Different types of Y zeolites（HY, USY and Na Y） containing various amounts of cerium（Ce） were prepared with the method of liquid ion exchange and characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, intelligent gravimetric analyzer（IGA）, and a molecular simulation technology（grand canonical Monte Carlo simulation, GCMC）. A novel calculation method of desorption index（DI） was proposed and the influence of cerium cationic species on the processes of adsorption-desorption of hydrocarbon molecules（n-octane） on the cerium modified Y zeolites（Ce Y） was studied. The results indicated that Ce ion species played a key role in reducing desorption activation energy of n-octane on Y type zeolites, leading to an improvement of the desorption ability of the Ce Y and the regulation of the adsorption state of n-octane from aggregation to decentralization. These findings are essential factors for enhancing the product selectivity of light hydrocarbon component and the catalytic activity of rare earth modified Y zeolites（REY） catalysts in fluid catalytic cracking（FCC） process.

In this work,using fractured shale cores,isothermal adsorption experiments and core flooding tests were conducted to investigate the performance of injecting different gases to enhance shale gas recovery and CO_(2)geological storage efficiency under real reservoir *** adsorption process of shale to different gases was in agreement with the extended-Langmuir model,and the adsorption capacity of CO_(2)was the largest,followed by CH_(4),and that of N_(2)was the smallest of the three pure *** addition,when the CO_(2)concentration in the mixed gas exceeded 50%,the adsorption capacity of the mixed gas was greater than that of CH4,and had a strong competitive adsorption *** the core flooding tests,pure gas injection showed that the breakthrough time of CO_(2)was longer than that of N_(2),and the CH_(4)recovery factor at the breakthrough time(Rch,)was also higher than that of N_(2).The RcH of CO_(2)gas injection was approximately 44.09%,while the RcH,of N_(2)was only 31.63%.For CO_(2)/N_(2)mixed gas injection,with the increase of CO_(2)concentration,the RcH,increased,and the RcH,for mixed gas CO_(2)/N_(2)=8:2 was close to that of pure CO_(2),about 40.24%.Moreover,the breakthrough time of N_(2)in mixed gas was not much different from that when pure N_(2)was injected,while the breakthrough time of CO_(2)was prolonged,which indicated that with the increase of N_(2)concentration in the mixed gas,the breakthrough time of CO_(2)could be ***,an abnormal surge of N_(2)concentration in the produced gas was observed after N_(2)*** regards to CO_(2)storage efficiency(S_(Storage-CO_(2)),as the CO_(2)concentration increased,S storage-co_(2)also *** S storage-co_(2),of the pure CO_(2)gas injection was about 35.96%,while for mixed gas CO_(2)/N_(2)=8:2,S sorage-co,was about 32.28%.

In order to explore the potential of profit margin improvement,a novel three-scale integrated optimization model of furnace simulation,cyclic scheduling,and supply chain of ethylene plants is proposed and evaluated.A decoupling strategy is proposed for the solution of the three-scale model,which uses our previously proposed reactor scale model for operation optimization and then transfers the obtained results as a parameter table in the joint MILP optimization of plant-supply chain scale for cyclic *** optimization framework simplifies the fundamental mixed-integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)into several sub-models,and improves the interpretability and *** the evaluation of an industrial case,a profit increase at a percentage of 3.25%is attained in optimization compared to the practical *** sensitivity analysis is carried out for strategy evolving study when price policy,supply chain,and production requirement parameters are *** results could provide useful suggestions for petrochemical enterprises on thermal cracking production.

A genetic algorithm based multi-objective coordinative optimization strategy is developed to optimize the operation of a binary feed atmospheric and vacuum distillation system, in which the objective functions cover the economic benefit, the furnace energy consumption and the CO_2 emissions, and meanwhile the simultaneous effect of binary feed composition is also investigated. A cross-call integration of software is developed to implement the optimization algorithm,and once the maximum economic benefit, the minimum furnace energy consumption and the minimum CO_2 emissions are obtained, the Pareto-optimal solution set is worked out, with the practical problems of the refinery being solved. The optimization result shows that under the same furnace energy consumption and the CO_2 emissions as the existing working condition, the economic benefit still allows for a considerable potential of increment by adjusting the heavy oil proportion of the binary feed crude oil.

