Traumatic brain injury is a prevalent disorder of the central nervous *** addition to primary brain parenchymal damage,the enduring biological consequences of traumatic brain injury pose long-term risks for patients with traumatic brain injury;however,the underlying pathogenesis remains unclear,and effective intervention methods are *** dysfunction is a significant consequence of traumatic brain *** the most densely innervated peripheral tissue in the body,the gut possesses multiple pathways for the establishment of a bidirectional“brain-gut axis”with the central nervous *** gut harbors a vast microbial community,and alterations of the gut niche contribute to the progression of traumatic brain injury and its unfavorable prognosis through neuronal,hormonal,and immune pathways.A comprehensive understanding of microbiota-mediated peripheral neuroimmunomodulation mechanisms is needed to enhance treatment strategies for traumatic brain injury and its associated *** comprehensively reviewed alterations in the gut microecological environment following traumatic brain injury,with a specific focus on the complex biological processes of peripheral nerves,immunity,and microbes triggered by traumatic brain injury,encompassing autonomic dysfunction,neuroendocrine disturbances,peripheral immunosuppression,increased intestinal barrier permeability,compromised responses of sensory nerves to microorganisms,and potential effector nuclei in the central nervous system influenced by gut ***,we reviewed the mechanisms underlying secondary biological injury and the dynamic pathological responses that occur following injury to enhance our current understanding of how peripheral pathways impact the outcome of patients with traumatic brain *** review aimed to propose a conceptual model for future risk assessment of central nervous system-related diseases while elucidating novel insights into the bidirectional effec

A New Method of Calculating Trap Depth of Rare Earth Materials

The mainly characteristic of trapping materials is the trap depth. So it is significant to calculate the trap depth for the trapping materials. A new method of calculating trap depth, which is based on energy band and using rate equations to analyze thermoluminescence, was brought forward. This method which uses the rate equations of the process and the thermoluminescence curve can replace traditional methods such as first order or second order kinetics. The trap depth of SrAl2O4：Eu^2＋ , Dy^3＋ and Sr4Al14O25：Eu^2＋ , Dy^3＋ was estimated from the glow curve. Then the numerical solution of the trap depth can be obtained. From the results of experiments and calculations, this method can accurately indicate the whole process.

Fabrication of nano-crystalline W-Ni-Fe pre-alloyed powders by mechanical alloying technique

Nano-crystalline pre-alloyed powders of W-Ni-Fe were fabricated by high energy ball milling mechanical alloying (MA) technique. The change of appearances and the crystallite sizes of powders before and after high energy ball milling were investigated by XRD, TOPAS P software, SEM and EDS. The results show that the nano-crystalline pre-alloyed powders can be fabricated by 5 h high energy ball milling. During the MA process, the diffusion of W, Ni and Fe happens in the process of repeated welding and fracturing. As a result, nano-crystalline supersaturated solid solutions are formed. The crystallite sizes won't be refined after 10 h ball milling. The crystallite sizes of different compositions are almost the same under the same MA condition. Due to the toughening mechanism of rare earth element, the powders of 90W-4Ni-2Fe-3.8Mo-0.2RE alloy are seriously agglomerated after ball milling compared with the other alloys. It can be concluded that the optimal sintering temperature of 90W-4Ni-2Fe-3.8Mo-0.2RE pre-alloyed powders after 15 h mechanical alloying is 1 300-1 350 ℃.

The over-load protective relay is widely used directly affects the safe running of a motor. The reliability for motor protection. The reliability of the over-load protective relay testing and reliability analysis of the over-load protective relay is an important way to improve the reliability of products. In this paper, the reliability test method of the over-load protective relay is studied, and the reliability tests of the typical products are carried out on a reliability tester developed by authors. In terms of the testing results, the reliability analysis is finished. The failure reasons are found and the measures are put forward to improve the reliability of the products.

Reliability Study on the Risk Precontrol Management System of Coal Mines Safety

Risk precontrol management system of coal mines safety( RPMSCS) provides a set of preventive safety management strategy for high-risk coal industries, which has captured extensive attentions. Fundamentally,there are several membership systems with subsystems in the management system, and the subsystem reliability has an important influence on the management system performance. Through analyzing the structure characteristics of the management system,the phase type distribution was employed to analyze its subsystem reliability by considering repair process and three states including working,fail-abnormal,and fail-emergency states. The reliability indices of the subsystem were derived respectively,including the probabilities that the subsystem in three states,mean time to the first failure, mean time to first failemergency,mean working time to first fail-emergency,and mean maintenance time to the first fail-emergency, are derived respectively. The probabilities of the membership systems and the management system in three states were also derived. Some numerical examples were used to show the procedures. The result is important for better understanding the management system operation and improving its operational performance from the respect of system reliability.

