A new method based on the combining of the wavelet theory with the fractal theory and named wavelet fractal peak position method (WFPPM) is introduced to ex-tract the number of the components and the relevant peak positions from overlapping signals in chemistry. The over-lapping signal is first transformed into continuous wavelet transform value of time domain in certain dilation range via continuous wavelet transform (CWT), and then changed into capacity dimensions (Dc). The number of the components and the relevant positions of overlapping peaks can be iden-tified easily according to the change of Dc. An investigation concerning the influence of different dilation ranges on the peak positions extracted by WFPPM is also provided. Stud-ies show that the WFPPM is an efficient tool for extracting the peak positions and identifying the number of peaks from unresolved signals, even when this kind of overlapping is significantly serious. Relative errors of less than 1.0% in peak positions are found when WFPPM is used in the pro- cessing of the cadmium(Ⅱ)-indium(Ⅲ) mixture system. The analytical results demonstrate that the desired peak positions can be extracted conveniently, accurately and rapidly from an unresolved signal via WFPPM. Tremendous developing and applications based on currently reported WFPPM in extracting overlapping signals would be expected in the near future.

Neuroprotective effect of epigallocatechin-3-gallate on hemisection-induced spinal cord injury in rats

Epigallocatechin-3-gallate （EGCG）, a naturally occurring compound in green tea, has been widely used as an antioxidant agent. In the present study, model rats with acute spinal cord injury were intraperitoneally injected with 25, 50, and 100 mg/kg EGCG, and spinal cord ultrastructure, oxidative stress reaction, inflammatory factors, and apoptosis-associated gene expression were observed. Results showed that EGCG attenuated neuronal and axonal injury 24 hours post injury. It also decreased serum intedeukin-113, tumor necrosis factor-a, and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 release, and decreased apoptosis-associated gene expression. Furthermore, it increased the level of the superoxide anion （O2-）, superoxide dismutase, and B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2, and reduced malondialdehyde levels. Furthermore, it reduced the expression of the pro-apoptotic protein Bax. Noticeably, EGCG at the 100 mg/kg dosage exhibited similar effects as methylprednisolone sodium succinate, which has been frequently used for clinical acute spinal cord injury. The results demonstrated that EGCG can significantly inhibit inflammation, suppress oxidation, and reduce apoptosis in acute spinal cord injury.

Pneumoconiosis is a disease characterized by pulmonary tissue deposition caused by dust exposure in the *** China,due to the large number and wide distribution of pneumoconiosis patients,there is a high demand for the case data of lung biopsy during the diagnosis of *** text studied the application of medical image detection technology in pneumoconiosis diagnosis based on deep learning(DL).A medical image detection and convolution neural network(CNN)based on DL was analyzed,and the application of DL medical image technology in pneumoconiosis diagnosis was *** experimental results in this paper showed that in the last round of testing,the accuracy of ResNet model including deconvolution structure reached 95.2%.The area under curve(AUC)value of the working characteristics of the subject is *** sensitivity was 99.66%,and the specificity was 88.61%.The non staging diagnosis of pneumoconiosis improved the diagnostic sensitivity while ensuring high *** the same time,Delong test method was used to conduct AUC analysis on the three models,and the results showed that model C was more effective than model A and model *** is no significant difference between model A and model B,and there is no significant difference in diagnostic *** a word,the diagnosis of the model has high sensitivity and low probability of missed diagnosis,which can greatly reduce the working pressure of diagnostic doctors and effectively improve the efficiency of diagnosis.

A split-gate SiC trench gate MOSFET with stepped thick oxide, source-connected split-gate(SG), and p-type pillar(ppillar) surrounded thick oxide shielding region(GSDP-TMOS) is investigated by Silvaco TCAD simulations. The sourceconnected SG region and p-pillar shielding region are introduced to form an effective two-level shielding, which reduces the specific gate–drain charge(Q_(gd,sp)) and the saturation current, thus reducing the switching loss and increasing the short-circuit capability. The thick oxide that surrounds a p-pillar shielding region efficiently protects gate oxide from being damaged by peaked electric field, thereby increasing the breakdown voltage(BV). Additionally, because of the high concentration in the n-type drift region, the electrons diffuse rapidly and the specific on-resistance(Ron,sp) becomes *** the end, comparing with the bottom p~+ shielded trench MOSFET(GP-TMOS), the Baliga figure of merit(BFOM,BV~2/R_(on,sp)) is increased by 169.6%, and the high-frequency figure of merit(HF-FOM, R_(on,sp) × Q_(gd,sp)) is improved by310%, respectively.

In order to prepare high toughness(Ti,Zr,Nb,Ta,Mo)C ceramics at low temperatures while maintaining high hardness,a liquid-phase sintering process combined with Co-based liquid-phase extrusion strategy was adopted in this *** densification temperature can be lowered to 1350℃,which is much lower than the solid-state sintering temperature(~2000℃)generally employed for high-entropy carbide *** sintered at 1550℃and 30 MPa applied pressure,part of the Co-based liquid-phase was squeezed out of the graphite mold,such that only~3.21 vol%of Co remained in the high-entropy *** to the Co-free solid-state sintered(Ti,Zr,Nb,Ta,Mo)C ceramics,prepared at 2000℃and 35 MPa,the hardness was slightly decreased from 25.06±0.32 to 24.11±0.75 GPa,but the toughness was increased from 2.25±0.22 to 4.07±0.13 MPa·m^(1/2).This work provides a new strategy for low-temperature densification of high-entropy carbides with both high hardness and high toughness.

In this paper,the effect of stereom structure on the mechanical behavior of the Sea Urchin Inorganic Skeleton(SUIS)has been *** stereom microstructure of both Anthocidaris crassispina and Tripnenstes gratilla was characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM).Results indicate that a three-layer porous structure consisting of a growth,a support,and a resorption(GSR)layer is a common denominator for both *** effect of GSR layer order on the mechanical behavior of the SUIS was studied by a finite element *** results show that the GSR model could effectively reduce the maximum tensile stress on its meridional sutures under unidirectional pressure,hydrostatic pressure,and self-weight *** a fabricated three-layered ceramic test strips with different layer orders,the mechanical properties have a completely opposite performance compared with the compressive properties of the calculated SUIS-Iike *** indicates that the GSR structure can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the SUIS,but it cannot be applied to bionics without considering its synergistic effect with the macro-structure of the *** is a typical example of bionic invalidation by single structure,where multi-level structure bionics may be an effective solution.
