External disturbance is an important cause of underground pressure pipeline damage,which leads to accidents,and it is crucial to study the risk of damage caused by external disturbance and come up with proper prevention and control *** reviewed literature on risk identification of underground pressure pipelines damage due to external disturbance was conducted,and a list of risk factors was *** on the list of risk factors,fault tree analysis was carried out on underground pressure pipelines damage caused by external disturbances,and risk prevention and control measures were proposed through the calculation of minimum cut sets,minimum path sets,and structural importance,in hopes of providing reference for the normal operation of underground pressure pipelines.

Marker-assisted selection(MAS)is often employed in crop breeding programs to accelerate and enhance cultivar development,via selection during the juvenile phase and parental selection prior to ***-generation sequencing and its derivative technologies have been used for genome-wide molecular marker *** bridge the gap between marker development and MAS implementation,this study developed a novel practical strategy with a semi-automated pipeline that incorporates trait-associated single nucleotide polymorphism marker discovery,low-cost genotyping through amplicon sequencing(AmpSeq)and decision *** results document the development of a MAS package derived from genotyping-by-sequencing using three traits(flower sex,disease resistance and acylated anthocyanins)in grapevine *** vast majority of sequence reads(⩾99%)were from the targeted *** 380 individuals and up to 31 amplicons sequenced in each lane of MiSeq data,most amplicons(83 to 87%)had<10%missing data,and read depth had a median of 220–244×.Several strengths of the AmpSeq platform that make this approach of broad interest in diverse crop species include accuracy,flexibility,speed,high-throughput,low-cost and easily automated analysis.

Objective:Safe and effective anticoagulation is essential for hemodialysis patients who are at high risk of *** purpose of this trial is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of two-stage regional citrate anticoagulation(RCA)combined with sequential anticoagulation and standard calcium-containing dialysate in intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)***:Patients at high risk of bleeding who underwent IHD from September 2019 to May 2021 were prospectively enrolled in 13 blood purification centers of nephrology departments,and were randomly divided into RCA group and saline flushing *** the RCA group,0.04 g/mL sodium citrate was infused from the start of the dialysis line during blood draining and at the venous expansion *** sodium citrate was stopped after 3 h of dialysis,which was changed to sequential dialysis without *** hazard ratios for coagulation were according to ***:A total of 159 patients and 208 sessions were enrolled,including RCA group(80 patients,110 sessions)and saline flushing group(79 patients,98 sessions).The incidence of severe coagulation events of extracorporeal circulation in the RCA group was significantly lower than that in the saline flushing group(3.64%vs.20.41%,Ppipeline in the RCA group was significantly longer than that in the saline flushing group((238.34±9.33)min vs.(221.73±34.10)min,P<0.001).The urea clearance index(Kt/V)in the RCA group was similar to that in the saline flushing group with no statistically significant difference(1.12±0.34 vs.1.08±0.34,P=0.41).Conclusions:Compared with saline flushing,the two-stage RCA combined with a sequential anticoagulation strategy significantly reduced extracorporeal circulation clotting events and prolonged the dialysis time without serious adverse events.

多尺度表型采集技术通过多种手段获取植物图像和光谱数据,进而基于各类计算机分析算法(如,计算机视觉和机器学习)进行表型分析,得到与产量、品质和抗逆等相关的性状信息,为作物遗传育种、栽培和农业生产提供高通量、大数据的技术支撑。小麦作为我国重要的粮食作物,其关键产量性状的全生育期量化分析有重要意义。本文详细介绍了部分重要的小麦产量相关性状,并通过使用经济型低空无人机对不同关键生育时期中的一些共同的产量性状进行了规模化采集。然后,基于无人机获取的可见光图像,通过第三方专业软件Pix4D完成了全试验田的拼接和三维点云重建,并通过自主开发的性状分析算法对一些重要产量性状和植被指数等完成了自动化分析。同时,针对18个不同的小麦基因型完成了关键生育时期的株高、植被指数、叶面积指数的提取。通过实例验证了基于经济型低空无人机开展小麦产量性状采集的有效方法和高通量分析技术。本研究对降低田间作物表型研究的门槛,促进我国各研究团队采用标准化表型数据采集,统一作物表型数据规范,以及推广使用开源软件自主开发自动化分析技术平台有重要意义。
