In this study, we used a mixture of organic liquid propane-1,3-diol and ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([emim]Cl) as the entrainer to separate tert-butyl alco.ol(TBA) + water. We measured the isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium(VLE) for the quaternary system TBA + water + propane-1,3-diol + [emim]Cl at 101.3 kPa, and found the VLE data to be well co.related with the nonrandom two-liquid model. These results show that the mixed solvent of propane-1,3-diol + [emim]Cl can increase the relative volatility of TBA to water and break the azeotropic point. We found no notable synergetic effect between them, and observed that the liquid mixed solvent of propane-1,3-diol and [emim]Cl had lower visco.ity than [emim]Cl, which makes it a promising entrainer for separating the TBA + water azeotrope in industrial applications.

A new microcrystal musco.ite co.posite superabsorbent was synthesized by UV photopolymerization using 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone（1 173） as photoinitiator,N,N-methylene bisacrylamide（MBA） as crosslinker,acrylic acid（AA）,acrylamide（AM） and sodium 4-styrenesulfonate（SSS） as *** affecting water and salt absorption of the microcrystal musco.ite co.posite superabsorbent,such as crosslinker amount,microcrystal musco.ite co.centration,photoinitiator co.tent,and SSS co.centration,were systematically *** retention capacity of the co.posite superabsorbent was also *** results show that microcrystal musco.ite co.posite superabsorbent has water absorbency of 550 g/g,salt absorbency of 62 g/g,and water retention of 60% after heating at 70 ℃ for 40 *** microcrystal musco.ite is physically co.bined into the polymeric network without destroying its polycrystalline structure and the surface of the microcrystal musco.ite co.posite superabsorbent has some deep and small holes.

A method co.bining information entropy and radial basis function network is proposed for fault automatic diagnosis of reciprocating *** at the current situation that the accuracy rate of reciprocating co.pressor fault diagnosis which depends on manual work in engineering is very low,we apply information entropy evaluation to select the sensitive features and make clear the co.responding relationship of characteristic parameters and *** method co.ld reduce the feature ***,a co.plete fault diagnosis architecture has been built co.bining with radial basis function network which has the fast and efficient *** to the test results using experimental and engineering data,it is observed that the proposed fault diagnosis method improves the accuracy of fault automatic diagnosis effectively and it co.ld improve the practicability of the monitoring system.

The dispersion and filler network of fibrillar silicate（FS） in elastomers were studied. The results showed that a good dispersion of FS in matrix during mechanical blending in unvulcanized co.posites co.tributed to a strong FS filler network, different from that of traditional reinforcing fillers. Meanwhile, the filler re-aggregation during vulcanization caused by the overlapping and intertwining of FS further strengthened the filler network. The factors including Mooney visco.ity and molecular polarity of elastomer, type and amount of silane co.pling agents used for filler modification, that may influence the filler network, were studied. Our study helps us to understand the mechanism for the formation of filler network of FS in elastomers and provides guidance for the preparation of high performance FS/elastomer co.posites.

Preparation and Characterization of Mesophase Pitch via co.Carbonization of Waste Polyethylene/Petroleum Pitch

The low-co.t petroleum pitch and waste polyethylene （WPE） were used as raw materials to prepare the mesophase pitch by co.carbonization method and the forming mechanization of mesophase pitch was also investigated. Polarized microsco.y, softening point, Fourier transform infrared spectrosco.y （FTIR） and thermogravimetric analysis （TGA） were used to characterize and analyze the properties and struc- ture of the mesophase pitch. The results showed that the carbonization yield of the modified pitch was high when 1-2 wt% WPE was added and the property of mesophase pitch （MP1-450-4 and MP2-450-4） prepared by thermal polymerization was excellent. Moreover, when the treatment temperature was above 420 ~C, the mesophase development of the modified pitch may be entire and 100% streamline texture mesophase can form. During the co.carbonization of WPEJpetroleum pitch, a large number of naphthenic structures and methylene bridges may be generated, which can improve the properties of the obtained mesophase pitch.

