilian domains,and disaster recovery *** is assumed that the nodes present in the routing protocols of MANETs are cooperative and *** assumption makes MANET more prone to manipulation and interception,which generates several possibilities of different suspicious attacks,such as Denial of Service(DoS)***,security is considered as an important parameter as the network is fond of suspicious *** paper addresses the security issues by proposing an optimization algorithm,named Jaya Cuckoo Search(JCS)algorithm,which is the combination of Jaya algorithm and Cuckoo Search(CS)algorithm for initiating secure route among the MANET nodes so that the path attained is feasible and *** proposed JCS algorithm uses a fitness function,which considers a multiobjective function using parameters,such as distance,link lifetime,delay,energy,trust,along with the reputation factor to select a secured *** JCS algorithm shows maximum performance with energy,throughput,and PDR values as 27.826 J,0.554,and 0.628,respectively.

This paper addresses cooperative global robust output regulation for heterogeneous and uncertain multiagent nonlinear systems in the output-feedback normal form. Specifically, we develop a Lyapunov-based dynamic output-feedback law using a nonlinear internal model approach. We show that an effective control law can be constructed under general(static) directed communication topologies even when the leader is unknown. Hence, the present study offers a more general investigation of the problem in comparison with the developments in the recent literature.

There is an urgent need to use green non-halogenated solvents to prepare polymer solar cells(PSCs) for *** is time-consuming but necessary to find a suitable non-halogenated solvent/additive combination for a given donor:acceptor materials *** this research,we report a non-halogenated binary solvent system toluene/diphenyl ether(DPE) for the PBDTT-DTffBT:PC_(71)BM and PM6:Y6 blending systems that exhibit comparable power conversion efficiency(PCE) to that of devices prepared with halogenated *** nano scale morphology indicates that blending film processed solely with toluene has poor phase segregation and a rough surface,which hinders charge separation and interfacial ***,the total absorption spectra revealed significant light-trapping losses in the toluene-processed solar cells,resulting in low photocurrent *** incorporation addresses these issues and significantly improves the short-circuit current density and fill ***,non-halogen solvent-processed devices exhibit high hole mobility and low transporting impedance *** present study enriches the families of eco-friendly,high-efficiency PSCs fabricated using nonhalogenated solvents.

The present paper addresses the megnetohydrodynamic Jeffrey fluid flow with heat and mass transfer on an infinitely rotating upright cone. Inquiry is carried out with heat source/sink and chemical reaction ***, constant thermal and concentration flux situations are imposed. Optimal homotopy analysis method (OHAM) is employed to achieve series solutions of the concerned differential equations. Important results of the flow phenomena are explored and deliberated by means of graphs and numerical tables. It is perceived that thermal boundary layer thickness possess contrast variations for the heat source and heat sink, respectively. The chemical reaction enhances the heat transfer rate but decline the mass transfer rate. Moreover, the precision of the existing findings is verified by associating them with the previously available work.

The Meso-Rex bypass(MRB)is recognized as an effective treatment for portal hypertension secondary to extrahepatic portal vein occlusion(EHPVO)both in the pediatric and adult population,within or outside the context of liver *** is the preferred surgical treatment in most centers because not only does it addresses the portal hypertension,but also restores physiologic portal hepatopetal ***,the Rex recess,the landmark for this technique,may not be safely accessible in some *** present a 22-year-old male who underwent living donor liver transplant(LDLT)for neonatal *** presented with variceal bleeding due to EHPVO at 13 years after *** endoscopic,radiologic,and surgical interventions were employed to address the recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding,but results have been *** performed a meso-intrahepatic portal vein bypass(MIPVB),an innovative alternative to the MRB,for this patient with extensive post-operative adhesions,perihilar collaterals,and cavernous *** creation in patients where the Rex recess is inaccessible is technically *** with a multidisciplinary team approach,meticulous preoperative planning,and close follow-up,the authors have demonstrated that it is a safe and feasible option for patients with late-onset EHPVO after liver transplantation.