Study on the influences of ionization region material arrangement on Hall thruster channel discharge characteristics

There exists strong interaction between the plasma and channel wall in the Hall thruster,which greatly affects the discharge performance of the *** this paper,a two-dimensional physical model is established based on the actual size of an Aton P70 Hall thruster discharge *** particle-in-cell simulation method is applied to study the influences of segmented low emissive graphite electrode biased with anode voltage on the discharge characteristics of the Hall thruster *** influences of segmented electrode placed at the ionization region on electric potential,ion number density,electron temperature,ionization rate,discharge current and specific impulse are *** results show that,when segmented electrode is placed at the ionization region,the axial length of the acceleration region is shortened,the equipotential lines tend to be vertical with wall at the acceleration region,thus radial velocity of ions is reduced along with the wall *** axial position of the maximal electron temperature moves towards the exit with the expansion of ionization ***,the electron-wall collision frequency and ionization rate also increase,the discharge current decreases and the specific impulse of the Hall thruster is slightly enhanced.

Structural and magnetic properties of Sm_2Fe_(17-x)Nb_x (x = 0-4) alloys prepared by HDDR processes and their nitrides

Sm2Fe17-xNbx （x = 0-4） powder was synthesized by HDDR treatment and nitrogenation. The effects of partial Nb substitution for Fe on the structural and magnetic properties of Sm2Fe17-xNbx alloys and their nitlides were investigated. It was seen that Sm2（Fe,Nb）17 phase exists in both annealed and HDDR-treated Sm2Fe17-xNbx alloys. However, its content is decreased with the increase in Nb substitution. In annealed alloys, Sm2（Fe,Nb）17 phase becomes unstable and will dissociate into SmFe2 and Fe-rich phases when x 〉 1.5. With HDDR-treatment, the Nb concentration in recombined Sm2（Fe,Nb）17 phase is decreased, and the content of Fe-rich phases is increased. Sm2Fe17-xNbx powder exhibits dendritic cracks and fine particles with a size of less than 300 nm. In nitrogenated alloys, N atoms mainly enter 2：17-type phase to form Sm2（Fe,Nb）17Ny. Partial Nb atoms in Sm2（Fe,Nb）17Ny phase will be released or excluded by nitrogen atoms. Fe-rich phases increase, and are followed by the amorphous Sm2（Fe,Nb）17Ny phase. Nb substitution for Fe with x = 0.5 and 1.0 in Sm2Fe17-xNbxNy powders increases the coercivity and remanence. But when x is greater than 2.0, Nb substitution will deteriorate the magnetic properties.

Effects of Pilot Fuel Ratio on Combustion Process:Flow Field Structure and Pollutant Emissions

As the only controllable means of a micro gas turbine(MGT)combustor during unit operation,pilot fuel ratio(PFR)is the key to achieving stable combustion and low pollutant *** paper discusses the influence of PFR on the inner flow field structure and pollutant *** steady-state three-dimensional RANS method with a 40-step reduced methane-air kinetics mechanism is used to study the reaction flow field and species field with PFR of 9.0%,12.7%,15.2%and 17.6%.Results show that,with the decrease in PFR,the axial velocity and temperature near the central axis of the combustion chamber show a tendency to decrease.A similar separation phenomenon occurred in the core pyrolysis reaction zone(measured by HCO)and oxidation zone(measured by OH),which is more conducive to promoting the oxidation of *** quantitative effect of the pilot flame on nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))was separated by using inert gas instead of nitrogen in combustion *** was found that the NOx produced by the pilot flame under the operation condition with a PFR of 9.0%was 3.2×10^(−6),accounting for 17.4%of the total NOx emission,which was twice that of PFR.

The coprecipitate Tb 0.5 Eu 0.5 3phen was synthesized. By doping the rare earth complex into polymer PVK, the EL device was fabricated with the structure of ITO/PVK∶RE/PBD/Al. Compared with the device using PVK/Eu(asprin) 3phen blend as the light emitting layer, the emission of Eu 3+ in the PVK/Tb 0.5 Eu 0.5 (asprin) 3 phen blend is greatly enhanced along with the quenching of the emission of PVK.
