In recent years,the occurrence of rice Chilo suppressalis( Walker) in Longyou county of Zhejiang Province has increased year by year and has become aggravated. This poses a great threat to the safety of rice production. In order to curb the recurrence momentum of rice C. suppressalis,according to the dynamic monitoring and field system survey of rice C. suppressalis in Longyou county since 2015,the causes of the annual increase of rice C. suppressalis in recent years were analyzed,and the recurrence area of C. suppressalis was introduced,and finally some prevention and control measures were put forward.

[Objective] The paper was to study the population dynamics and agent control effect against Chionaspis subcorticalis Green. [Method] The population dynamics of C. subcorticalis in Ganzhuang of Yuanjiang county in Yunnan Province were investigated, 750 and 1 500 times liquid of buprofezin and 1 000 times liquid of methidathion were used to control C. subcorticalis. [Result] It was the main spawning period of C. subcorticalis in Ganzhuang from the end of March to the middle of April, 1 000 times liquid of methidathion had the best integrated control effect against C. subcorticalis. [Conclusion] The proper control period against C. subcorticalis in Ganzhuang was from the end of March to the middle of April, and methidathion could be selected to control the pest.

[Objectives]The paper was to search for biopesticides with good control effect on grape gray mold.[Methods]A randomized field trial was carried out to compare the control effects of 100 million CFU/g Trichoderma harzianum WDG,200 million spores/g Trichoderma WP,24% validamycin AS,0.3% matrine AS on grape gray mold.[Results]Of the 4 biopesticides,200 million spores/g Trichoderma WP had the highest control effect on grape gray mold,with the control effect of 73.38% at 7 d post the second application,significantly higher than those of 100 million CFU/g *** WG and 0.3% matrine AS;the control effect was 75.77% at 14 d post the second application,significantly higher than those of other 3 biopesticides.[Conclusions]The 200 million spores/g Trichoderma WP shows a good control effect on grape gray mold with a long-lasting control effect,so it is more is for the control of summer black grape gray mold in Jianshui county.

Application Effect of Pesticide Synergist‘Jijian' on Wheat Stripe Rust

In order to define types and distribution of cyst nematodes in Henan Province,the staple crops were sampled from November 2017 to September *** of cyst nematodes were isolated from soil samples of corn fields in Yuzhou City and Huangchuan county by simple floatation *** identification of cysts isolated from soil samples in Yuzhou and Huangchuan showed that they were similar to Heterodera zeae and Heterodera elachista,*** the primer TW81/AB28 to amplify cyst nematodesr DNA-ITS sequence,NCBI BLAST alignment analysis found that they had 99% sequence homology with ***（GU145613.1,GU145615.1 and KU922122.1） and ***（MN720080.1,JN864884.1,JN202916.1）.The above results indicate that the population of cyst nematode in Yuzhou City,Henan Province is corn cyst *** is the first discovery of *** and *** in Henan *** is of great significance to study the occurrence and distribution of *** and *** in China.

