This paper aims at multi_scale representation of urban GIS,presenting a model to dynamically generalize the building on the basis of delaunay triangulation *** the constraints of position accuracy,statistical area balance and orthogonal characteristics in building cluster generalization,this paper gives a progressive algorithm of building cluster aggregation,including conflict detection (where),object (who) displacement,and geometrical combination operation (how).The algorithm has been realized in an interactive generalization system and some experiment illustrations are provided.

On the study of the basic characteristics of geological objects and the special requirement for computing 3d geological model, this paper gives an object-oriented 3d topologic data model. In this model, the geological objects are divided into four object classes: point, line, area and volume. The volume class is further divided into four subclasses: the composite volume, the complex volume, the simple volume and the component. Twelve kinds of topological relations and the related data structures are designed for the geological objects.

due to the wide application of rare earth elements,lanthanum(La) is gradually accumulated in our living *** can enter the body through a variety of routes,which has a series of effects on various *** a consequence,the safety of lanthanum deserves our *** study aims to compare the toxicity of lanthanum oxide nanoparticles(La_(2)O_(3) NPs) and lanthanum chloride(LaCl_(3)) and enrich the toxicity evaluation of ***,a 30 d intragastal experiment was conducted.C57BL/6j mice were given by La_(2)O_(3) NPs solution and LaCl_(3) solution respectively at doses of 0,30,60 and120 mg/kg BW(lanthanum content).The results show that,compared with the control group,both La_(2)O_(3)NPs and LaCl_(3) can reduce the body weight of female mice in the high-dose group,but for male mice,the high-dose La_(2)O_(3) NPs solution can increase the body weight,while LaCl_(3) has the opposite *** coefficients of liver,kidney,heart,lung,uterine and ovaries increase first and then decrease with the exposure dose,but testes and epididymides coefficient keep increasing with the exposure of LaCl_(3) and La_(2)O_(3) ***_(2)O_(3) NPs and LaCl_(3) can reduce the concentration of triglycerides(TG) and increase the level of low density lipoprotein(LdL),but the effect of La_(2)O_(3) NPs is more ***_(2)O_(3) NPs and LaCl_(3) can reduce the concentration of malondialdehyde(MdA),increase the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and enhance the activity of catalase(CAT),but LaCl_(3) has more obvious protective effects on oxidative ***_(2)O_(3) NPs and LaCl_(3) have potential risks to liver,and the toxicity of La_(2)O_(3) NPs might be higher than that of LaCl_(3).

A shock absorbing cushion has never been introduced into any traditional weir surface repair layer design. However, shocks induced by high discharge with heavy sediment can easily produce brittle fracture and peeling over a weir surthce repair layer as it is impacted by floods accompanied by particles of different sizes. In this study, transcending traditional designs, the authors developed a composite unit designed with a shock absorbing cushion that has performed well during field tests, proving that the weir body can be effectively protected even if the composite units are directly laid on a severely uneven weir surface repair layer.

To address the issues of unstable received signal strength indicator(RSSI)and low indoor positioning accuracy caused by walls and obstacles,the propagation conditions of the wireless communication system are categorized into two distinct environments:line-of-sight(LOS)and non-line-of-sight(NLOS).In the LOS environment,the traditional logarithmic path loss model is *** the NLOS environment,the impact of walls on signal transmission is considered,leading to the development of a multi-wall path loss model based on the T-RL method,with improvements made to the key parameter,the Fresnel coefficient *** breakpoint value d=2.3 m in the partitioned model is determined,and the positional coordinates of the unknown nodes are calculated using the trilateration *** results indicate that the T-RL based multi-wall model improves localization accuracy by 47%in NLOS environments compared to the traditional logarithmic path loss *** average localization error using the T-RL partitioned path loss model is 0.7021 m,representing a 55.9%improvement over the logarithmic path loss model and a 16.8%enhancement over the T-RL attenuation multi-wall model,thereby providing better environmental adaptability.

The goal of this investigation was to analyze the impact of some production variables (input) on agricultural pro- ductivity growth (output) in China from 1989～2002. We selected through random sampling Zhejiang Province for our disaggre- gate analysis with the use of Cobb-douglas function. The estimation results showed that all key parameters are significant and are of the expected sign. Labor and that capital and land have positive impact on agricultural productivity growth.

Two adsorption refrigeration working pairs of zeolite with water and ethanol were studied and the parameters of dubinin-Astakhov model were regressed using the experimental data of equilibrium. The coefficient of heterogeneity varied from 1.305 to 1.52 for the zeolite-water pair and from 1.73 to 2.128 for zeolite-ethanol pair. The maximum adsorption capacity varied from 0.315 to 0.34 for zeolite-water and 0.23 to 0.28 for zeolite-ethanol, respectively. The results showed that the zeolite-water pair is suitable for solar energy cooling not only because of the high latent heat of vaporization of water but also because of the better equilibrium performance. On the other hand, zeolite-ethanol gives a high adsorption capacity at high regeneration tem-perature, which means it can be used in heat engine systems like buses and cars.

due to concerns about carbon leakage and sectoral competitiveness,the European Union(EU)proposed implementing the carbon border adjustment mechanism(CBAM).The effectiveness and potential negative consequences of CBAM have aroused extensive *** the perspective of the economy-wide analysis,this study uses a global computable general equilibrium model to explore the rationality of CBAM from the aspects of socioeconomic impact and the effects of promoting climate ***,the potential alternative mechanism of CBAM is *** results show that CBAM can reduce the EU's gross domestic product(GdP)loss;however,the GdP loss in all other regions ***,CBAM raises household welfare losses in most regions,including the ***,although CBAM can reduce the marginal abatement cost in eight regions,it comes at the cost of greater economic ***,the economic and household welfare cost of raising emissions reduction targets in regions like the USA and Japan is substantially higher than the impact of passively accepting the CBAM;therefore,CBAM's ability to drive ambitious emission reduction initiatives may be ***,for the potential alternative mechanism,from the perspective of reducing economic cost and household welfare losses,the EU could implement domestic tax cuts in the short-term and promote global unified carbon pricing in the long-term.

Frontiers of Law in China-Selected Publications from Chinese Universities 2013年第4期8卷 689-767页

It is a long debate over whether rule of law is reliable in China, when some Chinese regulations are considered to be decided for political interests rather than the law itself. Furthermore, Chinese court decisions are often criticized for not according with statutes, even though the latter are properly written. The author examines these issues by comparing the legislation reasoning and enforcement of competition law in China, the European Union and the United States, which will not lead to endorsement of or objection to the view that rule of law is properly enforced in China, but it shall be an inevitable responsibility for the Chinese judiciary to demonstrate efforts it has taken.
