With the rapid development of science and technology,the emergence of new application scenarios,such as robots,driverless vehicles and smart city,puts forward high requirements for artificial visual *** synaptic devices have attracted much attention due to their advantages in sensing,memory and computing *** this work,via band structure engineering and heterostructure designing,a heterojunction optoelectronic synaptic device based on Cu doped with n-type SrTiO_(3)(Cu:STO)film combined with p-type CuAlO_(2)(CAO)thin film was *** is found surprisingly that the optoelectronic device based on Cu:STO/CAO p-n heterojunction exhibits a rapid response of 2 ms,and that it has a wideband response from visible to near-infrared(NIR)***,a series of important synaptic functions,including excitatory postsynaptic current(EPSC),paired-pulse facilitation(PPF),shortterm potentiation(STP)to long-term potentiation(LTP)transition,learning experience behavior and image sharpening,have been successfully simulated on the *** importantly,the performance of the device remains still stable and reliable after several months which were stored at room temperature and atmospheric *** on these advantages,the optoelectronic synaptic devices demonstrated here provide great potential in the new generation of artificial visual systems.

Lime mud is a kind of solid waste in the papermaking industry,which has been a source of serious environmental *** containing anorthite and gehlenite were prepared from lime mud and fly ash through the solid state reaction method at 1050°*** objective of this study was to explore the efficiency of Ca^2＋ and OH-release and assess the phosphorus and copper ion removal performance of the ceramsites via batch experiments,X-ray diffraction（XRD） and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.The results show that Ca^2＋ and OH-were released from the ceramsites due to the dissolution of anorthite,gehlenite and available *** is also concluded that gehlenite had stronger capacity for Ca^2＋ and OH-release compared with *** Ca^2＋ release could be fit well by the Avrami kinetic *** of porosity,dosage and temperature were associated with increases in the concentrations of Ca^2＋ and *** different conditions,the ceramsites could maintain aqueous solutions in alkaline conditions（p H = 9.3–10.9） and the release of Ca^2＋ was not *** removal rates of phosphorus and copper ions were as high as 96.88% and 96.81%,*** final p H values of both phosphorus and copper ions solutions changed *** reuse of lime mud in the form of ceramsites is an effective strategy.

Methanol oxidation reaction(MOR),the key reaction for clean energy generation in fuel cells,is kinetically sluggish and short-lasting because of insufficient catalytic activity and stability of the common Pt-based *** Pt alloy structures which promise to surmount these issues,are challenging and impractical to fabricate using common high-temperature *** address the urgent need for simple and rapid synthesis methods for such alloys,here we report the versatile plasma-assisted thermal annealing synthesis of a robust electrocatalyst with PtFe alloys supported on N-doped carbon nanotubes(denoted as PtFe@NCNT-P).Benefiting from the reactive plasma-specific effects,the PtFe@NCNT-P electrocatalyst features ultrafine PtFe alloy nanoparticles(mean size~2.88 nm,ordered degree~87.07%)and ultrathin N-doped carbon(NC)shells(0.3–0.7 nm),leading to the excellent catalytic activity and stability toward *** catalyst shows the specific and mass activities of 3.99 mA/cm^(2)and 2,148.5 mA/mg,which are 7.82 and 7.41 times higher than those for commercial Pt/C(0.51 mA/cm^(2),290 mA/mg),and 2.18 and 2.59 times higher compared to the plasma-untreated PtFe@NCNT(1.83 mA/cm2,829.5 mA/mg),*** PtFe@NCNT-P further exhibits extraordinary stability during the long-term chronoamperometry test and 1,000-cycle cyclic voltammetry scanning,much better compared to PtFe@NCNT samples even after the longer thermal *** findings show great potential of the plasma-enabled synthesis of high-performance carbon-supported metallic electrocatalysts for the emerging clean energy technologies.

Waste solid propylene oxide sludge （POS） and fly ash were used as main raw material to prepare propylene oxide sludge aggregate （POSA） under the condition of autoclaved （180 ℃,1.0 MPa） curing. Three different test methods namely cylinder compressive strength （CCS）, individual aggregate compressive strength （IACS） and strength contribution rate （SCR） proposed were used to characterize the mechanical properties of the autoclaved POSA. POS shell-aggregate with SCR of 94% were prepared under the hydrothermal synthesis and autoclaved curing. The experimental results indicate that CCS and IACS have good consistency in characterizing mechanical properties of POSA. It is suggested that SCR not only can characterize the strength of POSA core, but also can reflect the effect of shell on the performance of POSA. By means of least square method, relationships between CCS and IACS, CCS and SCR, IACS and SCR were deduced.

High-temperature Phase Transition and the Activity of Tobermorite

The high-temperature phase transition of tobermofite was investigated by TGA/DSC, X-ray diffraction and Infrared spectroscopy （IR）, respectively. The experimental results showed that Si-OH bonds were cleaved at 724℃ and dehydroxylation occured at the same time, implying that the crystal structure of tobermorite was broken. As a result, the dehydroxylatiun tobermorite was metastable state, exhibiting obviously hydrolysis activity. The suspension was alkaline and Ca^2＋ ions content reached a maximum value 4.76% after heat treatment at 724℃. The dehydroxylation tobermorite had potential reactive activity due to the strong hydrolysis activity. The disordered structure recombined to wollastonite, and the crystal structure became ordering and stable at 861℃. Finally, 2M-wollastonite structure can be found in the sample as the temperature reached up to 1 000℃.

Generally, casing treatment（CT） is a passivity method to enhance the stall margin of fan/compressor. A novel casing treatment based on the small disturbance theory and vortex and wave interaction suggestion is a method combining passive control and active control, which has been proved effective at enhancing the stall margin of fan/compressor in experiment. In order to investigate the mechanism of this kind of casing treatment, an experimental investigation of a stall precursor-suppressed（SPS） casing treatment with air suction or blowing air is conducted in the present paper. The SPS casing treatment is designed to suppressing stall precursors to realize stall margin enhancement in turbomachinery. The experimental results show that the casing treatment with blowing air of small quantity can improve the stall margin by about 8% with about 1% efficiency loss. By contrast, the SPS casing treatment with micro-bias flow does not improve the stall margin much more than that without bias flow, even worse. Meanwhile, the present investigation has also attempted to reveal the mechanism of stall margin improvement with the casing *** is found that the stall margin improvements vary with the modification of the unsteady shedding flow and the unsteady wall boundary impedance. The experimental results agree fairly well with the theoretical prediction using a flow stability model of rotating stall.