Ultra-deep adsorptive removal of thiophenic sulfur compounds from FCC gasoline over the specific active sites of CeHY zeolite

Adsorption desulfurization performance of Na Y,HY and Ce HY zeolites is evaluated in a miniature fixedbed flow by model gasoline containing with thiophene,tetrahydrothiophene,2-methylthiophene,benzothiophene or mixed sulfur *** structural properties of adsorbents are characterized by XRD,N2-adsorption and XPS *** desulfurization mechanisms of these sulfur compounds over the specific active sites of adsorbents as a major focus of this work,have been systematically investigated by using in situ FT-IR spectroscopy with single and double probing *** experimental results show that the Ce HY adsorbent exhibits superior adsorption sulfur capacity at breakthrough point of zero sulfur for ultra-deep removal of each thiophenic sulfur compound,especially in the capture of aromatic 2-methylthiophene(about ca.28.6 mgS/gadsorbent).The results of in situ FT-IR with single probing molecule demonstrate an important finding that high oligomerization ability of thiophene or 2-methylthiophene on the CeHY can promote the breakthrough adsorption sulfur capacity,mainly resulting from the synergy between Br?nsted acid sites and Ce(III)hydroxylated species active sites located in the supercages of Ce ***,the result of in situ FT-IR with double probing molecules further reveals the essence of oligomerization reactions of thiophene and 2-methylthiophene molecules on those specific active *** contrast,the oligomerization reaction of benzothiophene molecules on the active sites of Ce HY cannot occur due to the restriction of cavity size of supercages,but they can be adsorbed on the Br?nsted acid sites via protonation,and on Ce(III)hydroxylated species and extra-framework aluminum hydroxyls species via direct"S-M"bonding *** to the tetrahydrothiophene,adsorption mechanism is similar to that of benzothiophene,except in the absence of *** paper can provide a new design idea of specific adsorption active sites in

The ZHC-01 hydrocracking catalyst, characterized by high hydrogenation activity, good selectivity for middle distillates, strong resistance to nitrogen poisoning, was prepared by co-gelling. The catalyst is not only suited to the single-stage hydrocracking process, but also to the first stage of serial hydrocracking process. In parallel with the fully loaded operation of the 1.4 Mt/a hydrocracking unit at the SINOPEC Qilu petrochemical company, a pilot test of the ZHC-01 catalyst was also carried out on the hydrocracking unit. The test results indicated that the activity, the yield of major target products and quality of the ZHC-01 catalyst could comply with the design requirements for the hydrocracking unit, and this catalyst could be applied in the hydrocracking unit. The commercial test results showed that the ZHC-01 catalyst, featuring good activity, stability, and flexibility in production, not only could meet the demand for producing environmentally friendly middle distillates, but could also increase the resource of optimized steam cracking feedstock.

A method combining information entropy and radial basis function network is proposed for fault automatic diagnosis of reciprocating *** at the current situation that the accuracy rate of reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis which depends on manual work in engineering is very low,we apply information entropy evaluation to select the sensitive features and make clear the corresponding relationship of characteristic parameters and *** method could reduce the feature ***,a complete fault diagnosis architecture has been built combining with radial basis function network which has the fast and efficient *** to the test results using experimental and engineering data,it is observed that the proposed fault diagnosis method improves the accuracy of fault automatic diagnosis effectively and it could improve the practicability of the monitoring system.

Wastewater from super viscous oil processing cannot be effectively treated by conventional wastewater treatment plants in refineries because of its high concentration of various organic pollutants. In order to resolve this problem, a number of investigations were conducted in our work to understand the physicochemical properties, sedimentation, demulsification and pretreatment of such super viscous oil refinery wastewater. The results showed that the key issues for pretreatment of this wastewater were：（1） Optimized process parameters were used in the sedimentation and demulsification processes for oil removal to effectively recover oil and remove scum from wastewater; （2） A suitable flocculation process was selected to minimize oil, suspended solids （SS） and chemical oxygen demand （CODcr）. A pretreatment process including three continuous steps： oil removal by sedimentation, oil removal by demulsification, and flotation separation, was proposed and applied in Liaohe petrochemical company, petrochina and the oil content in effluents was less than 200 mg/L and CODcr less than 2,500 mg/L, which completely met the requirement for influent of the conventional wastewater treatment plant, and the recovered super viscous oil reached 5,873 tons in the initial year in Liaohe petrochemical company, petrochina.

Three kinds of Keggin-type titanium-based polyoxometalate-ionic liquid catalysts were prepared,and the chemical structure,crystal structure and thermal stability of the three catalysts were analyzed and tested by infrared spectrometer,ultraviolet-visible spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer,and thermogravimetric analyzer,***,their performance in catalyzing the coupling reaction of ethylene carbonate(EC)and dimethyl succinate(DMSu)to synthesize polyethylene succinate(PES)was studied,and the effects of different metals on the catalytic performance and the mechanism of action were *** optimal process parameters for the coupling reaction were ***,the chemical structure of PES was characterized by infrared *** results show that under the same process parameters,the polyoxometalate-ionic liquid catalyst Bmim_(5)[Ti(H_(2)O)TiMo_(11)O_(39)]had the best catalytic *** the optimal process parameters,Bmim_(5)[Ti(H_(2)O)TiMo_(11)O_(39)]had obvious inhibitory effect on side reactions,and the yield and selectivity of PES prepolymer were up to 72.23%and 88.64%.