The diffusion co.fficient of volatiles in polymer solutions is a crucial parameter to describe the mass transfer efficiency and ability of *** this research,polyolefin elastomer(POE)was used as a polymer,and cyclohexane was used as a volatile.A gravimetric analysis was applied to measure the diffusion co.fficient of cyclohexane in *** devolatilization rate of the POE-cyclohexane system under different co.ditions was *** effects of temperature,film sample thickness,and initial co.centration of volatiles on the devolatilization rate were *** on the devolatilization rate data,the average diffusion co.fficient of cyclohexane in POE was obtained by fitting with a mathematical *** experimental results indicate that the devolatilization rate increased with increasing temperature and initial co.centration of volatiles,but it decreased with increasing sample *** the thickness increased,the overall diffusion resistance *** the temperature increased,the molecular movement increased,resulting in the increase of average diffusion *** relationship between the diffusion co.fficient of the POE-cyclohexane system and temperature follows the Arrhenius *** diffusion activation energy E=6201.73 J/mol,and the pre-exponential factor of the diffusion co.fficient D0=2.64×10^(-10) m^(2)/*** work can provide basic data for exploring the devolatilization of POE polymers and serves as a useful reference for enhancing the effect of devolatilization.

As an important pilot target for shale gas exploration and development in China,the Longmaxi Formation shale in the Dianqianbei Area is characterized by high co.tent of nitrogen,which severely increases exploration ***,this study explores the genesis of shale gas reservoir and the mechanism of nitrogen enrichment through investigating shale gas co.positions,isotope features,and geochemical characteristics of associated *** high-nitrogen shale gas reservoir in the Longmaxi Formation is demonstrated to be a typical dry gas ***,the alkane carbon isotope reversal is ascribed to the seco.dary cracking of crude oil and the Rayleigh fractionation induced by the basalt mantle *** a thermogenic oil-type gas reservoir is co.posed of both oil-cracking gas and kerogen-cracking *** normally high nitrogen co.tent(18.05%-40.92%) is attributed to organic matter cracking and thermal ammoniation in the high-maturity ***,the high heat flow effect of the Emeishan mantle plume exacerbates the thermal cracking of organic matter in the Longmaxi Formation shale,acco.panied by nitrogen *** co.parison,the abnormally high nitrogen co.tent(86.79%-98.54%) is ascribed to the co.munication between the atmosphere and deep underground fluids by deep faults,which results in hydrocarbon loss and nitrogen intrusion,acting as the key factor for deco.struction of the primary shale gas *** of this study not only enrich research on genetic mechanism of high-maturity N_@ shale gas reservoirs,but also provide theoretical guidance for subsequent gas reservoir resource evaluation and well-drilling deployment in this area.

In this paper,we report the fabrication of co.alt-doped de-NO_(x)catalyst by pyrolyzing an analogous metal-organic framework-74(MOF-74)co.taining Fe&*** resulted catalyst exhibits distinctive microstructures of manganese,co.alt,and iron immobilized on N-doped carbon nanotubes(CNTs).It is found through experiments that the trimetallic catalyst Fe_(2)Mn_(1)co.(0.5)/CNTs-50 has the best NH_(3)-selective catalytic reduction(SCR)*** Fe_(2)Mn_(1)co.(0.5)/CNTs-50 exhibited excellent water and sulfur resistance and good stability under the harsh gas environment of 250℃ and/or 170℃,NO=NH_(3)=1,000 ppm,8 vol.%O_(2),20 vol.%H2O,1,000 ppm SO_(2),and gas hourly space velocity(GHSV)=75,000 h^(-1).The de-NO_(x)co.version was maintained about 55%and 25%after 192 *** water and sulfur resistance performance were much higher than co.mercial vanadium series *** highly water and sulfur resistance performance may be attributed to the unique co.e-shell microstructure and the synergistic effect of manganese,co.alt,and iron which helps reduce the formation for byproducts(NH_(4)HSO_(4)).This study may promote to explore the development of a high stability catalyst for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x)with NH_(3).
