Although the Software-Defined Network(SDN)is a well-controlled and efficient network but the complexity of open flow switches in SDN causes multiple *** solutions have been proposed so far for the prevention of errors and mistakes in it but yet,there is still no smooth transmission of pockets from source to destination specifically when irregular movements follow the destination host in SDN,the errors include packet loss,data compromise *** accuracy of packets received at their desired destination is possible if networks for pockets and hosts are monitored instead of analysis of network snapshot statistically for the state,as these approaches with open flow switches,discover bugs after their *** article proposes a design to achieve the said objective by defining the Intelligent Transmission Control Layer(ITCL)*** monitors all the connections of end hosts at their specific locations and performs necessary settlements when the connection state changes for one or multiple *** layer informs the controller regarding any state change at one period and controller collects information of end nodes reported via ***,updates flow tables accordingly to accommodate a location-change scenario with a routechange *** is organized on prototype-based implementation using the popular POX *** this paper,it has been discovered that ITCL produces efficient performance in the trafficking of packets and controlling different states of SDN for errors and packet loss.

Thin Film Nanocomposites for Gas Sensors

The article concerns the military actions of the russian Empire government in the area of modern Belarus, which were taken to counter the armed groups of insurgents fighting for the revival of the Polish national statehood — the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth, within the borders of 1772. The number and composition of russian troops concentrated on the Belarusian lands during the uprising are established. Their organizational structure and the nature of territorial distribution on the Belarusian lands are determined. The connection of the policy of increasing the russian military presence in Belarus with the threat of interference of European States in the solution of the "Polish question" is revealed. The relevance of this study is based on the lack of objective data concerning this problem in both Belarusian and russian historical science, as well as the presence of conflicting data on the composition and number of the contingent of russian troops concentrated on the Belarusian lands in this period.

Territories of traditional nature use(TTNU)of indigenous population in the Arctic zone presents a historical model of sustainable development whose main principles are valuable for modern practice of economic activities in this region as *** peoples traditional nature management practice in the russian Arctic nowadays exists only within tribal community lands,though their virtual limits may be larger and known to indigenous population,helping to preserve regional *** of TTNU in the course of modern economic development,including the Northern Silk Road coastal infrastructure,is important for regional ecological and social *** may be regarded as ecological buffer zones,restoring ecosystem functions important for regional sustainable development,though modern market economy treats them mainly as economic units less valuable for incomes than industrial.A new look at TTNU may be supported by their ecologicaleconomic assessment.A case study in the coastal Nenets TTNU belonging to family-clan community‘Ya’Erv’demonstrates its possible input to local sustainable development.

The structural transformation in thin films of bimetals in the dependence on temperature and concentration of vacancies was investigated. The system Ni-Al structural transformation was realized by computer design according to the mechanism of self-sustained high(temperature synthesis. Structural transformation is characterized by the presence of dislocations, clusters of point defects and germs of intermetallic phases near interphase boundaries.

The HIV/AIDS epidemic has grown on an unprecedented scale since it was first recognized, and presently it is considered as a well known global public health crisis. In making the health policy where millions of populations are at risk, it is necessary to understand the knowledge level about HIV/AIDS. So, this study aimed at to investigate the knowledge level about HIV/AIDS among the villagers. Data and necessary information were collected from one hundred villagers of Salmanpur from Comilla district, Bangladesh through a structured questionnaire. The collected data were used for univariate analysis, to carry out the description of the variables;and to justify the total score of knowledge about HIV/AIDS among the respondents, Cronbach’s alpha (α) was calculated. The results revealed that almost all the respondents (92.00%) were ever heard about HIV/AIDS and half of them (51.00%) were known it as a communicable disease. Majority of the respondents (62.00%) believed that it is caused by heterosexual relation as well as sex with HIV positive persons. However, a good number of respondents were found unaware about the major causes and preventive ways of AIDS. Less than half of the respondents (45.00%) had medium knowledge (α = 0.34 - 0.66) and only 36.00% had the enough knowledge about HIV/AIDS. The knowledge level is increasing with the increase of education level, and the respondents who involved in agricultural works are found the lowest knowledge level (47.00%) about HIV/AIDS. The villagers were known about HIV/AIDS but they do not have accurate information about the ways in which AIDS virus can or cannot be transmitted. Therefore, effective programs should be taken to increase the knowledge level about HIV/AIDS among the villagers in Bangladesh.

Refractory compounds are material with interesting properties for structural applications. However, the processing of Such material is a great challenge because of their high melting temperature and limited ductility. Mechanical alloying is a novel technique of producing refractory compounds with specific properties. Kinetical and structural peculiarities of refractory compounds and alloys obtained by mechanical alloying are discussed.

Health information systems are the basis of eHealth at regional and national levels. They provide the maintenance of traditional medical documents in out-patient clinics and hospitals in electronic form. At the same time, specialized registries are monitoring systems for the health status of people with certain diseases. However, the creation of registers as independent information systems, which takes place to this day, is now inadvisable, since the necessary information can be obtained from the Electronic Healthcare Record/ Electronic Medical Record. In this case, specialized registers are implemented as virtual systems of a temporary or permanent type. Regarding patient registers, they integrate data from electronic medical records and information from patients or their relatives.
