In recent years, the Eurasian Economic Community has developed rapidly, 1 and it has entered a substantive cooperative period. On January 1, 2010, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan decided to launch the Customs Union within the framework of Eurasian Economic Community, and in July the three countries adopted unified customs tariffs. They removed the customs borders between each other beginning from July 2011. Then on January 1, 2012, the three countries launched their Common Economic Space. At the same time, the supranational Eurasian Economic Commission for the promotion of the integration process of the three countries also came into effect. On December 24, 2013, the Supreme Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission meetin~ was held in Moscow.

EFFECT OF THYROID HORMONE DOSAGE ON THYROID FUNCTION TESTS IN T4-REPLACED HYPOTHYROID PATIENTS

To examine the relative importance of serum thyroxine (T4), free thyroxine (fT4) and triiodothyronine (T3) in monitoring adequate T4 dose in patients on T4-replacement therapy, the effect of T4 dose on total T4, fT4 and T3, basal thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and TSH-response to thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH) were investigated in 33 patients taking T4 doses of 50-200μg/day. The T4-treated patients had highly elevated mean T4 (total and free) and lower basal TSH levels compared to the mean values in normal subjects. But serum T3 was not significantly different. The patients on T4 doses greater than 150μg/day frequently had more suppressed TSH response to TRH than those on T4 doses less than 150μg/day. Total T4 and fT4, but not serum T3 levels, cerrelated significantly with T4 dosage. Changes in T4 dosage led to concomitant changes in total T4 and fT4 and inverse changes in TSH-response to *** study also revealed a high incidence (33%) of elevated serum fT4 (hyperthyroxinemia) during therapy. The hyperthyroxinemic group was characterised by elevated serum T4 (total and free), T3 and T4 dose, and suppressed TSH-response to TRH compared to the T4-treated group with normal serum T4 levels. These findings may be indicative of excessive T4 treatment in these patients and suggest serum T4 may be more useful than T3 in monitoring T4 dosage in T4-replacement *** discrepancy between normal serum T4 levels and TSH-response to TRH may reflect heterogeneity in returning normal function of the pituitary-thyroid axis. Clearly, measurement of TSH or TRH test can not be used alone in assessing thyroid status in these patients, particularly when serum T4 is in normal range.

Pyrolysis is one of the thermal cracking methods to convert hydrocarbon to liquid *** quantity and quality of the process are dependent on several condition including temperature,reaction time,catalyst,and the type of ***,a gasoline fraction was maximum product to be considered in the pyrolisis ***,this study aims to increase the gasoline fraction in liquid fuel using stepwise pyrolysis with a long bed catalytic reactor downstream(LBCR).The LBCR downstream was equipped with the top and bottom outlet and the fed source was mixed municipal solid waste(MMSW).The activated natural dolomite at 500℃ was used to allow the repetition of the secondary ***,the reactor temperature was setup at around 200℃-300℃ and the pyrolizer was 400℃.To analyze the gasoline fraction and physical properties of liquid fuel,Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy(GC-MS)and ASTM standard were *** experimental results showed there was a significant increase in the gasoline fraction of liquid fuels compared to using direct catalytic cracking and absence of *** using a LBCR at 250℃,the liquid fuel obtained at top outlet(TO)and bottom outlet(BO)have 84.08 and 56.94 percent peak area of gasoline fraction(C5-C12),*** average value(TO and BO)of the fraction at 250℃ by LBCR was 70.51 percent peak area and it was increased by about 93.6%and 51.14%compared to without catalyst and direct catalytic,***,pyrolytic liquid oils were found to have kinematic viscosity of 2.979 and 0.789 cSt,density of 0.781 and 0.782 g/cm^(3),and flash point<−5℃ for BO-250 and TO-250 liquid fuel,*** results showed BO liquid fuel was comparable to diesel conventional fuel while TO liquid fuel was comparable to ***,the presence of LBCR made a major contribution to generate multi secondary cracking and to produce more gasoline fraction from mixed MMSW feedstock,as well as to increase the physical properties of l

The three main components of the media layer of the aorta are elastic fibers,collagen fibers and smooth muscle cells(SMC).[1]This layer’s elastic properties are major determinants of its biomechanics in health and disease states.[2,3]Age-related changes in such elastic properties are associated with altered hemodynamic parameters,such as systolic hypertension,[4,5]and end-organ damage,[6,7]and are thought to result from changes of its main components.

SCOUR HOLE CHARACTERISTICS BELOW FREE OVERFALL SPILLWAY

When flow passes over a free overfall spillway, forms a jet. This jet of flow with a high velocity may cause scour at the downstream of spillway. The scour hole characteristics is affected by parameters like discharge intensity, drop height, tail water depth, size of bed material and standard deviation of bed material. In this paper, results of experiments on scour below free overfall spillway for uniform and non-uniform bed materials are presented. It was found that scour hole characteristics (i.e. maximum depth of scour, distance of maximum scour point from spillway, width of scour hole, distance of end of scour hole from spillway and height of ridge formed at the downstream of scour hole) is a function of densimetric Froude number and ratio of drop height to tail water depth. Analysis of experimental data with uniform bed material resulted in equations for estimation of scour hole characteristics. Further correction factors were introduced in order to consider the effect of non-uniformity of bed material.

There have been hundreds of millions of cases of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),which is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).With the growing population of recovered patients,it is crucial to understand the long-term consequences of the disease and management *** COVID-19 was initially considered an acute respiratory illness,recent evidence suggests that manifestations including but not limited to those of the cardiovascular,respiratory,neuropsychiatric,gastrointestinal,reproductive,and musculoskeletal systems may persist long after the acute *** persistent manifestations,also referred to as long COVID,could impact all patients with COVID-19 across the full spectrum of illness ***,we comprehensively review the current literature on long COVID,highlighting its epidemiological understanding,the impact of vaccinations,organ-specific sequelae,pathophysiological mechanisms,and multidisciplinary management *** addition,the impact of psychological and psychosomatic factors is also *** these crucial findings on long COVID,the current diagnostic and therapeutic strategies based on previous experience and pilot studies remain inadequate,and well-designed clinical trials should be prioritized to validate existing ***,we propose the primary challenges concerning biological knowledge gaps and efficient remedies as well as discuss the corresponding recommendations.
