BACKGROUND At present,the existing internal medicine drug treatment can alleviate the high glucose toxicity of patients to a certain extent,to explore the efficacy of laparoscopic jejunoileal side to side anastomosis in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,the report is as *** To investigate the effect of jejunoileal side-to-side anastomosis on metabolic parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).METHODS We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 78 patients with T2DM who were treated via jejunoileal lateral *** indicators were collected preoperatively,as well as at 3 and 6 months *** metabolic indicators analyzed included body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour blood glucose(PBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting C-peptide,2-hour C-peptide(PCP),fasting insulin(Fins),2-hour insulin(Pins),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),βCellular function index(HOMA-β),alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,serum total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(L DL-C),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein,and uric acid(UA)*** SBP,DBP,PBG,HbA1c,LDL-C,and TG were all significantly lower 3 months postoperative vs preoperative values;body weight,BMI,SBP,DBP,FBG,PBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,UA,and HOMA-IR values were all significantly lower 6 months postoperative vs at 3 months;and PCP,Fins,Pins,and HOMA-βwere all significantly higher 6 months postoperative vs at 3 months(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION Side-to-side anastomosis of the jejunum and ileum can effectively treat T2DM and improve the metabolic index levels associated with it.

Demand response has gained significant attention recently with the increasing penetration of renewable energy sources in power systems. Air conditioning loads are typical thermostatically controlled loads which can play an active role in ancillary services by regulating their aggregated power consumption. The aggregation of air conditioners is essential to the control of air conditioning loads. In this paper, linear state equations are proposed to aggregate air conditioning loads by solving coupled Fokker–Planck equations(CFPEs) using the finite difference method. By analyzing the numerical stability and convergence of the difference scheme, the grid spacings, including temperature step and time step, are properly determined according to the maximal principle. Stationary solutions of the CFPEs are obtained by analytical and numerical methods. Furthermore, a classification method using dimension reduction is proposed to deal with the problem of heterogeneous parameters and interval estimation is applied to describe the stochastic behavior of air conditioning loads. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

The growing number of renewable energy replacing conventional generators results in a loss of the reserve for frequency control in power systems,while many industrial power grids often have excess energy supply due to abundant wind and solar energy *** paper proposes a secondary frequency control(SFC)strategy that allows industrial power grids to provide emergency high-voltage direct current(HVDC)power support(EDCPS)for emergency to a system requiring power support through a voltage source converter(VSC)HVDC *** architecture including multiple model predictive control(MPC)controllers with periodic communication is designed to simultaneously obtain optimized EDCPS capacity and minimize adverse effects on the providing power support(PPS)***,a model of a virtual power plant(VPP)containing aluminum smelter loads(ASLs)and a high penetration of wind power is established for the PPS *** flexibility and controllability of the VPP are improved by the demand response of the *** uncertainty associated with wind power is considered by chance *** effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by simulation results using the data of an actual industrial power grid in Inner Mongolia,*** DC voltage of the VSCs and the DC in the potlines of the ASLs are also investigated in the simulation.

Active distribution grids cause bi-directional power flow between transmission system(TS)and distribution system(DS),which not only affects the optimal cost but also the secure operation of the power *** paper proposes a hybrid coordination method to solve the risk-aware distributed optimal power flow(RA-DOPF)problem in coordinated TS and *** operation risk evaluation,the weather-based contingencies are considered in both TS and DS.A hybrid coordination method is developed that entails analytical target cascading(ATC)and Benders decomposition(BD).Moreover,the risk-aware optimal power flow(RAOPF)in TS and risk-based security-constrained optimal power flow in DS have been performed using the BD method considering basic optimal power flow as a master problem,whereas N-1 and N-2 contingencies are considered as *** case studies are performed using the IEEE 30-bus system with generation reserves as a TS and a 13-bus system as a *** results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed method.

With the high penetration of renewable energies in modern power systems,deterministic coordination algorithms are facing two major problems:one is degradation in accuracy if fewer scenarios are utilized for uncertainty evaluation while second is the high computational time if a high number of scenarios are considered for better accuracy・In both cases,the efficiency of the algorithm is degraded・To solve these problems in coupled transmission system and distribution systems(TSDS),probabilistic coordination algorithms are adopted to solve with less *** this paper,a TSDS probabilistic coordination model is proposed to solve the coordinated security-constrained unit commitment problem.A mean and standard deviation matching based probabilistic analytical target cascading algorithm has been utilized for evaluation of TSDS coordination *** of solving each scenario as a separate problem,the proposed algorithm considers a single coordination problem with probabilistic characteristics as shared variables and hence,achieves fast convergence・Different case studies are performed to prove the efficacy of the proposed *** verify that the proposed algorithm reduces computational time and resources for large-scale systems.