The aim of this study is to clarify the application effect of pesticide decrement synergist ＇ Jijian＇ on wheal stripe lUSt. Sampling investigation, randomized block design and statistic analysis were carried out to find out the field efficacy of adding ＇ Jijian＇ to triadimefon WP and propiconazole EC on controlling wheat stripe rust. The results showed that during the epidemic period of stripe rust, the control effects on the 7^th and the 19^th d reached more than 93% and 100% , respectively, by the application of 15% triadimefon WP of 1 200 g/hm^2 and 25% propiconazole EC of 600 mlhm^2 , respectively for 2 times ; when 15% triadimefon WP of 840 g/hm^2 ＋＇ Jijian＇ of 225 g/hm^2 or 25 % propiconazole EC of 420 mlhm^2 ＋＇ Jijian＇ of 225 g/hm^2 were applied （ adding ＇ Jijian＇ and reducing the dosage of the 2 pesticides by 30% ） , the control effect on the 7^th d was 89.4% and 91.7% , respectively, while the control effect on the 19a＇ d was 99.8 - 100% ; when 15% triadimefon WP of 720 - 600 g/hm^2 ＋＇ Jijian＇ of 225 g/hm^2 or 25% propiconazole EC 360 - 300 mlhm^2 ＋＇ Jijian＇ of 225 g/hm^2 were applied （ adding ＇ Jijian＇ and reducing the dosage of the 2 pesticides by 40% - 50% ） , the control effect on the 7a＇ day reached more than 78.0% , while the control effect on the 19^th day was 97.7% - 99.8%. There was no significant difference on the control effect at the 7^th d between the treatments using the 2 pesticides alone and the treatments adding ＇ Jijian＇ and reducing the dosage of the 2 pesticides by 30%, but all had significant differences from the treatments adding ＇ Jijian＇ and reducing the dosage of the 2 pesticides by40% -50%. There was no significant difference on the control effect of the 19^th d among different treatments. Therefore, if the disease is not serious, the application of ＇ Jijian＇ can reduce the application amounts of pesticides by 40% -50%, that is, 15% triadimefon WP of 720 -600 g/hm^2 ＋＇ Jijian＇ of 225 g/hm^2 or 25 % propiconazole EC of 360- 300

The field experiment results showed that 250 g/l mandipropamid suspension had good control effect on red taro blight,and the 1∶1500 suspension was applied twice continuously during the early period( June 25) and culmination period( July 12) of taro blight; the control effect 23 d after the last application reached 79. 28%,significantly better than that of conventional pesticide,and it was safe,so it had good prospects for the development and application in production.

Resistance of Diamondback Moth Population against Eight Kinds of Insecticides in Luliang county of Yunnan Province

Resistance of diamondback moth （ Plutella xylostella L. ） population against eight kinds of insecticides in Luliang county of Yunnan Province in China was determined in laboratory by leaf dipping method in autumn of 2009 and spring of 2010. The monitoring results showed that diamondback moth population in Lu- liang county of Yunnan Province had produced extremely high resistance against beta-cypermethrin and avermectin; LC50 in autumn of 2009 were 1 035.21 and 1 055.19 mg/L, while those in spring of 2010 were 9.55 and 13.84 mg/L, respectively; the resistance ratios were from 291.61 to 692.00. The diamondback moth population had moderately high resistance to spinosad, indoxacarb and chlorfluazuron; LC50, in autumn of 2009 were 1.59, 2.80 and 23.97 mg/L, while those in spring of 2010 were 13.83,24.57 and 42.73 mg/L, respectively; the resistance ratios were froml3.25 to 129.98. The diamondback moth population was sensitive to diafenthiuron, BT and chlorfenapyr; LC50 in autumn of 2009 were 16.51, 47.40 and 0.85 mg/L, while those in spring of 2010 were 1.34, 3.38 and 1.60 mg/L, respectively; the resistance ratios were from 0. 77 to 8.45. The resistance of diamondback moth population in Luliang county of Yunnan Province against eight kinds of insecticides successively were diafenthiuron 〈 BT preparations 〈 chlorfenapyr 〈 spinosad 〈 indoxacarb 〈 chlorfluazuron 〈 beta-cypermethrin 〈 ave rmectin, and the resistance in spring was higher than that in autumn.

The long-legged chafer Hoplia spectabilis Medvedev was described in 1952. Its occurrence was rarely reported and the document about its morphological details was not found. However, the chafer did frequently break out at Buha River valley in Tianjun county, Qinghai province, China since 2005. In this paper, we present a comprehensive description and illustrations of morphological characteristics of H. spectabilis from local collection, including developmental stages of adult, egg, larva and pupa. Among them, characteristics of the larva and pupa, the male genitalia as well as the difference between male and female are described for the first time. The morphological data will be quite useful for identification and characterization of the chafer, a poorly known species. It will also be an important basis for the chafer control when it breaks out.
