The separator with excellent mechanical and thermal properties are highly required for lithium ion batteries(LIBs).Therefore,it is crucial to develop novel nanofbrous membranes with enhanced mechanical strength and thermal *** this work,the fuorinated polyimide(FPI)was synthesized and blended with polyvinylidene fuoride(PVDF)to fabricate composite nanofbrous membranes(CNMs)via electrospinning *** from the introduction of aromatic FPI,the prepared PVDF/FPI nanofbrous membranes were endowed with enhanced mechanical strength and thermal *** the FPI content increased from 0 to 30 wt%,the tensile strength of composite nanofbrous membranes enhanced from 1.57 to 2.30 ***,there are almost no dimensional shrinkage for the CNM-30 containing 30 wt%FPI after heat treatment at 160℃ for 1 ***,the prepared CNMs show improved electrochemical performances in comparison with neat PVDF and commercial Celgard *** electrolyte uptake and ionic conductivity of the CNMs could reach to 522.4% and 1.14 ms·cm^(−1),*** prepared CNMs could provide an innovative and promising approach for the development and design of high-performance separators.

Objective： To fabricate polymeric nanocomposites with excellent photoluminescence, magnetic properties, and stability in aqueous solutions, in order to improve specificity and sensitivity of cellular imaging under a magnetic field. Methods： Fluoridated LnS＋-doped HAP （Ln3＋-HAP） NPs and iron oxides （lOs） can be encapsulated with biocompatible polymers via a modified solvent exaction/evaporation technique to prepare polymeric nanocomposites with fluoridated Ln3＋-HAP/iron oxide. The nanocomposites were characterized for surface morphology, fluorescence spectra, magnetic properties and in vitro cytotoxicity. Magnetic targeted cellular imaging of such nanocomposites was also evaluated with confocal laser scanning microscope using A549 cells with or without magnetic field. Results： The fabricated nanocomposites showed good stability and excellent luminescent properties, as well as low in vitro cytotoxicity, indicating that the nanocomposites are suitable for biological applications. Nanocomposites under magnetic field achieved much higher cellular uptake via an energy-dependent pathway than those without magnetic field. Conclusion： 1tie nanocomposites fabricated in this study will be a promising tool for magnetic targeted cellular imaging with improved specificity and enhanced selection.

The precipitate and the coacervate are two aggregated states in the polyelectrolyte complexes(PECs).The precipitate-to-coacervate transition and glass transition in PECs have been widely reported in the *** many cases,the two phenomena are studied independently,although both of them are apparently affected by water and small ***,utilizing a PEC system consisting of poly(acrylic acid)(PAA)and a cationic bolaamphiphile(DBON),we explore the states of PECs as a function of salt,temperature,and the molecular weight of *** a combination of microscopic observation,time-resolved fluorescence measurements,and differential scanning calorimetry,we identify salt/temperature driven precipitate-to-coacervate transitions of the *** thermally induced morphology transformation from the precipitate to coacervate occurs around the glass transition temperature,indicating a strong correlation between the two *** the molecular weight of the PAA increases,the thermal transition temperature becomes *** finding offers new insights on the mechanistic interactions that dictate the aggregated states of *** on the photothermal effect of DBON,we also develop a UV light-induced strategy to mediate the precipitate-to-coacervate transition,providing a fantastic platform to create functional PEC materials.

Xenopus has proven to be a remarkably versatile model organism in the realm of biological research for numerous years, owing to its straightforward maintenance in laboratory settings and its abundant provision of ample-sized oocytes, eggs, and embryos. The cell cycle of these oocytes, eggs, and early embryos exhibits synchrony, and extracts derived from these cells serve various research purposes. Many fundamental concepts in biochemistry, cell biology, and development have been elucidated through the use of cell-free extracts derived from Xenopus cells. Over the past few decades, a wide array of cell-free extracts has been prepared from oocytes, eggs, and early embryos of different Xenopus species at varying cell cycle stages. Each of these extracts possesses distinct characteristics. This review provides a concise overview of the Xenopus species employed in laboratory research, the diverse types of cell-free extracts available, and their respective properties. Furthermore, this review delves into the extensive investigation of spindle assembly in Xenopus egg extracts, underscoring the versatility and potency of these cell-free systems in the realm of cell biology.

Microstructure changing and moisture removing of lychee during microwave vacuum drying

Micrographs of lychee pericarp and pulp during microwave vacuum drying were tested and analyzed in order to illuminate the microstructure change of lychee and effect of the change on moisture removing in *** results showed that the pericarp consisted of three parts:outer layer with cuticle,inter layer and inner *** layer and inter layer cells are easily destroyed than inner layer because of small and intact inner layer ***,micrographs showed that the moisture content of pulp keep constant with the temperature increasing at first 40 min due to the inner layer cells prevent the moisture removing from *** long tubular structure of pulp cell would become break and lost over time,because the intercellular spaces reduced and the moisture removing was slow down in ***,the microstructure of lychee dried with temperature control was better than that without temperature control.

Modeling and simulation of torpedo acoustic homing trajectory with multiple targets

The characteristics of a torpedo＇s acoustic homing trajectory with multiple targets were studied. The differential equations of torpedo motion were presented based on hydrodynamics. The Fourth order Runge-Kutta method was used to solve these equations. Derived from sonar equations and Snell＇ s law, a simple virtual underwater acoustic environment was established for simulating the torpedo homing process. The Newton iteration method was used to calculate homing range and ray tracing was approximated by pieccwise line, which takes into consideration distortions cause by temperature, pressure, and salinity in a given sea area. The influence of some acoustic warfare equipment disturb the torpedo homing process in certain circumstances, including decoys and jammers, was alsotaken into account in simulations. Relative target identification logic and homing control laws were presented. Equal consideration during research was given to the requirements of rcal-timeactivity as well as accuracy. Finally, a practical torpedo homing trajectory simulation program was developed and applied to certain projects.

Red emitting phosphors play a significant role in accelerating the improvement of illumination quality for white light emitting diodes(WLEDs).In this work,by using solid-state reaction method,an efficient novel Ba_(2)LuNbO_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphor with double-perovskite structure was successfully ***,a series of Ba_(2)LuNbO_(6):Eu^(3+)red phosphors can be efficiently pumped by the near-ultraviolet(UV)light and then present high-brightness at orange emission(598 nm,~5D_(0)→~7 F_(1))and red emission(610 nm,~5D_(0)→~7 F_(2)).The ratio values of 610 to 598 nm in Ba_(2)LuNbO_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphors exceed 1 when the content of Eu^(3+)is larger than 0.4 mol,because the occupation of Eu^(3+)ions is changed from Lu^(3+)ions with symmetric sites to Ba^(2+)ions with asymmetric ***,the optimized concentration of Eu^(3+)at the~5D_(0)→~7 F_(2)transitions is obtained when x=1,indicating that there is non-concentration quenching in Ba_(2)LuNbO_(6):Eu^(3+)***,the CIE chromaticity coordinates of Ba_(2)LuNbO_(6):Eu^(3+)was calculated to be(0.587,0.361),the color purity was calculated to be 72.26%and internal quenching efficiency(IQE)was measured to be 67%.Finally,the thermal stability of Ba_(2)LuNbO_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphors was also *** work demonstrates that the novel double-perovskite red-emitting Ba_(2)LuNbO_(6):Eu^(3+)phosphors are prospective red emitting elements for WLEDs applications.
